I really enjoy studying in this library as the atmosphere is not only peaceful but also comfortable for everyone to do their own work. In addition, the way they arrange and design books along with bookshelves and tables, computer, etc seem logical and eye-catching which help us relax easier here. Finally, the staffs are really hospitable and always willing to help their customer whenever they need. However, I'm not consent with the opening hour very much as 9:30am is quite late on every morning of weekdays. Therefore, I recommend that Brimbank Library should change the opening hour earlier such as 8am or 9am is probably appropriate for other people who would like to visit this place sooner and as for students, they will be able to print, copy or borrow books and documenst which are useful and necessary for their studies before the school starts. Sounds convenient for most people in the Sunshine area ! I hope that they will consider my suggestions. Anyway, I'm glad to spend my time here although there are not as many books with more specific themes as some libraries in CBD are.

Bigger library, bigger issues. Although I come here often, I can't say I like it overall. I like the furniture and the window view upstairs and the large quantities of computers available. But the problems of this place are too hard to ignore and drown out whatever good there is about it. The place is too noisy. So much so that it's not worth staying in. Too many inconsiderate noisy people. A library should be a library. Not a haven for noise and uncivilized behaviour. The selection of books is also illogical (why would you have random books of a series rather than the books in order?) and not enough quiet/study spaces. Now it's even harder to navigate. And everything just looks and feels all over the place. In fact, the old temporary library was way more quiet and easier to navigate than this.

This place has become ONLY BETTER! I owe it to this place to keep me out of both the streets and the house during my teens. Learned so much, had a peaceful place to just go online, read books, do homework, draw and daydream. Feeling safe and like nobody was going to assault me was a nice break between School and the House Conditions. It gets too much for teens when both school and the home is not safe and abusive, having a place to hang at that did not bring me harm kind of kept me going. Socialised with some staff and met some cool friends in these walls. Reading Manga and the Internet access, kept me occupied enough till I could leave from both the School and House. Suicidal thoughts and feeling like there was no escape became tolerable by hanging here

Definitely not as good as the library was before being redone. Books have lowered in quality. Always too noisy, with people yelling on phones and little kids running around crying and screaming. All the computers are a nice touch. Nearly all the staff are friendly and helpful. They were very nice and patient to my mum (who has no clue how to use computers) when she needed help uploading/printing documents.

The collection of kids books has significantly grown in the last 2 years of me going to this library. The staff are so nice, all of them, they're super friendly with my daughter and always helpful. The click and collect service during lockdown is so well managed. Love that the weekly story time is now on Facebook live during lockdown. Shout out to all the staff member for their amazing work!!!

The staff here provide a wonderful community space for everyone. They patiently provide assistance to anyone who asks. They are always professional and warm. Libraries feel like one of the last free public spaces not devoted to buying a heap of things you don't need that are made in third world countries and end up at the tip. Thank you Sunshine Library, may you live long and prosper.

The Sunshine Library is an outstanding place. They have an excellent collection of books suitable for all ages, and kids particularly enjoy the diverse range of manga available. The cleanliness of the toilets is commendable, and there are multiple areas for studying. Additionally, the presence of TVs and game consoles adds to the library's appeal.

It could be quieter... people here have no self awareness and don’t realise you have to be quiet in a library. If staff were more hands on in maintaining a good environment to study, I would consider a five star review. I like the big open windows upstairs and the variety of seating options.

Lots of computers and plenty of spaces to work on your laptop in groups or alone. Has private rooms you can book by the hour for free. Good collection of tv shows. I'd like to see later standard opening hours, say 9pm, and late opening at least 3 days a week, and earlier opening weekends.

Great library. Good choice of books and very friendly and helpful staff. We love kids section. Great spot for reading and play ( very clean too) They have a toys section as well. Also great to see range of activities like story time , baby bounce etc being provided to little explorers.

The have stopped providing the weeks worth of (english language) Newspapers in the general section...annoying when you visit once a week and like picking out a random edition (you must ask for a particular copy to be retrieved - a ridiculously formal approach to old newspapers).

its actually impossible to study after 4pm on a weekday when all the kids and crying babies are screaming at their top of there lungs. However, if you come before 4pm its pretty silent. also why is there a playground in the library when its ment to be a library??

This is one of the best libraries in Victoria! Very friendly and organised staff and the library collections and facilities are second only to the eastern libraries network. Always a pleasure visiting here, great food joints in the vicinity adds value

We love the library! The staff are wonderful - I’ll often call and tell them what type of books or something I’ve liked previously and they’ll package me some suggestions! You can borrow 40 at a time and boy oh boy do we use it with my son!!

unfortunately, despite its a nice place to study, there are lots of theft occurred in side the library, for me, it become a good chance and rich environment for thieves to get away with people's properties with out being caught or punished.

Sunshine Library is beautiful, and when I got here, everything was very quiet. Only when I got to the second floor did I see a bit of noise from the children. That day I went with my sister and I saw that a lot of people came here to work

Luxuriously appointed, only criticism is the noise levels at times. Half-full coffee cups and food left lying around is annoying as well. I usually throw it into a bin, but today presented an almost full coffee to the reception.

A great place to hangout and kill time and not spend a single cent while youre in Sunshine-- apart fron eating at Chadz Chickenhaus. Its next to Sunshine Marketplace and not too far away from Highpoint shopping centre.

The Sunshine library has friendly staff , there a room s to do group assignments in . The library is in the heart of the main street and the shopping center is around the corner. Its a great place to be aton weekends.

Good Library to have peace and quite and also its big to have more Adults and children reading books, playing games on the computer including social media and also playing the PS4

The most modern library in ghe council, 2 storey building with a lot of VNese books and CDs. Finding parking lot mind be a headache even though close to Sunshinse marketplace.
