I’m so glad I decided to make Bright Smile Family Dental Clinic my go to dental clinic. I’ve been a patient for the clinic for like 1-2 years now and the dental service, professionalism and overall experience has always been top notch. They have always maintained and go above and beyond to put in the best efforts and care for their patients. I really appreciate all the hygenist, dentist and receptionist I deal with. They are all super hero’s! Today I was looked after by hygienist Tita Elvie and dentist Dr. Badelles. When I met Dr. Badelles the first time last year I was blown away at how friendly, knowledgeable, careful, gentle and thorough she does her work on my teeth. She’s the real deal. I had to make her my regular dentist. She makes every experience of mine when I go in comfortable. She takes her time to deal with me and understand my teeth concerns and issues. She is very attentive and tries her hardest to figure out what’s going on. I feel like she understands so well. She addresses the possible issues in depth and and provides a care plan. I really appreciate that she provides these preventive measures for me. Today she really reinforced the best management for my long term ongoing problem and help me understand what’s going on. Dr. Badelles is a gift to the dental industry and Bright Smile Family Dental. Today was my first experience being with hygenist Tita Elvie. I appreciated her service and care. She is very knowledgeable as well. An average hygenist would just say “brush your teeth more and floss” but she actually goes in depth and tells me how to properly brush and what and where the issue of my problem is happening in my teeth/areas. She even went beyond to the best of her efforts to make my teeth position feel more better and practical to help with my major ongoing concern. Really grateful for that. The receptionist/administrative staff make my experience so great every time I deal with the clinic. They are so welcoming, friendly, and professional in person and over the phone. They make dealing with everything from insurance, fees, appointments and bookings so easy, fast and professional. They really put in so much efforts to solve all my needs and deal with my insurance company. They give me updates on lengthy situations and go into detail of my dental fee’s which I really appreciate and value. They treat their patients with quality. I love the dental clinic as a whole how they operate with everything and how high tech they are as a clinic. Cheers Bright Smile Family Dental Clinic! ❤️

If anyone needs a new dentist…!! This place is unreal. I have never had the experience of wanting to literally hug my doctor after each appointment. Dr. Yousra Kheireddine is probably the kindest and most gentle dentist I’ve ever been to. Just the sweetest little lady in general. I’m one of “those” anxious patients, so I’ve hopped around from office to office a LOT in search of someone who I can handle going to (and who doesn’t charge crazy extra $$$ on top of whatever my insurance covers). I have no problem at all going to the dentist anymore (I even made a 6-month cleaning appt and KEPT IT- who am I?!) I have been to soooo many dentist offices who “claim” to be specialists in gentle practices and have been reduced to tears more than once during appointments. Everyone at Bright Smile is amazing- 10/10 would recommend!!

I have always been afraid of dentist and dread to go to a dental clinic but not until I have started going to Bright Smile Family Dental. All of the staffs really made me feel looked after and cared for. Denjoy and Dr. Queenie really shows concern about my oral health and never gets tired of reminding me about proper oral hygiene - I have tendency to be lazy sometimes. Their clinic is something you won’t be embarassed to refer to family and friends. My whole family including my parents, siblings, SIL and my niece are now all regulars to BSFD Clinic. To everyone at Bright Smile, thank you so much for all the care and great service you are always providing to us!

Book an appointment few days ago, got some issues few days with regards to scheduling, but the clinic was making sure that you won't kiss an appointment and keeps you on the loop all the time for your convenience. The day I went it the staff were overly friendly and kinda felt like I've been to the clinic for years even if it's my first time, the dentist and her assistant made sure that I'm not having issues or sensitivities when they're doing the procedure, so relaxing and such a friendly atmosphere to be in this clinic I almost dosed off, KOODOS to everyone who works here, kooking forward for the next appointment, they really treat you good and so professional

Took my four year old son here for his first dental checkup. (Quick background info, like most 4 year old boys, but possible more than most, he can't sit still for more then 5 seconds and he can't not touch everything in sight.) Expecting the worst we went in braced for a major battle. They were amazing! Not only did they handle our son perfectly, we didn't even need to stay in the room to make sure he didn't destroy the place or have a temper tantrum. They definitely know thier stuff and I whole heartedly recommend them. Whether it's your child's first dental visit or an annual visit don't hesitate to give Bright Smail Family Dental a call.

This dental place is so Amazing! Very highly recommended to everyone. From booking until the day of my appointment (Thanks Jean). All the staff are very friendly, polite and all of the are very accomodating. Elvie my hygienist is very caring specially when she gave the post procedure instructions. Dr. Quennie is one of the Best, she is caring and very concerned about my feelings during the procedure because I told her i have anxiety. Thanks doc! This is my first time to visit this Dental Clinic but surely this will be not the last.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! From booking an appointment down to my appointment day everything is smooth by the help of bridgette she’s keen into details , and keep you updated she’s doing her job. Front staff Roxane she’s friendly and very accommodating when I arrive .To my dentist Yousra and Marie very caring and concerned about how I feel during procedures. Very professional and explains things clearly . My polishing experience with dentist Marie was as gentle and through as possible. She’s a keeper! God bless this team :)

I had to make an emergency dental appointment today during COVID lockdown for my daughter and they graciously and kindly fit us in to their already busy workday abiding by all Provincial guidelines. Clean establishment, friendly staff, and professional. Important to note that we are not regular patrons as our clinic was closed. The kindness shown today was deeply appreciated as there is nothing worse then having tooth pain. Do not hesitate to make your next appointment at this clinic.

I have been a client at this dental office for about 8 years. That speaks volumes because i am not good with dentist at all. My teeth and gums where so sensitive that everything, even a clean would be painful. Bright Smiles took care of me and gave me a plane to in time fix the sensitivity. They have a mumber of dentist so you can find the one that you like. The building is dated but is very clean! I dont give 5 stars for anyone or anything. This is a first, but they earned it!

Really appreciate Den Joy (my hygienist) and so happy to have her assigned to me for my dental. Her excellent service, her professionalism is outstanding and she won’t make you feel uncomfortable. She is so respectful and pleasant. Same with the admin staff — Bridgitte and Jean, both pleasant, nice, and accommodating to everyone. An exceptional service driven from all the staff and our Dentist. Dr. Badelles have a gentle touch and provide great quality of work. I have had issues with going to the dentist for the last few years because of when I had my wisdom teeth removed. Every time I go I would have anxiety and be stressed out the entire time. This time when I went the hygienist was so amazing (calm and gentle) that she actually managed to put me to sleep! Rose is amazing!!

This is place in amazing!! My daughter had an abscess and was really nervous and scared. Everyone at the office was so sweet and attentive. They worked fast and with care. Her comfort and care was the most important. We called on a Sunday and were in a chair 30 minutes later. I highly recommend this place!

We just had an appointment today and it turned out amazing.Casey was the one assisted me and Marie is with my son.We both enjoyed it and myson said it was far way better experience compared to his previous one.Nice to see a friend too,never known that she worked there and the staff are so friendly.

Dr. Badelles is the best! She have very skilled and gentle hands, I never feel any pain when she cleans my teeth. She always make sure that every procedure is to my liking. She never disappoints!
