I recently used Bristol Dental and unfortunately had a very negative experience. Not only did they overcharge me, but they also did not acknowledge me as a customer. The staff were cold and unfriendly, and I felt like I was just another number to them. I was disappointed by the lack of transparency and communication regarding the charges, and when I tried to address the issue with the staff, they were dismissive and unhelpful. This left me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a customer. Overall, I would not recommend Bristol Dental to anyone seeking quality dental care with exceptional customer service. My experience was extremely disappointing and I will be looking elsewhere for my dental needs in the future.

Very poor service. The lady dental hygienist was rude to me and didn’t complete the whole cleaning. Easy to get appointment. But there is always going to be something new after visiting them like sensitive teeth, mouth sores, burns on the corners of the lips etc. The dental assistants are so lethargic, they don’t insist patient to have a mouth rinse before starting any procedures. Cheap products, poor hygiene, poor communication of the doctors and staff, you never feel like visiting them back. I wouldn’t recommend anyone who expect the finest quality service to visit them.

I met Dr Annie and Bristol Dental family in 2002. I had just move to Mississauga single mother with two children who needed a emergency care. I had no coverage and Dr Annie was more interested in caring for my children dental issue more than payment or insurance coverage.I felt at home and I know I could trust Dr Annie and Bristol Dental family. 21 years of service still feels like visiting a family member. I’ve been a patient at Bristol Dental Clinic since 2018. Dr. Thomas and Dr. Minea alongside the dental hygienists here provide excellent care every time. I had 2 of my wisdom teeth extractions done with Dr. Chacko which healed with no complications. Likewise the staff at the front desk are friendly and extremely helpful. It is always a positive experience coming here and I’m glad that I have this clinic to keep my teeth nice and healthy.

Been going to the Bristol Dental Clinic for years, they provide excellent service. I have pretty sensitive teeth, so when the unfortunate time comes to have a cavity removed/filled, they go the extra mile to ensure I can be as comfortable as possible during the process, always appreciated.
