This is my second time buying a car from here. My first time around I was a new driver and just wanted to get into anything but this time around I was sure of what I wanted. First off let me say Myra is the absolute best, what would these guys do without her. She is genuinely pleasant. She sets the atmosphere, and she really cares about the customer. And there is Scott patient, kind, and professional. Super dope!!! My credit is very challenged but Leston was adamant about me getting into my dream car. And Prado you are amazing as well. I dont know what the problem is with the 4WD or the Engine but an error light keeps appearing on the Dashboard. IT'S bin constantly appearing from i bought this 2022 Outlander Model. I am tired to take it to the service center for the same problem i reached out to corporate office with no response. At this point i just want my car to be checked properly if that means to keep it and provide me with a courtesy car then that will be ok. I just need the problem solved. If it can't be solved then change my car. 1 more time at the service center and I'm getting a lawyer. I tried calling the General Manager he is never available.

Just purchased a new Outlander SEL from Brooklyn Mitsubishi. Les was our salesman and he was incredible to work with! He really knows the details of the cars/SUVs and is patient in regards to answering any questions we had.
