I would highly NOT recommend this car wash. Paid my $20.00 for best wash. I requested a receipt but none was forthcoming. Waited in line and went into the car wash. The wash did not start and the auto voice told me to "please exit". The way the drive through is designed makes it impossible to see the cars in front while waiting in line. I was 1 of 4 car owners to get ripped off at the time and I'm sure there have, and will, be many more. I tried calling the owner only to get voice mail. There has been no return call from them. Brilliant scam!!!!

I was a loyal customer here, I been allowing them to wash my car for the past year. I must say that the quality of work been reduced. Went today so many spots of the car not clean properly, and the car is not fully dry before hand over back to us. The boss did not notice me that the loyalty card was just 3 months valid from the first wash with the card. He literary stamp at least 2 stamps after the 3 months of the date. my first stamp was on 16th Aug 15 while my last stamp on the 23rd May 2016. Very disappointed. Will not go back.

NOT RECOMMENDED! Bought a $29 voucher on Groupon for the Deluxe package that's supposed to include everything, end up paying $35 extra because they say the back seat has dog hair (which I could usually vacuum myself with my hand vacuum) and they say the usual machine can't vacuum that, they have to use special something. Half of the car boot wasn't cleaned, the interior was kind of wiped off for fun, most of the dirt was still there. The package includes hand wax which I believe they did not do. Overall very bad service.

When i pulled up there was no one to be seen, reception was empty. Had a scoupon voucher which they added extra cost beacause my ute was considered to be large car ( 2 door ute), he explained that my wheels where to big so extra cost in tyre shine ( standard size wheels). They wouldn't clean tray (it had 10 leaves in it). It took them 1.5 hour to do and when i got it back the inside was still dusty. DO NOT GO THERE, RIP OFF!!!!!! SERVICE WAS CRAP AND JOB WAS CRAP!!!

The automatic laser wash didn’t even fully spray the underbody of the car, I paid for the most expensive wash $20 and it stopped spraying the underneath halfway through the wash. Car was still dirty after the “wash” was complete. Don’t waste your time or money, and don’t even bother ringing the phone number listed on the sign out the front as they clearly don’t care about their customers being happy they simply don’t answer or call back.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!! The place is very poorly maintained and most of the equipment is malfunctioning. I used the hand car wash spray. The hose was leaking water and then the trigger spray blew off and hit the rear passenger door dinting the door twice and cracking the paint work. Cost of the repairs was over $2000. Owner won't answer calls or take responsibility for any damage.

If I could give zero stars I would. Rubbish auto car wash, Couldn't even wash standard dirt off the car and the spiderweb on the passenger mirror didn't even budge If you want to piss up money against the wall there are other ways to do it and come out with a Cleaner car Well thought I would give this another try two years later, still utter rubbish.

No way this place is as bad as it is and still in business, I think it may be operating for other reasons if you catch my drift, machines take your money, product in the machines never working, hoses broken and spitting out soap and water. If I could give 0 stars I would, avoid and find a better one, whoever owns this doesn't deserve your money.

Don't know how this place can have more than 1 star or still be in business...Paid $16 for the auto wash which was 2 cycles of a trickle of water (as per video) and a once over at a harder pressure, don't know if any soap was used. It literally didn't wash off dust... Probably the worst value for money purchase I've made in a long time !

Bought a Groupon and turned up with my voucher I was told my car was too dirty to be cleaned by them. It had normal road grime, no mud in fact it wasn't even due for a wash. Don't buy a voucher for this business! They just wanted to up sell me and would honour the voucher. I cancelled my three vouchers with Groupon. Bad service

Paid $16 for the drive through car wash. I pushed the button for the receipt and nothing came out. Mid car wash it ran out of water and my car was left with soap all over and still dirty and not rinsed. No number to call anywhere. Tried the number listed on Google and it went straight to voicemail. No one got back to me.

Self Service Car Wash - no change available when I went last week. I asked the staff, he said they dont have coins available. 2 weeks prior, I went to the car wash at 5pm, nobody was even there. I could not get my car hand washed. Could not get change for self serve (coin change machine was not working).

Bought 3 vouchers for in and out and out and out car wash and used two of the vouchers. Both times I HAD to add $5 to wash the wheels as they were TOO dirty, according to them, and it takes too much time to clean them. I was quite disgusted and definitely will not use their services again. Mary

It's fine. $1 gets you 2 minutes of whatever choice. I don't spend more than $4 for a full wash. 2 min soap rinse to start, 4min bubble brush, 2min rinse to finish. Simple and easy. Well lit, accepts card ($5 + surcharge) and has a note cash exchange machine. Open 24/7 I believe.

Best service! I was absolutely blown away when I saw my car after getting a detailed service. Looked brand new...thank you guys. Very accommodating and the staff was very friendly. I would def recommend anyone who is wanting to get that new car feeling. Good Job guys :)

So many times I’ve used card payment which is 5 dollars minimum. Only to have water trinkle out of the nozzle.. which obviously means that it’s out of water and soap!, please top up your supplies regularly.. sometimes it’s just water and no soap. Not impressed.

I've used many touchless car wash all around Melbourne, this one is by far the least clean, shortest wash, least power & most expensive at $20 plus card charges. First time I have to wash again after an auto wash, the rinse didn't even rinse the soap off.

Visited twice a few months apart, both times the touch-free wash left quite a bit of soap and water on the car. It feels like the wash is incomplete or there is a lack of water pressure from the machine. You’re better off using the self-serve wash!

It is no longer Brilliant car wash for us. This used to be our go to car wash. But our last experience might gave us the reason not to go back unless they refund what we paid for. We paid for the expensive laser cash wash but we didn’t get

Do not take your car here. They advertise a price and then insist that you pay extra for a large sedan, pay extra for an extra dirty car. Rude and will make you wait over an hour. They clearly don't want repeat business. Avoid at all costs.

Just got my car washed polished and waxed with a scoopon voucher. The owner was accomodating despite being so busy and did an excellent job and to top it off he went out of his way and cleaned my black rubber matts. would highly recommend!

The carwash is new and looks nice. The automatic carwash washes pretty well, washing materials seems to be high quality, however the price is a bit higher than similar carwashes. Also, there is no basic wash. Overall, it is okay.

On my way back home, I saw this car wash bay, thought that I gave it shot. I tossed a coin into the machine. And then I found out the machine was jammed. Now, I’ve learned that I will never go to an unattended carwash.

The coin car wash towards the Thompson's road was not working I wasted my $2 coin, machines time starts up but pressure washer didnt work. Was not able to find any contact details of the management Online or on site.

I thought I would opt for the most expensive touch free cash wash as it should be the best ($20) The car came out still dirty, not rinsed properly and not dried. Rang owner and left two messages, no return calls.

Paid $20 for the automatic wash, it randomly sprayed the car once with water as we were still driving in, then told us to exit. Didn’t get any wash at all so paid $20 for nothing. Do not recommend.

Do NOT use the automatic carwash. It does not clean the car. The rain does a better job. You will be wasting your money. Go to the other carwashes on Thompson's Rd. Lost over $20 at this place.

The auto wash $20 cycle does not give anywhere near what it says . And no dry at the end. Was less time in than the cheapest cycle. No one returned my calls or voicemails.

All good, they have some new attachments as well looks like a hand dryer and something else I have no idea what it would be used for, have to take some photos next time.

One of the best car care taker and they take bit extra time but my car was looking great after finish.In future I will definitely use their services.

The auto wash was terrible, but the other services were great. I appreciated the ability to pay wave here as I didn't have any coins.

Auto car wash is rubbish. Save your money. Failed to remove dirt on the back of the car. Bird droppings also fail to come off.

Don't waste your money..! The touch free carwash doesn't clean at all even had to rinse off all the soap in wash bay.

Cool place great self serve machines. But you can't get air freshers window wipes, tyre shine and stuff like that.

Decent set up. Cleans well for self-serve. Not really designed for VERY dirty cars. Haven't tried the touchless.
