I have very mixed feelings about this review. Whenever possible not a supporter of online commerce, I don't shop at big box stores, and try my hardest to source things I need from my community. I was looking for an HDMI to DVI adapter for my 2013 Macbook, and I found it at Broadway Electronics. The owner(I assume) gave me a ten dollar discount on the product. I left happy that my search was over. About ten days later, the adapter stopped working. I checked it on two different computers to no avail. When I attempted to exchange this product, the owner claimed two things, 1) The store has a 7 day return policy. I had no issue with this, even though I think it is a little conservative. And 2) That the product that I was trying to return was "not his", he showed me "his" adapters and they were identical except for a slight difference in labeling. He then said sorry I can't help you. I objected and asked for at least a partial refund or exchange and he wouldn't budge. I don't object to not being able to return the product, but TO SUGGEST I WAS LYING ABOUT WHAT PRODUCT I WAS RETURNING, is BS. I'm not going to say avoid this place like the plague, but know what you're getting yourself into.

**DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE WITH YOUR VALUABLES.** They advertise watch repair. I hand over my nice watch for battery exchange, and in front of my eyes he uses a sharp knife tool to pry the back of the case off only he slips and scratches the back of my watch. He tried to play it off like you can’t open the case without metal instruments, which may be the case, however I’ve had this battery replaced before and no one has ever scratched it. I took my watch away from him and left the store. Sloppy, sloppy work while handling my watch, which he admitted he realized was an expensive instrument. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE WITH YOUR VALUABLES.

This Internet cafe has reasonable prices and surprisingly fast computers but the customer service experience is pretty saddening. Additionally, they use square which means they can accept $1 or $100 dollars via credit card without any change in processing fees yet they have an obnoxious $10 credit card minimum. Based on their pricing, no normal customer would ever spend that much in a 30-minute session. Get it together...

Trade is trade but could be fair and unfair. Today I got hair dryer from this shop. Original price was 59, the owner makes for me 14 dollars discount and I got it for 45 dollar as new customer. However I found the same product for 29 dollar in Amazon. You can imagine wholesale price! However trad is trade.

The owner Al is one of the nicest people ever. I needed a new screen protector & he installed it & got it to me for mad cheap. The quality is great & he has other great stuff too. I would definitely recommend his business to anyone who needs good quality products for a cheap price.

It has a LOT of stuff in there!! Ignore the prices on the products. They are HIGHLY flexible. I just don't like haggling. If you can work a deal and you need a rice cooker or flat iron, this place is for you!!
