We did coating on 2 cars in 2015 or so. The scratches by 2019 were ridiculous.... he blamed all sorts of things including wife's rings! We are both male nurses have never worn any sort of jewelry nor had long nails or even a watch- our wokplace dont allow it! We don't drive in the bush we also work at night so the carparks are deadly quiet.... .... we didn't do anything with a people mover except off to work or the shops or to family. The kids were too small to open a door.... we had never been to an auto car wash and used the products we were told to. The warranty only covers paint fading, loss of colour, oxidation, peeling or cracking of the clear coat. So we couldn't be helped. Apparently because I had a big scratch on the car .... this meant that we are the ones that are careless with our car- nothing wrong with the product or the application despite the person who recommended bright and shine telling me that there was definitely something wrong with ours. Just the scratches around the door handle was enought evidence to show something was wrong!

I recently had Frank detail my soul red Mazda CX-5 with ceramic paint protection treatment. I had a previous ceramic paint protection product applied when the car was new by another detailer and wasn't left impressed. I was in a rush to get a full detail done and paint restoration as I needed to sell my car ASAP. From my initial contact, followed up by a phone call and all the way to completion, including a couple of follow up questions, the service was superb! Very accommodating and provided great advice with the added benefit of being mobile was perfect for me. The job was completed to an above expected quality (even though he told me it would be that great the car was in pretty bad shape) and the car looks amazing, so thank you so much! Complete absence of after-sales service. Car looked great after initial treatment. But since then all my attempts to speak with, or get an email response from, the company have been unsuccessful. UPDATE 17/9 - Still no direct contact from company. But I do have another apology (see response below) to add to the collection of "Sorry somehow I missed this Email" style responses from them. Cannot fault their work, but their customer service and administration leave a lot to be desired.

Truly fantastic work done by Frank, can't fault his work or customer service. He knows his stuff and knows how to get the best of the car he is working on. I’m very happy with the paint correction and ceramic coating on my Mini John Cooper Works. Frank was very detailed and explained everything so I could understand. The black paint was very hazy and scratched all over from living outside for two years with the previous owner. It’s now super glossy and looks sharp again! Thank you Frank! Highly recommended.

My ute is 5 years old and hadn't had any love since the day I bought it, after frank washed it, decontaminated the paint, gave it a first stage machine polish and wax seal the ute looks like it just came off the show room floor! I have no words of how good Frank's work is . I can say after he was done with my car it looked better than it would brand new. The attention to details and his knowledge is beyond i can think of . i can assure you he is the best of the best hands down (some photos of my car with bad light too . with proper light the shine is next level).
