Horrible service. It’s a pity they’re still operating. In spite of ordering a pizza online, they delivered extremely poor customer service. I’m not even going to have the pizza that I’ve ordered. Just asked for some fruit for my puppy with the pizza. And I was happy to pay for it. It was available online and they bluntly and very rudely refused. Please do not go here. This is coming from someone who has been living here for more than a decade now. I would recommend the Boronia Bubba Pizza for their exceptional customer service unless the staff has changed. I think people shouldn’t be doing business they’re not meant to be doing and if they cannot cater to everyone. It’s a shame they’re still there. I’m confident that they won’t run for long considering their poor style of communication and pathetic customer service skills. We are not beggars asking for food. We are literally ready to pay for it. Thanks to Bubba Pizza Wantirna South, I’m going to share my experience literally to everywhere around the world online. Let me and my dog do a favour to you guys, keep the pizza we were meant to have.

Ordered a vegetarian pizza with vegan cheese. There was no cheese on top of the pizza and the veggies tasted still raw. I'd imagine the cheese should go on the top like the standard cheese does to cook the pizza and kept all the ingredients together. The onion smelt so bad!!! Every bite I could smell something and then realised it was the onion. It's like it was cut 10 days ago. It was just so tasteless. I usually get dominos vegan pizzas and they are amazing!!! Thought I'd try something new out. And to top it off I had hair on my pineapple. Noticed it as soon as I opened the box.

One star is being generous. Just popped in and ordered a large BBQ Chicken pizza. Was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I left the shop returning after only 5 and to my surprise it was ready, great, didn't have to wait around at all. Got home to discover what I can assume was something that was made a few hours earlier, it was very dry and the bas was very crispy, in fact I think it would have snapped if I tried to bend it. My advice, pay a little more and go somewhere else, or if you really want a pizza from this shop, stay and watch them make it.

Generics pizza, I seriously don't like suggesting this.... But do yourself a favour, save your money and purchase a pizza from Dominoes for a third of the price! It's not that hard to make N Aussie Pizza, is it??? If I pay for chicken to be added, one would expect chicken to be present on the pizza??? Frozen and generic pizza base, does anyone make pizza bases fresh nowadays?? One third of the pizza was processed ham, an Aussie pizza should have bacon or at the very least 'some' ham!

Truly enjoyed my visit to Bubba Pizza Wantirna. Speedy service and great tasting supaveg pizza. Our group was served by Anil, a very professional gentleman.

I live just around the corner from bubba pizza. Still hadn't tried it so decided to give it a go. It took 45 mins on a Friday night which is fairly reasonable but it's was COLD when it got here, As stated I live less than a 5 minute drive away. Pizza was bland and definitely not worth the 17. I also ordered a chocolate mousse... It was frozen solid??? Definitely won't be eating from here again. Two stars for the timly delivery on a Friday evening.

Bubba used to sell quality pizzas. They have cheapened the menu, ingredients & increased the price. I immediately returned an online purchased, so called "Gourmet Lamb Pizza" to store as the foul smell compelled me to open the box when I collected it. 2 days ago they replaced the lamb with ground mince, misleading their customers. I feel sorry for the store staff as it's not their fault. Great example of how to destroy a brand's reputation.

We ate in, pizza was given to us in a box, so we ate out of that. We were offered serviettes but no plates. The pizza cheese was super hot, melting and dripping, so hard to eat without utensils. The pizza was good though, crust was tasty and fresh. The decorations were fun to look at too. A good place to eat in if you're in a rush. It's close to the basketball centre, so not a bad to drop in for a bite before a game! Staff were friendly.

Ordered pizza from here on sun eve, had good pizza from here before my complaint in not about bad pizza. The young lady who was preparing the pizzas had plastic gloves on so all good & I'm so glad she prepared mine. Another guy then joined her to help & started to prepare pizzas WITHOUT gloves! This is totally against all food handling & health rules! I was horrified! Management you need to speak to your staff & train them accordingly.

Cheesy garlic bread is exquisite! Definitely a fantastic approach to customers and some fine tasting pizza. We got a half half Margherita and super veg and oh my they are through the roof. 100% recommend, they use good quality ingredients and get just the right taste.

I actually really enjoy the pizzas here, especially the Outback Pizza - my personal favourite. I've mostly have above average pizzas, but have had a couple of below average ones too. Out of the pizza places in the area, this is my pick and is my local go-to pizza joint.

We LOVE the pizza here at Bubba Pizza Wantirna South store. Always fresh ingredients, tasty and perfectly cooked pizza and the friendliest staff who remember you on a first name basis. Very affordable prices too. Highly recommend Bubba Pizza for your next pizza hit !!!

Paid $17 for a large pizza with double ham and an egg and chili. I don't mind paying that for a pizza, but there's hardly any ham on it. Pretty ordinary. No chili flakes just, hot sauce and very little hot salami. Need to practice their English. Won't be back

Pizza here is what you'd expect from any chain just kind of average. Their wait times are never accurate and the Pizza never feels worth the wait. With a better pizza shop on the same strip a mere minute walk away id give this one a pass
