My boyfriend and I were able to find our first apartment together thanks to BruMa Realty. We had been searching on several apartment apps for a few weeks, looked at a few places in person, but nothing really stuck out. BruMa seemed to have a lot of listings across multiple apps and websites and the real estate agents had very speedy communication when it came to application related things. Our agents, Sadia and Desi, were the ones who worked with us during the entire process. From offering different listings when they were available, to showing us in person, and ultimately, being present for the lease agreement forms. Their professionalism and quick communication were what sold out for me. I appreciated their hastiness when communicating with the landlord for us and making sure all our documents were handled. It has now been about a month plus since we both moved into this apartment and it's been very nice so far. I know the market is crazy about rent, brokers' fees and such, but thankfully we were able to find something reasonable with BruMa's help. So we thank the realty, and especially Sadia and Desi, for helping us select our first apartment together.

BruMa was WONDERFUL from start to finish. Aaron, my and my girlfriend's agent was particularly spectacular. He was available at all times, highly communicative, proactive, and went the extra mile at every turn. He comprised a list of apts that fit my unique needs, got me touring them the next day, and when the PERFECT apt came on the market in the midst of one of our final tours of the day, he took me right over to show it to me and I was able to get a deposit down on it within 2 hours of it coming on the market. We couldn't love the apt more :) From the time of the deposit, he got our lease out to us ready to sign in fewer than 48 hours. Also, when I was having issues with the management company, BruMa and Aaron advocated on our behalf towards the resolution of my issues. Couldn't recommend them any higher, which is a WILD thing to say about a realty company in this economy.

BruMa Realty just wanted to share my experience with agent Mendel. When I first start searching for apartments being that it’s my first time moving out on my own I was super scared when it comes to neighborhood and amenities that I wanted to in my first apartment. Mendel took a list of everything I was looking within hours. He got in contact with me right away to view first apartment and was on time for the first apartment I looked at. I don’t like that one he knew I don’t like it. While we viewing that apartment he shown me the apartment I’m currently in within minutes.Managed to get in contact with current tenant for me to view apartment. Helped me with the whole application process . Over all I recommend Mendel as a agent because he professional and helpful. If you want right now he is the person to go too.

I had a great experience with Bruma and especially with Aaron. Mendel was extremely helpful during the housing process. He was able to work with my tight schedule and find me a place that was exactly what I needed.
