Absolute waste of my time, staff is not well aware of anything, one say something else and other completely different. I came in for flu shot once and they said we are out of stock and we are only accomodating people over 65 years old but leave your name and number and we'll give you call. I got the call, came to pharmacy and they again said if you're not over 65, you can't have it. Then I asked if I want to get it done, what should I do, one staff member said we'll give you a call, other cut her off and said we don't know. So well disappointed and wasted my holiday from work for this.

I went to this pharmacy the customer service was great and I was very happy as I went there to take a flu vaccine…the lady payal was so kind and gentle and recently I had a surgery doctor prescribed me some medication but I didn’t know how to take and what were there use she took her time and with great patience she explained me everything as I didn’t got any information from my doctor how to take them… my family is very happy with this service Hope this kind of service will always be there. Thank you

The service is mediocre in store. The pharmacists are nice however on the phone they cut the call midway because they had a patient. While talking to staff on the phone, I am still a customer so the service should be the same as if you are talking to someone in real life. Also, they confirmed with me that the pharmacist would be available on Saturday, but when we came the pharmacist was not there to administer the vaccine we already paid for. Therefore they wasted our time!

Staff are friendly but unfortunately their NHS free collect prescription is not very good. I went in there with a paper prescription to get medicine for my mental health condition. They told me they do not have this medicine at the pharmacy. I do not feel this is acceptable for a pharmacy. A pharmacy should be able to provide you with medication when you have a prescription given to you by a doctor. If they can't do this then I do not think they are a very useful pharmacy.

Terrible, Never, ever go there, This chemist is the worst I have come across, consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. I would give it minus stars unfortunately its not an option. The staff is so rude its unbelievable. They will keep on lieing with you that you have already collected your prescription, when you have not collected, even surgery is saying they have your prescription. Bad review is not enough they need accountability.

Had the pleasure of being served by two lovely young ladies by the names of Rhea and Gagandeep on Monday. Both were extremely attentive and sorted out my mums missing medication quickly and were so understanding about my circumstances. Both ladies were extremely kind and caring and professional. Best customer service I have received in a very long time

Weekday standard of service distinctly different to the weekend. Unprofessional, dismissive and the extra tall male pharmacist very arrogant and unhelpful on more than a few occasions. Expect more from a professional ! Weekend staff quite the opposite. Are ready to go that extra mile with a smile. Make you feel welcome and are professional. Good Luck!

We did 2d vaccine yesterday, staff all is ok, but I'm not happy that injection was ready, I didn't see the name of vaccine, they just told me that it's Pfizer. I'm not sure what they did maybe it's something another. When I asked why is it like that they told they don't want to have a queue with people, it's takes few seconds. This is not right....

Lady name sania, she is very rude was in severe pain of gout normally get home free delivery but it was urgent i went there myself to collect i requested i couldnt move from car just parked infront of your pharmacy can you give me she said to give it to me in car as i cant come out from car due to severe pain

Terrible staff and customer service. My mother bought the wrong item, and I went back to get a refund within an hour as they don't have the item needed. Staff did not want to give a refund and pointed to a very small note saying no refunds. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE.

Terrible unprofessional service. You can never get through to anyone on the phone and they never seem to have your prescription ready even though they text you to collect it! Lots of staff there but they still cant seem to manage.

Very hit and miss, most of my experience has been with unhelpful moody staff who don't explain things well at all. Really disappointing they think it's ok to get away with such poor customer service

Kalpona is extremely rude and they are inconsistent with prices. They make us their own rules and you should go to either Eden or Tesco Pharmacy instead. Ridiculous service and unprofessional

I am taking medication from last 7 years from this pharmacy. There is old Indian lady she is very rude all the time. Today I change my pharmacy. If you go to that pharmacy stay awy from her.

Constantly running out of stuff or a lack of supply for prescriptions, no patient privacy either loudly calling out medication names etc.
