Just recently I went to the Brighton Library to join. I had been a member of the SA library some years ago. The chap that I spoke to at the Brighton Library was most helpful he checked that I have not been a member for some time and so joined me up again. I am not very computer literate but he spent a great deal of time to help me and I thank him for his help.

Buggered if I could work the printer, thank god this amazing lady appears from nowhere, took the time to help me install an app which we both scratched our heads on how to get working. Then she gave me her own email let me send, printed and stapled. Her patients and helpfulness was much appreciated. Mum is a member, for good reason, lovely place.

I don't have a words to say, All staff member are very friendly and helpful, I don't know the Brighton library where they did find so lovely and friendly people, Brighton Libraray please let me know if one of your female staff is single between from 23 to 45 years age. Becouse they are so so friendly and smilly

Placed a book on hold...wasn't told that there were 6 people in front of me also requesting the book. Waiting, waiting, waiting. Finally rang and was abruptly told that I wouldn't get it for months and months. When visiting the library, the staff are cold and rude.

Good place and staff are always helpful and always polite and friendly. They also help with information. Walking distance to bus, and also to train station at Brighton. Walking distance to shops and also to the beach.

My Printer decided to chuck a tizzy fit, hence the pilgrimage to library. Unfortunately the library's Printer decided to down tools in solidarity. But thanks to magnificent staff all ended well. Got my stuff printed

Hardly ever open which is annoying. Takes forever for holds to come in and when they do they don't notify you. And cause of them being hardly open then have to wait even longer for it

Not well stocked. And unless you're five years old and want to sit on a tiny chair theres not really anywhere comfy to just sit, relax and read..

This library is well stocked with a wide variety and range of reading matter.Staff are friendly and helpful
