Been coming to bubbas Mornington for the past 3 years and tonight’s the last time. Been slowly going down hill for some time, horrible online ordering system, that ALWAYS says your pizza will be ready in 15 minutes and 3 years ago, that was true. Now? We wait up to 45 minutes to pick up the pizza that’s not even delivered, what are you doing ?? Kneading the dough as we order?? it’s insane, and annoying as hell that we constantly wait more than advised. Then tonight, I came in store on the way home to order some pizza, place the order and again told 10-15 minutes, returned 30 minutes later. Waited 15 more minutes in store before anyone served me to be told ‘oh, doesn’t look like your order was printed’ It’s cool got my refund, but an amazing waste of my time. What an absolute joke of a business. 10 staff all young kids standing around doing stuff all normally with no customer service skills, better luck asking a random on the street for help. Thanks for nothing !

Ordered delivery through menu log. They contacted me to say it wasn’t a delivery it was pick up. I explained that I definitely selected delivery, they told me if I had spare $4 laying around they would deliver. Who has cash? Explained again I definitely chose delivery and I have no cash, I was told I had to pay. I then said don’t worry I will collect it. I was told it was ready to be picked up. I arrive and had to wait 15 minutes. Obviously they were having a bad night but if this was my business I’d have just delivered for free in good will. Ordinarily these situations don’t bother me I get it stuff happens. but my son was sick so I had to drag him out into the cold to pick up the food. It’s not the first issue I have had with Bubbas so I probably won’t order from there anymore.

OMGosh so full of flavour and that sauce WOW its like a dill pickle married mustard sauce. Yumm. Such a pleasant surprise. I ordered the small pizza, I'm so glad I did, as it was so filling and satisfying to eat. Full of lasting flavour. They had me at "roasted red capsicum!!!" Base was delicious and the garlic bread was lightly toasted in the foil wrap, with lots of garlic butter and lightly salted. My first visit and definately not my last. Thank you for the complimentary garlic bread. A lovely surprise. Good old fashioned customer service. Xx Nicole

Had an amazing experience over the weekend at Bubba Pizza Mornington. The owner (Virin) prepared the Pizza with a lot of veggies, exactly what I like. It was very nicely baked, moreover, the store has a lot of Veggie options. The owner was very generous and offered a free drink to me and my wife. We tried their waffle and they're just amazing, a must try Highly recommended if someone is looking for quality pizza and a 5 star service. Definitely, a must visit if you're craving for a good Pizza and waffles near Mornington.

I’m parked out the front of Bubba Pizza at Benton’s Square Mornington and it’s 9:15pm on a Saturday night. I have called the shop 5 times and No one is answering the phone, but they are all inside the shop . Looks like they don’t want to make any more puzzas and just want to pack up and go home for the night. Why do you advertise that you are open until 10pm when you’re not. It’s 9:30pm now and they have closed the shop for the night and gone home . That’s poor service . If it says 10pm then people would think they can still get a pizza just before 10pm.

We got 3 pizzas. The girl at the other end of the line. Couldn’t understand us. I asked for more anchovy’s. and more chilli. There was maybe 3 anchovy and I couldn’t even see the chilli. Mine was so soggy the top slipped off the pizza when you picked it up. My sons was not as soggy. Still bad. The other one was just ok. I have had nice pizzas from here before. But late night would have to been the worst. I am so sick of getting bad food. Everything is very expensive. You would at least get something you can enjoy.

What an amazing place to have pizza..I would highly recommend the place. The base was crusty, toppings were fresh and must try basil Mayo We ordered chips along with pizza, and the chips was equally amazing.. crunchy and relish sauce was to die for!! It was my first time ordering pizza from this place. I found the toppings to be fresh and the pizza crust to be one of the most delicious I've ever had. You can tell the dough is made daily. It is hard to find a pizza place that caters for vegans and I was pleased to see that they have vegan pizzas on the menu. I would definitely recommend popping by and ordering a pizza from the place!

Ordered pizza for delivery, stated 30 minutes on website. Order finalised, and paid for, delivery jumped to 50 minutes. Received texts to say on time for the 50 minute delivery, then received a conflicting time on the DoorDash tracking to say would be delivered an hour and a half after ordered. Pizza finally arrived after an hour and a half, pizzas just warm. Never happened when used own delivery drivers. Delivery needs to be sorted out!!!!! Pretty disappointed.

Very friendly staff and the best 'Bubba' pizza I ever had. The new owner has just turned it around 180. The best service I have received in any pizza store I have visited. The new owner Virin is also super friendly and is always looking to improve. If you around in Mornington and looking for a pizza, I would highly recommend giving this store a try! Was disappointed to find out (from a close friend) that they use artificial ham (SPAM) in a can and not real meat. And that they use msg to color their food to make more vibrant. I ordered large vegetarian pizza to find that the vegetables on my pizza seemed to have mold on them. Was disgusted by this experience and would not return. If you’re looking for fresh ingredients on your pizza and no chemicals, don’t head to Bubbas.

Just Wow! Our family ordered a pizza, chicken parma, chips and nuggets, lasagne and a chocolate mousse and we were blown away with the quality of each meal. It was no ordinary take away pizza shop. The pizza was perfectly cooked, the lasagna had so much flavour, the chicken parma had just the right crunch, nuggets and chips were delish. Super friendly staff with great new ownership. Will definitely be coming back!

Loved the thin and crispy base of the pizza. Also, their onion rings and garlic bread are a must try and are super tasty. Good price for the size of pizzas they provide. The owners were generous enough to give me a free softdrink with my pizza. Kind and polite staff. I would recommend this to anyone in and around Mornington and you won't be disappointed.

I ordered a large pizza last Saturday night. It arrived within thirty minutes which was good but the pizza looked and felt like it had been in the oven for about five minutes! The pastry was totalling uncooked and the base was raw and floppy. Totally undercooked and unappetising. To make matter worse I was charged $7 for delivery!! Next time I will make my own

Ordered pizza from here on new years eve. They were really busy, but still managed to get our pizzas out in 15mins. Pizza was good. Decent prices too, even with all the add ons. Speaking of which. Wish they added more meat. Asked for extra spicy beef, but barely got any on there. Other than that, they did a good job.

Great pizza not badly priced. I was a pizza maker for 15 years so am quietly Opinionated as I ask and always ask for thin base and well done. Toppings can't be two layered which they weren't so have to give them a 4 star. Cleanliness was a little lacking but not bad for a small shop. Will definitely be back

I've ordered different pizzas here 4-5 times now and it's never disappointed. Good value and good quality ingredients. It reminds me of pizza hut style, which I really enjoy. Definitely my family's go to for take away pizza!

Wait 20 mins for pizzas (they will be 10 mins we were told) then to be informed 'they haven't been made because the order didnt go through' Why? We stood there and watched them place the order when we paid. Dont bother you might interfere with the staffs social lives.

About 2 years ago I had a terrible experience here bad food and staff. I went back for the first time tonight since. They totally redeemed themselves with great tasting pizza and friendly well presented staff I will definitely be going back.

I ordered a Bubba Special with a couple of extras tonight it was by far the BEST pizza I’ve had in some time, it was delivered earlier than I thought it would be and the guy who delivered it was and is always very friendly… Thank you guys..

When I visited my brother in Mornington for a few months I literally had pizzas from these guys every second day. My favorite was the Bubbas Special with extra garlic, salami and prawns and anchovies.....sensational!

It is my best fiends fifteenth birthday party and we are right now waiting on a curb for our pizza that we ordered an hour and a half ago. Hoping the pizza is worth it, because she the service hasn't been great :(

First time ordering dough was good topping was missing not enough .When i was picking up I have seen a lot of cheese and topping on prep counter not a good look.. maybe put it on the pizza and not on the counter.

Easily the best pizzas on the ninch, the dough is outstanding. Service is always top notch, can tell the staff are always giving it their all. Prices are also some of the best in the area
