Very disappointed in this clinic. We just moved here and I've been trying out clinics, and this is the only one I won't ever return to. Called and asked to schedule an appointment, they said it was walk in only. The lady on the phone sounded detached and not very happy, but that's fine and normal. Arrived and sat down after checking in. Had to twice get up for older people to sit even though I have a slipped disc in my spine. Barely any seating. When a man arrived with a very severe leg injury and asked about seating, he was literally ignored. I got up for him. I overheard the receptionist say it would be an hour wait to someone, I'd already been waiting half an hour at this point. People were brought in before me, I felt forgotten and waited 1.5 hours. Finally was taken to a room, where I waited an additional 45 minutes. The doctor came in, zero eye contact. Asked what was wrong, I explained a recurrent issue I'd been experiencing since delivering my son and she cut me off and told me to get to the point. It was so rude and unexpected. Well, got to the point and was told to drop my pants right there. That's never happened, usually doctors leave the room and give a sheet but nope. Just take your pants off while she's watching. Super awkward. I was told I'd get results in 3 days. She left, so I went home feeling... Not comfortable or listened to after over 2 hours of waiting. 3 days pass and I don't get a call back. I wait a few more days, nothing. I call a week later requesting the results. No call back. It's been almost 2 weeks and no results. So, here I am, writing this review. I've never left a one star before but I just want to warn people that if you want actual care, don't go here. South common medical clinic was way more thorough - lab results within 24 hours, calls at random to make sure things are good, referral for x-rays and gynaecologist, I'll always go there from now on even though it's much further from my house. I will say the nurse is super nice. She's the best thing about Bristol clinic. Honestly she felt like an angel and I just want to extend thanks to her for being sweet, kind, and gentle with all patients. ♥️ Go here if desperate, but don't expect much. You won't be humanized or treated the way you should be. You deserve to be seen and listened to and treated with respect.

I read all the reviews on here & was very apprehensive abt going, but they’re the closest one to me & I was feeling SO sick that I decided to try my luck - so glad that I did! I got there 10 mins before they opened and went to the door 5 mins prior (good thing cuz a small line was forming). Dr. Reem came into the clinic at 9:15 & saw her 2 regular patients who had appointments for that time before seeing me. I think I waited about 40 mins total? Which is amazing for a walk-in! The doctor was quick, thorough & very understanding. She could see I was sick, checked me up well & talked abt the remedies for this raging viral cough/cold I have going on right now. I got the prescription and left. When I got to my pharmacy though, there were some questions for which they had to go back n forth with the clinic. Let me tell you, for the # of times me AND my pharmacy called to follow up & the multiple faxes that went back & forth, the ladies at clinic reception were always nice & accommodating, faxing & replying faster than I expected - all with what I KNOW was a full clinic! They even had to get the doctor’s signature for something and they got it between patients - even my own family doctor doesn’t do that until the end of his day! I really really appreciate it. It’s not the norm and I felt compelled to come here & write a review. People really need to realize that healthcare professionals aren’t robots - they’re human beings, trained to do what they do, who show up to work like all of us & don’t always have perfect days. If you’ve had a bad day at work but didn’t have to deal with hundreds of sick/cranky/emotional ppl & make sure they all felt “happy” & “cared for”, you’re LUCKY. Give them a break, they deserve it more than most.

My spouse and I have visited this clinic before for minor health issues and have been satisfied. HOWEVER... on Aug 9,2018 my husband went there with abdominal pain. The physician who assessed him, said it was probably a blockage and sent him to have an x-ray. Where the x-ray was done, he was told the clinic physician would have the results in 2-3 days maybe longer because of an upcoming weekend. I became very concerned that he was told there was a blockage and yet was sent for x-rays and then to wait a few days for the results. I could not believe the pain my husband was in and brought him to the Emergency department where he was diagnosed with an ruptured appendix and had to have immediate surgery with a hospital stay lasting one week with massive antibiotic coverage. I feel the physician who saw him at this clinic did not have the clinical knowledge and assessment skills to realize that if the presentation of symptoms indicated a blockage the patient should have been advised to get to an Emergency room. Did this physician do a proper assessment. Was a temperature taken to indicate an infection anywhere..NO. Was a pulse taken to indicated that the increased rate indicated the severity of pain.NO. I am very,very disappointed in the quality of care that was provided. Walk in clinics are popping up everywhere but was is the quality of the physicians that are providing the care in these clinics. BEWARE.

Some of the reviews on here are completely irrelevant and absolutely ridiculous in every sense possible. In all honesty I have no idea what these people are talking about. Me and both of my parents have been regular patients at this clinic for many, and not once have we had any inconveniences. 1) If you are expecting to go and meet the doctor at the exact minute of your appointment I think that that is completely unrealistic as this is a medical clinic, not a movie theatre where the movie is scheduled to play at a specified time. 2) The only reason you might be a few minutes late to your appointment (5-10 minutes max) is because of how many patients regularly visit the Doctor which only proves further as to how knowledgable and capable she really is. 3) Due to the COVID situation, I was unable to go to the clinic so I simply called in and got a phone appointment with Dr. Reem... And as always she was able to help me out and assist me with my problem: My prescription was faxed directly to my local pharmacy within minutes. In conclusion, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone that needs to see a physician for any reason possible as I promise you won't be disappointed, not a single bit.

This is a rude and horrible walkin. I wish I could give this 'Family Medical Clinic' a lower rating! The receptionists who simple don't care about there jobs are very rude and never want to do any work. Its clinics like this that make or hospital system over run with patients that dont need to be there. My daughter had a cough and we wanted to take her to a walkin just to make sure the cough was not serious, we gave my 11 month old a home covid test before call to book the appointment (test was negative, we went as far as testing everyone in our house all negative) we call the walk in to get an appointment and the reception say my daughter has covid go to the hospital. Like I said earlier it people like her that are over running our ER system with cases they should be handling. I will never go back to this clinic and I will contiune to give it 1 star reviews till it is out of my neighbourhood. we done need clinics like this here.

I am with dr. Reem since 2011, now. We've worked (been building) on our Patient-Doctor relationship, and I will be very honest with you: She has NEVER let me down. I went through several different health issues and two pregnancies with her, and I always felt I had the care I needed. does she have a busy clinic, yes; Waiting time is annoying? Yes. Do I get mad sometimes? I do! But I would not change my doctor. Her and her staff are always prompt to help me with my health, coordinating appointments and referrals with specialists, and they always manage to get all done within reasonable time. They are proactive and she has a great network of good doctors.

I was looking for a family doctor and a friend recommendation the doctor (Dr. Reem) at the clinic. I called to book an appointment. I was told I have to book a “meet and greet”. I thought this was strange, nevertheless I booked an appointed. I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Waited 20 min over the appointment time. I asked what time the doctor would see me as I had kids waiting in the car. I was rudely told “she’s running behind”. Not even a “let me check” or anything. I will not be coming back to this clinic again. Appointments are given for a reason. Do not book patients if your “running behind”, in a family doctor office!

DO NOT COME HERE! I’ve waited 3 hours to see Dr.reem if you can ever call her a dr. I was feeling a little ill and asked her if we can do a blood work to see if everything was okay. She responded with “ we don’t need to do that”. I insisted we did because I wasn’t feeling good. When I got the results back, my potassium was dangerously high. Also, someone closed to me asked why her arm was sore and swollen and she said she “ I don’t know”. Turns out it was a blood cloth. DO NOT GO TO HER. She clearly treats her staff badly as well. The only great person there is the women who does blood work she’s very sweet.

The physician kept misunderstanding the patient and didn’t give her a chance To elaborate until the patient got frustrated. She is very rude and could have handled the situation in a Very professional manner but did not. Not to mention the wait time that takes forever even when you take an appointment a week ago. The two nurses at the front desk behave awfully. They gave death stares and eye rolls , wth is wrong with this place . Patients have their own stress and pain too , they don’t need to have a hard time from the physician or the staff when seeking healthcare.

Worst clinic I've ever been to!!!! I waited more than 1.5 hours after my "scheduled" appointment, 40 minutes in the waiting area and more than 40 minutes inside the room (which felt more like a prison cell). Couldn't wait any longer and never saw the doctor. When I expressed my concern about such long wait times and asked why they schedule appointments so close to one another knowing appointments take so long, the receptionist simply didn't bother to look at me or care and simply answered "that's how doctors work." DO NOT GO THERE!

I went here to get medicine for my cough that doesn't go away and taking cough syrup that doesn't cure me.. The lady doctor (sorry forgot the name I'm so sick) gave me medicine and said "throw those over-the-counter drugs It never works" and true overnight I feel right. So those complain of long line, unprofessional, blah, blah the doctor is FREE here in Canada, be thankful. In my country, doctor is exorbitant. As long as you got healed, cured and recovered be thankful. * Its Dr.Reem Nahab she's now my doctor.

100% do not recommend unless your white. doctor is clearly racist and makes anyone who is not white wait for 1-2 hours!!! Terrible careless doctor who manages her time very poorly!! Find someone else if you can!! DR REEM shouldn’t even have her job! Very unprofessional. She made my son miss school for no reason! She’s actually a disgusting human being i see right through the front she puts on!! Save yourself time and energy and go somewhere else!!

Horrible service. What’s the point of booking an appointment at this clinic if they only call you in 45mins/1 hour later? It is not the first time this happens and judging by other reviews I’m not the only one. The doctor is nice but the actual appointment is rushed, you’re lucky if you sit there for 5 full minutes. Reception is terrible. Looks like they’re doing you a favor by being there. 5 stars for the nurse though, she is really nice.

the most terrible clinic in the whole city! the doctor has no knowledge! both my husband and I were here several times and she could never guess what was happening! sends to the hospital! I made her make a throat swab to determine a sore throat! her husband had an infection on his leg. she had no idea what to do about it. to all this does everything with big favor. as if in punishment she was forced to work here.

Had the best experience with this team on Dec 23 2023. My son had a ear injury and he was in a lot of pain; turns out it was an ear infection and needed meds asap. The kind doctor Nahab, was willing to see us because she saw he was in so much pain even though the clinic was closing. Thank you so much for helping my son in his extreme time of need & thank you for caring for him. Appreciate you and your clinic!

Worst clinic, they kept me waiting for 2 hours. After all, Doctor in 1 minutes concluded, without examining, that I should see ENT. She refused to provide a referral, if as per i have to see ENT!! They dont want to work but make quick money. Imagine they made almost a hundred dollars in 1 minute. Very good commercial business. I consider this a butcher shop. I am going to complaint to regulator

The wait is always long, as with any clinic, but Dr Nahab is truly one of the most kind, patient, and effective doctors that I’ve had in life. I’m always happy and excited to see her, despite what I’m there for. The secretaries are friendly and the clinic is nicely decorated/renovated. I imagine that this low star rating/reviews are due to the fact that it’s a shared clinic, with many services.

Went in to check up for severe caughing, fever, headaches. Was given cough syrup. Was told to come for second check up two days later, I was still caughing. Was told to get x-ray. Condition worsened over the week. Went to a different walk in clinic, immediately identified as bacterial infection and was given antibiotics. I wasted two days of work because of this clinic. Would not recommend.

One of the Doctors in suite 102 misdiagnosed my spouse after chest examinations which lead him to pass away 3 weeks later. I’ve also been with the clinic for a few years to which I was able to change doctors (all 3 that were available) and see which one fit the best with myself as well as my family and I do not recommend any doctor in suite 102.

Our doctor is patient and is willing to listen to what's bothering you. She is straight to the point but shows compassion. She is easy to get a long with, says my husband. I am still new patients since mid 2018 of hers but I know she has fulfilled my medical questions/inquiries. The staff are friendly, the clinic is always clean.

Not even one star for this place. I waited long which was understandable but the doctor was so rude. She questioned why I saw her and not my physician and expressed I was dismissed. She discredited what I had to say and said my physician was a good doctor and to follow up with her. How do you treat your patients like that?

I have been Asra's client for over 3 years and my mental and physical health improved a lot due to her deep tissue massage. Her professionalism is exceptional and coming to the clinic supported by friendly and knowledgeable staff is a pleasurable experience every time. Looking forward to my next month appointment !

Took my wife in for a routine checkup on the 17th. its now the 26th of the month and we are still waiting on the results. we were instructed to wait fo a call from the doctor. and we are still waiting. We called the clinic to check, and were just told by the RUDE receptionist to wait some more. STAY AWAY! !

Zero star because of poor service at the front desk. Very poor. I paid them for the T.B test still they put me on the waiting time and talk to me very badly like Iam there without any appointment. This is the worst walkin clinic I have seen. I missed another appointment just because of them

the hours (and flyers posted at the clinic) need to be updated. arrived at the clinic at 5:30 pm and there was no receptionist for the clinic. I waited at the front for about 10 minutes until the receptionist for physio told me that the doctor was "not here".

My daughter needed stitches and because Dr. Reem didn’t want to do them she sent to an urgent care Center in Toronto that didn’t exist anymore. I ended up going to the hospital and waiting many hours for stitches that could have been done in her office.

I just left the clinic without treatment as the doctor said to me: " you're wasting my time, get out !" Dr. Reem didn’t remember her doctor treating me last time, blaming patients insulting the clinic by calling other doctors here - worst doctors here

You call and say that we need To reschedule your appointment because the doc Has some other appointment …then you ask the patient to wait for an hr ….have some professional courtesy others time is also valid ….

Don't bother opening the office without a doctor there. Why open at 9 and not have a doctor there until 10. And even then you wait forever to see anyone and they dont care at all

Minimum 1.5 hour wait to see a doctor. Doctor rushes when they finally see you.
