Dr. Benson and her team are amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone. I've been avoiding dentists for over five years (due to ongoing fears and anxiety stemming from some childhood experiences) and I came across Britannia Dental during an unexpected dental emergency. Kelly at the front desk was very kind and patient as she helped me get a hold of an emergency clinic. Even though the other clinic did get back to me, it was Dr. Benson and the rest of her staff that were able to see me right away and help me feel better. I thought they were all being so nice because I also happened to be pregnant, but after two more visits and the bonus follow-up/check-in phone calls and texts, I realized that this clinic simply cares. They are professionals who care and don't judge. They genuinely want to help and I never feel rushed when I have questions or need clarification. I actually look forward to cleanings now and don't feel scared going to see the dentist :)

Have had two great appointments at Britannia Dental. First with Dr. Benson who was super friendly and equally as informative. Both times Kelly at the front was as well super friendly and at my second appointment for cleaning they even very kindly accommodated me bringing my 6yr old son along as he happened to be off school. They set him up in a comfy dental chair and let him pick two toys at the end. The hygienist was very friendly as well and was extremely thorough at her scaling and did her best to keep any pain to a minimum. I found her also to be very knowledgeable and informative. All this to be said, I highly recommend this clinic, such a wonderful team across the boards! Thanks so much!!

Yesterday, the dental hygienist did for me scaling and polishing. She did an excellent work which I really appreciate, on the top she was very friendly and I was happy with my visit. Before few weeks Dr. Jolann Benson installed for me 3 teeths bridge and I am so happy with the work she did, I feel that this new bridge is part of my natural teeths. Dr. Benson is wonderful person, caring and very friendly. I recommend to try Britannia Dental Centre, for sure you will appreciate my advice.

I have always enjoyed seeing Dr. Benson - she is very kind and gentle in her approach, and really great at administering fillings with ease and minimal discomfort. However, my ten year-old son gives a glowing review: "Dr. Benson is the best dentist for fillings, it didn't hurt, she can do it without any pain. She is five stars out of five stars. In fact, I think she is the perfect dentist."

Professional, caring and friendly. Great experience and am a new patient. Had been putting this off for a very long time as my Dentist retired and did not know where to go. Not to mention I have "Chicken" written all over me so was easy to not go anywhere. I was referred by a family member and could not be happier. The Dr Benson team is wonderful and I would certainly recommend them.

I am a grown man with the dental pain tolerance of a pampered 8 year old boy. All the staff are excellent *( like really excellent) but in particular Dr B. Has the dexterity that plays in your mouth like a master musician- paired with the pilot like precision that lands a pain free experience that is sure to leave you smiling and no need to stress. I have been going to Dr. Jolann Benson for over 10 years and I wouldn't ever switch dentists. She is excellent at what she does, very personable and creates an environment that is very calming. She eliminates that anxiety that I used to feel going to the dentist. I would recommend her to anyone. Britannia Dental staff have been very friendly and helpful.

Wow- what a great experience at this dental office. Well organized, an inviting front office and competent assistant staff. Dr. Benson carefully explained the procedure, took her time administering local anesthetic and made sure I was comfortable throughout. We feel lucky to have her as our dentist. The hygienists here are excellent in dealing with my 8 year old. And they have toys which he loves! Dr. Benson always ensures that I have adequate information regarding his dental health. I feel empowered to make my own decision rather than feeling pressured to have optional procedures. Great experience all around!

I have had a delightful experience every visit (for a dental visit). Dr. Benson takes her time explaining the information and is meticulous during the procedures. The staff are also excellent at understanding your needs and care about your well-being. I would highly recommend this centre to anyone.
