I had the worst experience today at Brushsalon Shorouk branch. Today I wanted to treat my mom to a nice day at the salon. As we walked in, we were greeted by the receptionist and the hairsalon manager, Mr. Reda. He then asked what it was that we wanted to do, and the only request my mom had was not to change her gold blonde hair colour and to keep the roots light brown. I left her and came back hours later to pick her up, and her hair colour was completely different. It looked dull and darker than her original colour, more of an ash blonde than a gold blonde. When I spoke with the guy who coloured her hair, he said that what my mom requested from Mr. Reda, the manager, was never communicated to him, which is so unprofessional. I was extremely upset and requested that they call the manager, who came back to the salon 30 minutes later. When Mr. Reda came back, all he had to say was that the colour my mom originally wanted was not liked by 90% of the people (lol), hinting that it was out of fashion, which is pathetic since no one asked for his opinion. When I asked about how it could be fixed, he said that she should come tomorrow and they would put bleach powder on her hair. When I told him that this would be too harsh for her already processed hair, with no guarantees that the colour would go back to the original colour she had, he said not to worry and that it would not impact her hair (something that I HIGHLY doubt). Then, when I asked what would happen if, after this, her hair did not go back to its original state, he said "What do you expect me to do". Unfortunately, at this point I have already paid the full amount because I wanted it to be a surprise for my mom. My main problem was not just the bad service but also the bad treatment on the part of the manager; he did not once apologise for not communicating what my mom originally wanted to the person working on her hair or even offer a refund. He only gave unreasonable excuses, saying that my mom's hair colour is similar to the one she originally wanted, which obviously was not the case since I have before and after pictures. And, when I asked him how we could fix it without adding bleach, he said that I would have to come tomorrow and speak to his brother because he knows better, which only shows a lack of competence. Anyhow, as a piece of advice, 1) Avoid this place, especially the Shorouk branch! 2) I know this is obvious, but never pay before you have seen the results of their work because they will treat you badly afterwards. 3) They have no regard for customer satisfaction, and I honestly believe they should consider giving their managers Service Culture training to know how to deal with customers in a decent and professional manner.

I went to get my nails done there and it was very bad. When gluing the nails on the lady kept pressing down really hard and pushing my cuticles back really hard even tho I didn’t ask her to. And when I told her that it hurt she told me it’s supposed to. And to clarify my fingers have never hurt when getting my nails done before. She then proceeded to get superglue on my fingers and I still have it now even tho it’s been an hour . She practically glued the nails onto my fingers not on my nail bed and they look very bad. While doing my nails she cut them shorter than my desired length and when I asked her to redo it she got visibly really upset. She later even complained about me to a coworker right in front of me. On top of that the nails on both hands are not even the same height. Overall it was a bad experience and I hate how my nails look . The look very clunky and I have glue all over my hands and my cuticles hurt.

Got my nails done 2 days ago, gel with an acrylic base and the thumb just fell off (l didn't smash it into anything, it just popped off in my hair ) they charged me a little over LE 1300. I also did my roots, one color, brown for LE 800. I'm a Shorouk resident and was planning to go regularly & bring friends so I overlooked the upselling and prices hoping for great results. The dye had good coverage honestly, it wasn't blended well in some places but it was okay. But for my nails to last literally a day is really upsetting.

Manager is really rude, i asked to get my hair and nails done. They started with the hair, I reminded them twice that i needed to get my nails done too but they ignored me. They nodded their heads but continued to ignore my request. The guy doing my hair noticed and asked them again to get me someone but they ignored him too . At the end they had the audacity to ask if everything was ok . Honestly the only good thing was Abraham who thankfully did my hair perfectly.

Honestly I'm disappointed. I did Microbladding with filler within a month. Its the worst experience i ever had. I have one eyebrow thicker and lighter color than the other. One is full the other is not. My eyebrows are not even. This mistake cannot be undone since i didnt have enough time before my wedding. I wantedto extensions. But it was way tp expensive and it was very light. Never going again. Asvice for everyone else dont do you eyebrows!

I went to Brush hair salon, El Shorouq Branch, 6 days ago to get my hair done. It was already washed and ready to be blow dried. After leaving the salon, I realised that most of my baby hair (still growing) was burnt from the roots. I won’t be going back there and I don’t recommend the place.

اخواتي كانت تجربتهم كويسة مع بنت اسمها شيماء، ولكن تجربتي انا كانت سيئة جداً في قص الشعر مع بنت تانية في قسم المحجبات، ولما رجعتلهم تاني حاولت شيماء اصلاح ما يمكن اصلاحه بس للاسف بعد ما كنت جاية علشان اطلع بقصه جميلة، بقيت رايحالهم علشان يحاولوا يظبطوا قدر المستطاع القصة البايظة!!

بجد المكان نضيف جدا والمعاملة كلها زوق وكنت رايحه شعري بايظ خالص عملي شاب شعري هناك بجد كان تحفه وكل الناس سألتني عملتي شعرك فين الشاب اسمه محمود فايف بجد تسلم ايدك وشكرا لمعاملة الناس هناك كلها

بصراحه المكان تحفه وانا عملت شعري مع شاب هناك اسمه محمود فايف وبجد حد شاطر جدا وبروفشينال جدا جدا وغير اني هو سريع اوي اول مره اعمل شعري بالسرعه ديه ويطلع حلو اوي كدا

I cut my hair and it was really good. And the hair dresser was really nice . I did my nails too but i did not like it and that is why i am giving 4

Unprofessional, too expensive for nothing! my hair smells like burning and looks so bad that I washed it when I got home. I will never come again!

بجد مكان شيك اوووي وبنات شاطرين جدا ومستوي مهني راقي وعلي مستوي عالي من الشطاره والنظافه والاستقبال

The managers are extremely rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend this place

أحلى محل زوق وسيرفييس كويس البنات ف منتهى الزوق والصبغة كويسة جدا

جميل و نظيف لكن مش كل العاملات ماهرات
