On March 21st, I called and set up a first time appointment for my cat. I was told to have his records transferred from his current vet and VCA which I did. Well, I called a couple of days ago to confirm that his records were transferred and the receptionist confirmed that they were. I then politely asked her if she could remind me of when Gus' appointment is next month. At first she told me that they don't keep track of appointment dates and times for new patients. But then she had this audacity to say "well I COULD find that information but it'll take me a while and I don't really feel like it." I was speechless. It's like, I'm so sorry to inconvenience you. But you know what's a bigger inconvenience? Having a sick cat and trying to find a new vet after bouncing back and forth between Banfield and VCA for four months. I wish I had known the receptionist at Broadway Veterinary Clinic was going to tell my cat and I to screw ourselves because I could have made an appointment elsewhere. Now I've waited a month into the ~two month wait time for nothing. She DID tell me she'd do me the huge favor of calling me the DAY before the appointment which might not even work since I have one of those job things and I need a heads up to, you know, make sure I have the time off. If this is how they treat new patients, I can't imagine how terrible their bedside manner is. Maybe the veterinarians are solid but I guess I'll never know since the receptionist didn't want to go through the hassle of helping me find my appointment date and time. It's pretty bizarre to punish my cat and I because I lost a piece of paper. I probably wouldn't have left this review if they had bothered to respond to my email with an apology but they didn't so..... Thanks for nothing.
My partner and I recently found a stray kitten and we took her in for a check-up and then had a follow-up appointment to get spayed. I noticed some changes on her tummy and was wondering what it was because the other two cats didn’t have them and my first thought was maybe she was pregnant, but she’s still pretty young so I didn’t think too much about it. It turns out she was pregnant. They knew and proceeded to take out the babies without checking with us first. We actually have the space and the desire for baby kittens and we would not have opted to end the pregnancy. I called the doctor to ask more questions and they apologized saying they should have asked but decided to proceed because they thought it was the was the best option and didn’t want there to be more outdoor kittens. First of all, they wouldn’t have been outdoor kittens all of our cats are indoor, even the stray now that she’s been vaccinated and treated. Secondly, that’s a decision we should have been able to make. I know it might not be a big deal for some people, but it was a super big deal for me. On top of that, they charged us extra for the spay because she was pregnant. I try to avoid vet bashing because vets do so much, and they get little to no recognition for all their hard work, but I’m so upset about this, and the fact that there was no offer from their end to remedy the situation. Every person that I told this story too that is a cat owner was appalled and told me I should demand my money back. I’m not that kind of person, but I am so disappointed and heartbroken over this experience that I am actively searching for another vet because I would not trust them with any of my fur babies after this.
We’ve had 2 good/sufficient experiences and 1 disappointing experience. Unfortunately the bad outweighs the good, so we’ll be going elsewhere. The attention to detail is VERY low. No follow up on things they said they would follow up on. Aside from that, our most recent visit was very disappointing. We had a typed list (to make it very easy to understand) about our concerns. Garden variety concerns, nothing alarmingly urgent. Although, as our dog gets older (going on 13) we want to make sure he’s doing okay. The vet was very….nonchalant. Not really in a “he’s totally fine, let me reassure you” kind of way, but an attitude of “I don’t really care that much” kind of way. She said probably 3 or 4 times that he “looks just fine” before doing ANY kind of exam, basing that on literally just glancing at him. We saw/could see and interpret the exact same things that she saw and “examined”. Although I get it on some level—if he looks fine, seems fine and our concerns are normal for his age, then he’s fine! At the same time, I think vets have a responsibility for walking us through those things and assuring us that what we’re seeing is normal and nothing to be concerned about, etc. or why they’re normal. In general she just seemed tired and over it. It felt like a total waste of money. Also, the entire appointment felt like a sales meeting. We talked WAY more about the things we could pay for and buy our dog than his actual health or well being. While of course, those things may be necessary, they shouldn’t be emphasized above our initial concerns.
Broadway Veterinary Clinic has been seeing my dog for over a year. When we started there, I requested Banfield Hospital (Irvington) to send her vaccination records over. I called Banfield multiple times to ensure that they had been sent to Broadway. I came to find today that Broadway did not have her vaccination records, and they did not know whether she was vaccinated for rabies, Bordatella, or Distemper/Parvovirus. They did not attempt to track down her records. She has been seen at Broadway Veterinary Clinic multiple times since she became a patient there in September 2018 (even an appointment for her flu shot), and it turns out they didn't have her vaccination records during any of those visits. They operated under the false assumption that she had those shots done for over a year, and in doing so put my dog in danger, along with hundreds of others around this city and in the 15+ airports my dog visits every year. When I went to speak with them, the staff person did not seem to care about this at all. They didn't apologize. He told me that it is "not uncommon for them to not have a dog's records." If I had not discovered this, who knows how long my dog would've gone before getting SICK. Moral of the story: they don't adhere to best practices--a skilled veterinarian knows that rabies vaccinations are required by law. It's foolish to practice on animals whose health you don't care enough to fully understand.
First, I would just like to say, "THANK YOU" to all staff at Broadway Vet Clinic. I took my Chihuahua in to get his teeth cleaned. From the second we went in, we were greeted with a very friendly Staff. Of course we were nervous, but the nice vet tech took the time that I needed, to help me understand questions about the process, before taking him back. She was very reassuring to us and, "That meant a whole lot to me that she took extra time for my dog and I." I picked him back up as scheduled. They were very gentle with him, explained exactly what they did, how to administer his medication, and did not rush me out the door!!! It was such a great experience and best of all they extracted 11 of his rotten teeth and took all the plaque off the remaining. His teeth are beautifully white again. I couldn't be more thankful at what a fine job they did!!!! Thank you for helping us, caring about my animal and doing such a superb job!! I highly recommended NE Broadway Vet Clinic!! !!!!
I took all my pets here for the seven years that I lived in Portland (had to move away and I will sadly miss being able to take my pets here). Broadway Vet Clinic is AMAZING and I will always recommend this veterinary clinic for anyone that lives near Portland. All the staff is compassionate and caring, they go above and beyond. I have Never felt like they are trying to fleece me, or tack on extraneous charges; which has happened many times at other vet clinics. They always made my pets feel safe and cared for (they Loved going to Broadway vet). Even during the tough times (with injuries, sicknesses, also had to put two of my Senior pets to sleep and I was a sobbing, heartbroken mess), the staff was understanding and comforting. They sent the sweetest Sympathy cards, with handwritten personal notes from the staff that I will keep with my memory box for our pets. It really meant a lot for all that they do to keep our pets healthy and happy.
Dr. Storey has saved the day, again for 17 year old Hesh. I avoided seeking vet care for a few years because I was scared of the news. Dr. Storey unraveled Hesh’s clues and it wasn’t good news. Dr. Storey took time to present the bad news and made it less scary. It took a few more visits to figure out how to manage Hesh’s pain. Now, my 17 year old cat is acting like a teenager! He’s happy and can do what he loves with less pain! He loves playing with his toys, he’s “catching” mice on cat video games on YouTube, he’s walking faster and he’s outlived his prognosis—which has shocked us all. No doubt Dr. Stoney’s treatment plan is keeping my cat’s spirit up so that we can share more time together. I couldn’t have asked for a better veterinarian. Thank you, Dr. Storey!!!!!! Here’s a photo of Hesh’s reaction to my singing .
Cons: - staff didn't seem to care to get to the bottom of the issue my cat was having. I went in several times and got a shrug and some antibiotics. After 9 months of care with BVC I just switched over to Irvington where they seem to care MUCH, MUCH more about my cat. They took the time to get to know my kitty before poking and prodding him. - Also, staff would rough handle my kitty because he had a bad reputation :( - And, at one point a vet (male) had told me one thing in the office and then when the insurance asked him about it he denied it! Lied to them and to me! He said he wasn't willing to 'risk his license' even though he had told me right out while I was in the office with him. Pros: - I could get in right away even without an appointment I'm done with this place. You're welcome to try it, but be warned. This is very low quality care.
Dr Storey is an actual earth angel I have brought all 3 of my cats here and truly not all experiences are created equal but today meant so much to me that I couldn’t help but review it. My senior cat started exhibiting symptoms of a UTI and I was absolutely terrified to bring her in and come to terms with her mortality I was a hysterical mess and Dr Storey handled me with such compassion and empathy from start to finish. Elliot, who gets vicious at the vet, was purring in his arms and gave only the slightest of attitudes when she was put through all the prodding and tears! He explained the scary stuff, got me to calm and even have a laugh with him. I felt listened to and Dr Storey just generally handled everything with such care. I’m so grateful to him for the way he got me and my baby through a stressful moment
I used to go here and then I moved to Beaverton and switched vets for convenience. My cat started acting different and meowing as if he was in pain. I wasn’t getting much except anti-depressants from the new vet I had switched to, so I decided to come back to Broadway Vet Clinic for a second opinion. They were able to get my cats treats in a treat form so I could stop the pill-pockets and they cleaned up his teeth in case those were the issues. They explained everything and all of my options clearly. My cat has already started getting back to normal and I am super grateful for this clinics sincere effort and the ability to get his medicine in treat form. Also, WAY more reasonably priced then the other clinic. I highly recommend this clinic. My cat & I say thank you!
We love Broadway Vet! We started going here in 2020 when we got our first cat. We now have two cats and take them here for all of their annual check-ups, as well as for any unforseen health issues. Everytime that we have had any urgent issues come up, they have done their best to get us in as quickly as possible. It is also evident that everyone we have with interacted there truly cares about our animals. While neither of our cats are likely to ever like going to the vet, it is reassuring to us to know that, when they do, they are being cared for by people who truly want the best for them and are going to try to make things as comfortable as possible for them.
Everyone I've had contact with here was wonderful. Dr Lambert very careful and caring with my dear Harry who is elderly. On their own initiative they helped me find the cheapest place to buy his new medication, saving me more than $100. When he reacted badly to a med, and I was on my way to the airport, they went out of their way to help get the new meds to my dogsitter, even calling the prescription in to a pharmacy near him so he wouldn't have to travel far. I just received a follow up call from Broadway Vet, asking how Harry's doing. They are awesome! So appreciate everyone going out of their way to help us!
I can’t remember the name of the specific vet, he had a heavy accent and beautiful skin but he seemed a bit either sexist or ageist. my ex would take me to the vet with my dog and he would only address my older male ex about MY dog. even when my ex expressly told him to be telling me the information. he also repeatedly accused me of starving my dog, even after i told him i was feeding her twice as much as the daily recommendation on her food for her age/weight and that i suspected she had worms (she did). every other employee i’ve encountered there was a delight though! 10/10 for all of those ones.
Lovely office and a kind and attentive vet. We just got a cat from the Humane Society, which gives you a coupon for one free checkup from participating vets, and not only did they accept the coupon, they gave us excellent service and helpful recommendations to make sure our kitty was healthy. She is our first cat and wasn't eating well, and they recommended feeding her from a dish so that the bowl wouldn't bother her whiskers. She is now chowing down and is at a healthy weight. They also taught us how to get her comfortable with teeth brushing and claw trimming.
Broadway Vet has been caring for my pets since 1993. They helped me care for Chelsea from 93 to 2001 when she passed at 15. They helped me welcome Blanche in July of 2004 and say goodbye to her in 2014. They welcomed my first kitty with my husband, Daisy in 2002 and say goodbye to her in 2019. They are now caring for Tika, Dawson and newest guy, Mochi. I feel like they will probably see these guys until the end as well. They are compassionate and helpful vets, vet techs and office staff, all of the staff. I love their later hours and Saturday hours :)
The Broadway Veterinary Clinic staff saved the lives of both of my dogs just recently. A 13-year-old Standard Poodle and a 11-month-old German Shepard' Thunder the Shepard puppy was diagnosed with salmon poisoning' He was put on a treatment plan and completely recovered. Beau the Poodle developed kennel cough and pneumonia. The treatment plan set up by Dr. Carroll Saved the 13-year poodle. Thanks to all the dedication, love and care given to my two hiking partners by the staff at Broadway Vet Clinic we are back on the Mt. Hood trials again.
I have an aging cat with kidney and thyroid disease. Broadway is the only clinic I trust. They have the most involved, patient and loving staff. Broadway provides top-quality care and helpful advice, so her health is the best it can be! The very best part is how reasonable the pricing is. I never feel gouged or exploited for appointment or medication costs, and the savings help me afford the diagnostics (which has a fixed cost). Absolutely recommend them if you have a 'difficult' cat as well, they have great strategies!
I've been bringing my pets here for 20 years. They're mostly lovely and they have wonderful vet techs, but rest assured that the person who answers the phone will not accurately pass on the reason for your visit to the vet. I don't think they are used to dealing with clients who have financial restrictions, and in recent years, they never seem to remember either me or my pets, which is concerning. If you don't have unlimited funding or you want a vet who remembers their patients, I would look for a smaller practice.
The staff at Broadway vet are kind, responsive and professional. They have been providing veterinary care for my animals for over 20 years. My elderly chihuahua underwent a dental procedure and had some problems with regaining his appetite. Dr. Story had me bring my dog back in the next day for sub q fluids, and an appetite stimulant. I also received daily phone calls from the staff inquiring how he was doing, until it was clear that he was stable. I am so grateful for their care of my dogs!
Broadway Clinic has been absolutely wonderful from the very first time I called. My kitten was sick, but was a new patient, and they still prioritized getting him in to be seen very quickly, and provided top notch care. They’ve also been awesome at explaining everything that they’ve done or need to do, and have kindly answered all my questions. Special shout out to Meg, she’s been so helpful, nice, and responsive! I’m happy that I found them and highly recommend them to anyone!
The staff and veterinarians at Broadway Veterinary Clinic are rock stars! We've been taking our pets there for years and they've always taken the greatest care of each. Dr. Pennel is so knowledgeable of small pets, regardless of the species, from rats and ferrets to dogs and cats. And when treating aging pets, they are so compassionate and helpful when dealing with the challenges of declining mobility and other age related ailments. Definitely, a neighborhood asset!
I just tried Broadway Veterinary Clinic for the first time and could not be more thrilled with my experience! My golden retriever, Poppy, split her paw in half and they saw us with very short notice. After seeing Poppy, Dr. Story called me and gave me a detailed explanation of how he treated Poppy. You can tell that he is an animal lover and wants the best for his patients. If you’re thinking about trying Broadway Veterinary Clinic, I highly recommend that you do!
They let me come in with a stray cat I had caught with a humane trap to see if he had a microchip (so I could contact his owner if he has one). Unfortunately he doesn't have a chip and I found out he is not neutered and his approximate age. They were extremely friendly and fast. Thank you guys so much for letting me do this. My cat is currently missing and I truly hope someone else does the same if they catch my cat so I can get him back home!
They have always taken great care of our kitties. Our 9 year old tuxedo kitty had an urgent tooth problem. Of course right during the Thanksgiving holiday. I left a message and they called first thing in the morning on Friday and got us in at 9 am. Poor thing had to have 6 teeth pulled but they did it same day and kept us in the loop with how she was doing. We drive all the way from the westside cause they are that awesome!
In case anyone else has lost their minds trying to figure out why they’re not answering their phone calls, they’re closed due to a power outage. And although one would think they’d at least post this somewhere online so people aren’t driving literally across town to see if they’re open, fret not, because the only thing they’ll post about is wholly irrelevant and mentions nothing about their closure.
I love this vet and so does my dog. We lost our cat last year. She died in my lap. We took her to them asking them about where we could take her to have her cremated. They were so kind they took her tiny body and got her cremated without a fee from them and gave us her ashes in a lovely wooden box. The people their are kind. What more can you ask of people who take care of a member of your family.
I’ve been taking my furry babies here for more than 4 years now. I tried to change to another clinic closer to my new place and it didn’t work. So I need to drive all the way to the other side of the city to get there when I need but I prefer doing that because I really trust them there. They are great! Karrie Potter is the best. I don’t let anyone else do the dental work on my dogs, just Karrie.
Have taken our cat here for a few years, this place is great. Really helpful secretarial staff, always get us appointments quickly and have good advice. The techs and doctors are really nice and super professional, good at listening to our concerns and working with us to figure out the best course of action for care. And it’s way better price compared to other vets in town!
Derek (sp?) was very obliging w/ info when I was cat-sitting and dealing w/ a new med. He had me drive over so I could show what I was questioning. He came out to car, due to pandemic, answered my question, and brought me a new food that I was requesting. In past, other staff members have been similarly obliging. So, what I know as cat sitter, is only best service!
This vet treats my puppy which I appreciate but I wouldn’t recommend this place to a friend. I’ve often had to wait between 45 - 60 minutes past my dogs appointment time for her to get called in. They don’t provide a lot of information about how the appointment went or how medicine is supposed to be delivered. I would love to know more about my dogs health.
Website says "we are always accepting new patience". When I called the recessionist said "they weren't accepting new patience" and then before I could say anything hangs up, no sorry no bye no nothing. Seriously rude. And might want to update the website to reflect that change so I do not waste my time or your obviously over worked receptionist time.
This is my favorite vet clinic that I've ever been to. I have three dogs and they treated my pups with care, love and were very communicative with me. I had to take one dog in for surgery (tumor removal) and they called before, during and after her surgery to keep me updated. I've lived in a few states and this is the best clinic I've experienced.
They took amazing care of my cat Butters for many years, all the way till his passing. I always felt they cared for him and were attentive and considerate of his health. Even with the difficulty of dealing with stage IV kidney failure, they helped give us months more time together. I will always be grateful. Thank you for your compassionate care.
Our senior dogs, needed a follow-up and vaccines. We had the pleasure of having Dr.Schaad assist us. Both our dogs seemed to be in need of dental work, and after Dr.Schaad examined our pets,he assured us,that the extreme high quotes for dental work ,we had received a week earlier, would have definte adjustments. Our fur babies are in good hands.
Have been going here for years with my cats & dogs. Have seen a variety of veterinarians but Dr Pinnel is my fav. Prices are very reasonable and they don’t try to talk you into crazy futile work ups. Feels more like they give you all options & go from there. Also they sent a sympathy card when my beloved George passed away at Dove Lewis. ❤️
I want to say I am a little confused reading some of the reviews here. I found D.V.M. Duane Schaad and the entire staff at Broadway Veterinary Clinic to be warm, compassionate and caring of my pet as well as everyone else's that was there when I was there. They are wonderful and I can't tell you how much value I have for their work.
This is my partners vet, and every time I come with, the staff are very sweet and the new space they moved into is beautiful! The vets never try to upsell us on services, and have been very helpful with urinary issues our cat has been having. The waiting area has a closed off space for people whose pets are more shy.
Just had to do the “drive through” vet thing because of COVID19 and Derek was so fantastic with my cat (and me for that matter). I feel like I have a better grasp on my flea/ tapeworm problem already!!! So knowledgeable and quick, also no more expensive than a Banfield or something so why not just come to this vet
Today I had to put our sweet cat to rest. It was my first time but it was eased by the compassionate care from the veterinary team. I took her home to bury her and to our surprise she was wrapped in a beautiful white sheet with live roses around it. It was so kind and I'll never forget it. Thank you so much!
We have used this clinic for years, and LOVE Dr. Martee. However- the website link is for a business nearby- that sells pet supplies- it is not related to the vet clinic, as far as I can tell. I am sure pets on broadway is a fine place- but they are NOT the same as Broadway Vet clinic.
We have used their service for eight years since 2014 for four cats and one dog, but for the past three appointments of the past three days for three of our pets (two cats and one puppy), their new vet and new receptionist were very rude and had very bad manners. Very disappointed!
I have gone to this clinic for more 11 years, they are worth every penny we use. We unfortunately had to recently put our cat down. During COVID it's been hard, their hearts were with us during our time of pain. I would travel and sit outside for their services.
Took Bruce Willis into here blindly after adopting him. He just jumped through a window, I kid you not, and I'll be bringing him back here tomorrow as the first time was prompt and courteous. I really liked the place and the staff. Thanks, see you tomorrow.
They saved my dog when he ate a bunch of blood pressure medication. They do teeth cleanings (with a special this September). And they have cutting edge lazer treatment for would care. I love this place! They have everything to take care of your dog or cat.
Broadway vet has been taking care of our family pets for 25 years. They have always taken amazing care of our dogs and cats. They have helped us through surgeries, diabetic animals and the loss of pets as well. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my pets.
Great service, kind and understanding staff, knowledgeable veterinarians (who will even admit it if they don't know what's wrong with your pet, which - in my opinion - is so much better than blowing smoke). I do love this place, even if my cats don't!
BVC has been amazing. They helped my dog through a really tough and complicated disease when she was 8. We just said goodbye to her at 14 1/2. Everyone at the clinic is so compassionate and caring, yet extremely professional. They are the best!
This review is hard for me to write. There aren't enough ways to describe the good work these Drs and the staff do every time, from a well pet visit to emergency surgery. You can feel safe here, know your four legged friends are in good hands.
What a professional and clean vet clinic. We saw Dr Shawl who went out of his way to work in a trauma last minute for our dog. We are new to the neighborhood and THRILLED to call Broadway vet our new Veterinary home.
I live this place but I always have to wait a half an hour before I can get I to the exam room. Then another 15 minutes until I see the vet. 45 minutes! My dog gets.moee and more stressed out the longer we are here.
Really horrible service. The receptionist is super rude. The assistants are just as bad and the last vet tech we had was terrible too. I won't be returning with my dogs. We prefer kind places with helpful staff.
Excellent staff and reasonable prices. They were extra careful with my 17 year old cat. Got sensible recommendations for care and promptly attended to. Kitty is grateful for such caring doctors, as am I.
Love this clinic. All of the vets are fantastic and the office always does their best to get you in appropriately! They are BUSY , but always make you feel like your fur person is the only one. THANKYOU!
Very helpful, and fairly responsive when you call. Not a ton of parking, but that's typical for the area. If you are fortunate to park out front they come to your vehicle which is very convenient.
They've been great with my 14-month-old Anatolian pup. Had to take her into Broadway when my regular vet wasn't able to see her for an urgent pad laceration. I'll probably be switching vets.
First time there for us bringing daughter's cat. Very efficient, empathetic and caring. Great bedside manner for vet and auxiliary staff was so polite and respectful. Thanks for great care!
Broadway vets all seem to do good work. Our dog is almost two years beyond diagnosis of a rare and fatal disease, mostly due to their diligence. They also have excellent covid19 procedures.
We have been supported by this vet clinic for 18 years- post Covid they wouldn’t except our puppy quote. We’re not excepting any new family members I haven’t been back unfortunately.
I have been going to Broadway Vet for over 15 years - both a cat and dog. They have always provided quality care and professional service. All staff have been competent and caring.
Wonderful every time. All of the staff is so friendly and helpful and you can tell that they really care about each of their furry patients. I cannot recommend them enough.
Wanted me to pay $65 dollars just for the initial visit- regardless of my needs. My dog got better love across town- and I was happy to hear they didn’t require such a fee.
…Took a Tom cat to be neutered. The staff met me at the car and took the crate into the clinic. (COVID protocols) The cat seems fine so I seem the visit was a success! ✨
We’ve been very happy with Broadway Vet. Very kind, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Easy to deal with and overall a very well run practice. Highly recommend.
Excellent care, went out of their way to help me and my cat at a very difficult time. Can't say enough good things about how well we were treated.
I take both of my cats here, always have had good service and felt that my pets were taken care of. Price seems accurate, not too expensive.
Always take such good care of my animals, look for an option of therapies and treatments, vets keep up-to-date on the latest research.
Always kind and care about their patients very much. Have been coming here for years and never regret it! percent recommend. …
A wonderful, small owner clinic that is run by amazing and friendly staff. They really took care of my cat and are very affordable!
The staff is always friendly and appointments happen on time. You can tell that the vets really care about the health of your pet!
Great, compassionate vets. My cats see Dr. Martee Pennel. I can't recommend her highly enough! She does great dental surgery too!
I have taken my terrier to Broadway 3 times in the past 6 months and have been extremely happy, particularly with Dr. Menighed.
Able to accomadate an urgent appointment within 1 day. Very caring staff, timely appointment, and I felt cost was reasonable.
The veterinarians here and the techs here are so caring and kind. They really want the best for your pets and are so loving!
Very nice staff, always make time to talk and answer my questions. They always call back in a timely manor and seem to care.
My dog and I love this clinic. Friendly faces, affordable prices and fast service. They know how to repair broken animals.
We have been taking our pets here for 11 years. We have always been happy with the level of care they have received.
Staff is always friendly and informative, good care for my cat. Seems like every time I go I get a different doc...
Always timely and always available for any of my pets needs! Thank you seeing my pet child in such short notice
They fixed my cat up nicely, took time with me to explain aftercare and very friendly. I'd go back definitely.
They have taken care of our dog for years! They are very communicative and do what’s best for your fur baby.
Prices are very reasonable and they are good with difficult, pig-headed, mule-stubborn, big PITA dogs. :-)
They are incredibly patient and kind, and really take to heart what you have to say about your concerns.
Dr. Pennel is the best. She treats my pets as though they have the right to a good quality of life.
Very helpful staff. The process is quick and you can tell my animals (dog) was not scared at all.
These folks have been taking care of my fur baby for over six years and they’ve been wonderful!
Have been going to this vet clinic for 30 yrs. My Irish Terrier loves the people at the office.
Can’t recommend this place enough! Extremely queer friendly, thoughtful and thorough service.
Great vet ...very informative and willing to help you picnic the right things for your pet
They sell activyl for fleas if advantage isn't working for you anymore (it isn't for us).
Everyone from the receptionist to the vet tech, to the vet himself was wonderful!
Reasonably priced. Though my dog hates going, they always take good care of him.
Don't listen to anything the brazilian doctor says. Dr. jepson us great though.
Love Love Love everyone here. They really take good care of our furry babies
Very friendly staff. Took great care of my kitty for her first checkup.
They take good care of my dog Tucker. He is always excited to see them.
Top notch vet care. Simply none better in the city. Highly recommended.
They are the best vets in town, they are excellent with dogs and cats.
