This court is the whorst cours in the whole world, i had to go to the court of convicted driving offence on the 24-08-17, i have been trying to ring the court to let them know that i have change my adress in manchester, i could nt come because of loosing my job...and i have tryed to ring them 2 month before the court from:8-59 morning to 6-00 pm no body has ever answer been trying it for 2 month..still dnt answer, and i even email them to tell them about it.. and they have replyed me after 3 week after my court gone....to tell me they send my email to the head office, this is madness....warning do not try ring or email the court you are wasting youre time... if it was me i was can clouse it for ever this is just like a ghost no body ever answer they say it oppening from 9 to 6 and i been trying to call them from 9:00am to 6:00pm and still says is busy. You dont even deserve 1 star you deserve a big 000000000.0000. Close it for ever

They sent a letter "Notice of endorsement driving record" with fine and points. No instructions, to send in diving licence or how to pay fine? Cannot talk to anyone or pay the fine without information I don't have. Would have advised "What to do now" would have been helpful. Phoned DVLA they don't know either. I guess the next step is to receive a letter from them increasing the fine because of failure to respond. I would give them a fraction of a star. Is this government department providing a Community service emphasis on "Service" which on the face of it not. Or is it they have not got any resources. Same old

You think thats bad. couple weeks ago I attended a trial there and my partner accompanied me. the trial was so long we had to adjourn until after lunch. my partner went back to the court before me as I went to sort out the parking. at the security barrier one of the security guys searched my partners hand bag and took a bottle of Dior perfume and put it in one of there holding lockers. when the trial was over and she went to collect her property, guess what, yep it was missing. they view the cctv footage and claimed he had given it to the wrong person but that cuts no ice with us where going to sue them.

Absolutely pathetic! Nobody ever answers the phone! If there are no staff working there then please just say so and save everyone a lot of time hoping that someone will pick up the phone. I've been very persistent but in the end I've decided (like everybody else) to just give up. Most of the time I just receive an automated message saying that staff are currently too busy to answer my call (yeah right!) and then the call ends. But on two occasions I got a dial tone which gave me some hope but the call just disconnected on the 10 minute mark of nobody answering.

Monday to Friday 9-5pm apparent opening hours, yet I have tried to call various times from Monday to Friday between 9-5 yet no answer no answering machine just a dead line as far as I can see yet I need to speak to someone from this particular department in this borough. Yet another disgraceful government service!!! Sack everyone

This is ridiculous I'm trying day's to contact the customer service and nobody is bothering to pick up the phone I don't understand this people they are paid to seat there to do nothing and they working just 4h a days I never see something like this in my life days I'm trying to get in contact and no chance …

Absolutely shocking I have learning difficulties and was denied the right to representation in my court case I feel this is a breach of my human rights You are not a person/ human you are just a number hear I HAVE HAVE RIGHTS AND YOU TOOK THEM AWAY FROM ME YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED

We have had some dealings with bromley magistrates court due to a parental order and helping a friend who was being prosecuted. We have been shocked by the poor, inefficient and antiquated systems in place. The management and systems need a proper overhaul and modernisation.

No wonder the country is going to hell, the courts can't be bothered to do anything. I guess the attitude must be "If we don't answer phone calls or respond to emails then perhaps people will leave us alone. Who needs courts anyway- society will get along fine in anarchy".

Disgusting place trying to prosecute my innocent child with learning difficulties an tell us to be here for 9am it's now 5PM an still waiting no one wonts to tell you anything or help just rudeness from the staff they treat you as if your the criminal.

Worse judges ever. They literally gave me 8 points and over 1k fines when it was a silly mistake which I put my hand up. Now I will be loosing my job and I have family to feed. Many thanks for running my life and my kids life.

Not disability aware or friendly - only a number to call. I am profoundly deaf and need an email address but there is absolutely nothing. Another government let down and insufficient disability help from Bromley Counc …

Disgraceful. Even the email address doesn’t work. Been calling them for days and no answer. IS THIS ANOHER ‘COMMON PURPOSE’ system of disorder ? If you’re reading this please look up these two words.

A miserable depressing place with miserable, unhelpful and unco-operative staff who refuse to answer the telephone and take far too long to answer emails. And I only visited as an observer!

Have called them over 100 times in the past 3 days and not once has the phone even rang, just an automated message claiming that all of their operators are busy. Disgusting service.

This doesn't look like a court to me. It like a grave yard where you will be ringing the phone line for days and nobody bothered to pick up the phone. This is pathetic!!!!
