Brook Hollow Family Dentistry has consistently given my wife and I the best dentist experience of our lives. We will never go anywhere else. They never try to frighten you into expensive services you can live without, like every other dentist we’ve ever met. From the beginning of every visit until we leave, it is a perfect experience. We are always greeted kindly by the warm and friendly staff. The office is immaculate. My wife and I have never waited more than three minutes to be seen! Everyone we interact with is an absolute professional. They tell you exactly what they are doing and why, and are always respectful. Dr. Virendrasinh Chauhan is, by far, the very best dentist we’ve ever met. Both my wife and I started going to Brook Hollow Family Dentistry with dental concerns in early 2021. Since then, we’ve had no problems whatsoever. Neither of us liked visiting the dentist before, we love going now. Take my word for it, go there. You will not regret it.

Tell me why I felt like I was not important. Tell me why the pain in my heart hurt was almost as unbearable than the tooth pain. I was an insignificant person to this Dentist and in the end there was no extraction of the teeth or an understanding of the best steps to take. I had to ask for antibiotics to kill the infection. He gave me an inflated list of charges for another doctor there to extract the teeth but commented that the doctor does not take my insurance. That whole five minutes I spoke with him I felt I was not welcomed . I wouldn't recommend this Dentist to anyone who doesn't make over 130,000$ a year and has a permanent tan. Thank you for giving me another reason to feel hopeless for humanity.

I read all the excellent reviews for this family dentistry which is why I chose Brook Hollow Family Dentistry. However, I did not get the same level of quality care as everyone else who received dental services from this dental office. *There was no friendly greeting. *Someone took X-rays on my teeth. *Someone did a one minute or less look at my teeth. Said my gums look healthy, and he left the room. *No one discussed my X-ray results with me. *In fact, no one mentioned one word about my X-rays to me. *No one said anything about the condition of my teeth other than my gums look healthy. WHAT A LET-DOWN!!! I did not receive the exceptional care that I was expecting to receive from this dental office.

I Woke up sunday morning and noticed my front tooth had broke off on the bottom where old dental work had come off. I immediately got on the phone and called Brook Hollow Dentistry! I was able to do all my paperwork on line and was able to get in at 9a.m. this morning! I looked hideous. The staff there is Amazing! Within a few hours I was looking better than i could even imagine.!!! So very happy with the results! Thank you all for making me feel so comfortable! Your all Amazing and I have found my New family dentist!! I totally recommend them very highly!! Thank you all!

I highly recommend this place. They do excellent work. Dentists are very careful, they examine everything very well before performing any procedures. All staff are very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you for all you do. Dr. Miller did an excellent job on removing my wisdom teeth being that one of them was still inside the gum. He removed both of them and sew my gums back in less than an hour. Thank you Dr. Miller and all the doctors that worked on my my teeth.

Dr. Chauhan, Robin, Suki are outstanding. I cannot express how amazing my experience at Brook Hollow Family Dentistry has been. They have gone out of their way to accommodate me and ensure that everything that I needed done, was done with care and compassion. I have only been a patient there for a short time, but I have already spent at least six hours with them in the past two weeks and they made me as comfortable as they could. If I could give them ten stars I would.

My experience was really great with very professional people working there. I will go at every appointment set. Nice and friendly atmosphere. The one thing that wish they would do is to give a goodie bag with the proper toothbrush and toothpaste and floss like every other Dental office I have attended do . My wife and I we are spoiled from that type of service. Thanks . Oh and I will be recommending my wife to come here too !!

So it has been a while since I've been to a dentist due to financial reasons. I was scared and worried, but they made it such a beautiful and easy experience!!! Most of the check in and appointment stuff was online and super easy! They have a TV with Netflix where you can pick what you want to watch in the exam room while you are getting worked on! They were professional and made me feel at ease! Will be back again for sure!

Staff is super friendly the office is bright and clean. The doctor is kind competent and professional. I was a bit nervous choosing a new dentist. I got a root canal done today with Dr.Chauhan and he did such a great job!!!! He made sure I was comfortable the whole time and he was very gentle on my teeth. His work looks great as well! My molar looks and feels awesome! The dental assistant that assisted Dr.Chauhan was very tentative as well. I recommend this office if you are needing a root canal done on your teeth. They have a Great staff!!!

First was when I needed a Dentist on a Holiday & they were open, I had an infection in one of my teeth. Second was how modern the equipment is in the office, third how fast & easy my procedures have been, from having a tooth pulled, a deep cleaning & a night guard made. I love the big screen TV I. the rooms. The staff is amazing & the doctor is gentle & soft spoken. I highly recommend.

I went in for a crown replacement and had my two girls and they were very cooperative. Allowed my girls to watch tv and the assistants even took them to the bathroom when they needed to go! Then had a delay on my crown coming in and my schedule was hectic. The Dentist had a family emergency but still flew in to accommodate my schedule. Excellent service and would highly recommend!!

Very good service, extremely friendly and professional staff, I feel very comfortable every time I’ve gone in for my routine cleanings they are very fast and always get me in the room at my scheduled appointment time and for a minor procedure I got a year ago. Dr. Chauhan is very nice and friendly too. I absolutely felt no pain or discomfort when I had a couple of fillings done.

It was a great experience, the procedure was painless and I got 3 fillings and a cap done very well. They make you feel welcome and have Netflix to relax during your visit. The plan for my procedure today was explained to me, and setting follow-up appointments was easy and he let me know what those appointments would compose of so I can be prepared. This is a awesome family dentist office. Staff of always friendly and the Dr. is very informative and honestly my deep cleaning was painless and quick and they make you as comfortable as possible and the ability to watch netflix was a plus. Came with my husband for emergency tooth care for a 2nd opinion because he was told he needed to have his teeth pulled and get dentures. He was not ready to do that. Dr C offered us a better option. We are so glad we came here. It is close to where we live, and Dr C and staff were efficient; they made the visit comfortable and as pleasant as a dental visit can be.
