Food is good but never available. I've gone several different times throughout various times of the day and they never have anything ready or available. 7 different visits and every time the cashier tells me some bogus reason as to why they can't make the so-called bagel. Poor service. Needs improvement. Could be great.
I'm at love field about 3 times a week, and I've tried to grab a sandwich here probably 5 times. The employees are never around - they just hang out in the back. If you are lucky enough to order something, be prepared to wait at least another 10 minutes for them to assemble your mediocre sandwich.
Some of THE BEST bagels which unfortunately are hindered by some of the most rude employees. As great as the products are, it’s not worth your time, effort, or money. Management needs to clean up shop, it’s really a shame how awful service is here as many other reviews have noted. More
Went here while picking up my daughter at Love Field because Duncan Donuts was out of coffee. Well, this place had plain coffee but were almost out off all milk/half and half. I also asked for a blueberry bagel. The guy asked me if I wanted
Cashier on a power trip. My husband wanted to get change and asked an employee BEFORE getting in line. He was told no problem. The cashier said we don't do change. So my husband took one step to grab a water to purchase. She said he got out
This place is rediculous. They charged $10 for a ham and cheese sandwich on bread. The staff was incredibly rude. The lady in line before me was charged for half a dozen bagels, but they only had 5 of the flavor she wanted. When she pointed
Service was very poor. They had one new girl running the register and taking orders at the same time with only the cook training her and trying to cook at the same time. I ordered the Brugger Burger which was served to me on cold bread and
idk what the bad reviews are about, this place is great. ive never had a bagel sandwich before and this was a great first experience. I got the herby turkey sandwich and it was delicious. Cashier was quiet and not super hospitable but not
Sorry to hear the service is so bad here. I'm from Rochester, NY and Breugger's Bagels are FAMOUSLY GOOD, also in Colorado as well. Costs at airports are always ridiculous but don't reflect don't reflect the flavors. DFW restaurants are
Go inside of security and go to literally any other restaurant in the airport. To say that these people were rude and slow would be a severe understatement. I'm almost 100% sure the bagel I got wasn't a brueggers bagel. It seemed like a
Keep moving. This is a management problem. I got a salad that was gross. I wouldn't write this if it ended there with a prompt replacement The staff asked like I asked for the moon when I asked for a replacement. They did everything it
Excellent breakfast bagel egg cheese and turkey sausage the service was quick had my bagel ready in less than a few minutes hot. Got full with the two egg upgrade for 60 cents. Not cheap but very affordable for airport restaurant.
Yep, not friendly. If I was the owner, I'd look for some employees that want the business to be successful. Tried to get a sandwich at 7:22 pm, they close at 8, they couldn't be bothered. "Not doing anymore sandwiches". Nice.
We picked up my grandmother from the airport at 10am, we love Bruegher’s Bagels in Nashville, TN and was super excited to grab some while here. We got in line and noticed that all the baskets except 2 were empty. There were
Delicious sandwich, a but expensive but its in the airport so yeah. I liked they had MSNBC on along with another channel not CNN travel. The atmosphere was relaxing without harsh overhead lighting.
No one ever answers the phone, I stopped by and wanted to buy tubs of cream cheese and the girl told me they don’t have any? Since when does a bagel shop not have any tubs of cc for sale?!
Horrible horrible customer service, but good food. Service is so bad that it makes the food not worth it. Owner needs to respond
Always tons of flies on the food. Staff is lazy about cleaning...can't even imagine how nasty the back must be.
Yummy!! I bring home 1/2 dozen every time I fly into DAL. Great service!
Breakfast sandwich bagels always come out great
