Cannot get any response from the phone number quoted. One hour wasted on Friday listening to a message about how important my call is to be finally cut off. The same again today, cut off twice. It is going to be quicker to drive to Bristol today,which I am about to do. Your "system" is useless.

Been waiting months for a response and never get an answer. Paid money to get access to my daughter and I feel like they took my money (stole). Very concerning because I should of hewrd something by biw especially when you pay for a service, which doesnt seem they can provide.

My boyfriend called the court on my behalf. He expressed how helpful the member of staff was in hoping to obtain updates for my case and helping move the process along as quickly as possible. He said Iesha was friendly, polite and knowledgeable on matters he asked about.

Awful service, best quality is their ability to hang up the phone once it’s obvious they are culpable of negligence. It’s happened three times to me. They then ignore your number when you attempt to call back. If this is the service protecting our family’s God help us!

Tried calling 20 times only got 1 answered just to be asked to hold then cut off. Since then can't get an answer. They have recieved my application took my money now they don't want to know. While this is happening I am unable to see my daughter. Disgusting service

The High Court section of Bristol Civil Justice Centre, has in all my experience, some very helpful counter staff. The specialist Team a lovely lady I don’t know her name, and also a man named Zahir, both FIVE Stars to them.

Bristol County Court has an all male security staff team leaving many female visitors to the Justice Centre embarrassed and uncomfortable when the contents of their handbags and personal items are reviewed.

The current civil SERVANTS at this dubiously titled 'court' should all be sacked with immediate effect. If it wasn't so infuriating to deal with Bristol County Court, it would make for good comedy.
