Poor management. Marnia blatantly ignores client calls on NUMEROUS occasions and fails to timeously acknowledge damages to client's property due to the cleaning services performed. A second incident occurred within 8 months of the first. I have been a regular client for almost 1 year and already 2 incidents of damage have occurred. The first incident of damage took over 3 WEEKS to resolve. There is no immediate customer support from this company. Management blames power outages for failing to communicate timeously to clients and offers every other excuse to CONSISTENTLY not answer calls or whatsapp messages. Review updated for ACCURACY.

I responded by sending a website request to Marnia on Sunday, 30 July 2023. I called her and spoke to her about giving me a quotation just after 9:00 on the Monday, 31 July 2023. Just before 12:00 I called the Customer Care line and spoke to Charl who told me that he will get hold of her. At around 14:00 I send a website request again and an sms to Marnia, as well as I tried to call her more than 5 times. No response!! No feedback!! No quotation!! It is the 1 of August at 13:00 now and still no feedback. I will never recommend them to anyone!

Shocking. Non responsive. Treats potential new customers like trash. In these tough and trying times, people like this don't deserve to have customers.

The ladies that come to clean are always friendly and efficient. They listen to your needs/requests. My house is clean when they leave.
