Very nice people Greeted me when I walked in As a black man that's very important to me when it comes to service. Everything went well, until there was a problem with the rear disc brake caliper (I supplied) that I had them remount with a new cable. I said it was cool, and I would deal with it later as I was pressed for time. (That's on me) Got home and realized they switched parts and gave my a different caliper. This is so small to me but very disappointing that a business in 2023 would still execute such underhanded tactics to make a little bit of money. I've been an avid bike rider since 1988 and I would not recommend this bike shop as it takes a certain level of immaturity and greed to think you can run a business this way. No No Do not patronize at this business. You will eventually regret it. You have been warned. No bueno vatos

Is the WORST bicycle store I ever been!!!!!!!! Every time I go to fix my bike I have to come back 1 or 2 times so they can fix the right way, always something wrong.... and the prices are so expensive and they charge too much tax!!!! Im not going there ever again... they dont deserve not even 1 star!!!! The last time I change my wheel and I pay like 80! In less than 2 days it wasn't working so I went there so they can fix it, but they refused to fix it...they asked me 45$ for the wheel + 22 the installation and don't forget the tax! I DONT RECOMMEND THAT STORE TO ANYBODY!!!!!

This bike shop is garbage. They constantly do a bad job and I always have to return to get the error they made, fixed. I had to do this at least 3 times. They jokingly laughed in the back and said (In Spanish, as if I couldn't understand) that they gave me the wrong tube and that's why it went flat. They made me pay for a new tube and denied ever saying that they put in the wrong size tube. They overcharge and have no clue what they're doing. You'll be lucky to leave out of there both happy and with your issue actually fixed. Will never go back. They don't deserve business.

i will be going here again soon to either edit this review or leave another experience. first time i came here, the owner charged me 7$ to use tools to just tighten a bolt, so he wanted to do it, as so as he attempted to loosen the bolt he stripped the inside. then gave me the tools once he realized what he did. i had to go home and spend hours working to remove the bolt. does over charge for alot of things. 30$ just for tuffy liner. just for example.

Don’t go to this bike shop they are just scammers I called them and asked them about an item and the price for the item and then when I went to the bike shop to get the item they charged me triple for the item and then if you want to adjust your seat they will charge you $8 that’s just ridiculous. If they were loyal to their customers and give us fair prices then I would rate it a 5 but right now this is one of the worst bike shop I’ve been to.

These folks are crooks. Agreed to bike assembly at one price. A bike that just needed the pedals and the front tire on. They claimed it’s more cause of the accessories the bike with. Must of took them 15 minutes to compete or less. Complained about putting air in my tires after I just spent money with them. As a first bike owner I wanted to build a decent relationship with a bike store but it won’t be this one.

Please don’t go to this place, brought my bike so they could replace a spoke on the back wheel, “wait outside” they told me, because of social distance I thought ok, they finished, charged me $25 and I left, two rides later the wheel is feeling sideways so I check and the spoke was never replaced!!! They just fix the wheel a little bit so I couldn’t feel it. Thiefs!!!

Over priced. They tried to charge me $92 for a gatorhardshell, inner tube, and installation. They are also some what dismissive unless you speak spanish or just so happen to be there when the 1 or 2 english speaking employees are there. Didn't like the customer service experience I got at all. Definitely lacking fixed gear knowledge too.

The service was awesome. They were attentive, friendly and professional. The young man, Xavier was friendly and knowledgeable. The worker who fixed my bike did so in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing their bike fixed or in need of bike parts and accessories.

Staffing was not honest about the condition of their stock. Wanted to over charge me on a ‘new’ bicycle that was actually a model from four years ago. I was told the model was one year old and had recently been discontinued. (NEW and unused shouldn’t have so many blemishes).

Very bad bike shop I went in there got a flat fixed I left then later noticed they didin’t tighten my brake caliper it was very loose and the wheel wasn’t even centered it was more to one side never going back here again.

Their prices are outrageous, everyone in our neighborhood doesn't have tons of cash to throw away. Simple repairs are costly, even though you don't want to do the task doesn't mean take advantage of customers.

Really nice people. Family run business. Prices are fair… much cheaper than bike shops in Manhattan… I’m not sure why people are complaining about prices in reviews. Try bicycle habit in Manhattan and compare!

I JUST CALLED THE BUSINESS AND A GUY PICKED UP AND I WAS TRYING TO NEGOTIATE THE PRICE BECAUSE IT WAS AWFULLY TOO HIGH AND HE WAS RUDE ENOUGH TO HANG UP THE PHONE ON ME. I DON'T RECOMMEND NO ONE TO GO HERE!

Everything in this bike shop is high quality, their pricing is also fair. I go to this bike shop to get my tune ups and i can tell you guys it’s the best money I’ve ever invested on my bike. Friendly staff!

These guys are honest and great mechanics! I went in there and had my gears adjusted and was in and out. Also, they said I didn't need a rear wheel trueing when I felt I may have. They saved me cash!

It's good, but you guys need more se bikes, you can also get some off of this website named "CITY GROUNDS" You will start making more business with those bikes. Alot of people like me wants them.
