I visited your establishment tonight to receive drop off service. When I walked in I wasn't greeted by an employee. The guy I assumed was an employee shocked his head at us. After waiting there for a moment he yelled from across the room what do you want with an attitude. Then he proceeded to walk towards us and said he has a lot of things to do and he's not going to do it tonight. All I wanted to do was drop off my laundry and pick it up tomorrow night. I didn't expect him to drop what he was doing to start my laundry immediately. All I wanted was to have my laundry weighed and leave to go back home. Instead I took my 3 XL bags of clothes and walked around the corner to the other laundromat at 341 Ocean Ave and received better customer service with a smile. I always love going to bubbleland because it was convenient but tonight the tall gentleman with a plaid shirt and navy blue hat was extremely rude. To the point one of his friends or colleagues came into the laundromat. He spoke to him in their native language and when we were leaving he closed the door in our faces on purpose. So, we knew he had an attitude based on his friend's behavior. We were extremely applaud to receive such treatment from men at this establishment as young ladies.

I have been to this laundromat a few time and every time I go I am so disappointed!!! As a mother with a toddler, I would not recommend this place at all!!! The employee with the dreck locks is very rude when comes to children. When I step foot in here with my child, I am just not sure if he will hurt my child. Today I was in there and my little one, he was crying and he said to him “shut up” “shut up” “shut up” like beast. How dare you said that to a child, with what authority you approach my son like that. Last time he want to hit my child for stand next to the toy stand , my son didn’t want to move. He said” if he was my child I would of beaten him up already “!!! Wow I just don’t understand how they have some one working like that in a environment where most like are going to come and go. He looks at little kids with so much hate. I have also seen him argue with adults but always adults are able to defend themselves not like my little ones who don’t understand yet. When it come laundry is enough stress doing it and adding some like him in your environment it’s just makes it worst. Watch out for child safety!!!!

I came here yesterday to do laundry with my son as soon as I put my clothes in the dryer for 42 mins I had to stop at a few stores which was NEARBY and I wasn’t far so as soon as I came back I’m looking for my clothes n the dryer and I don’t see them then as soon as I look my clothes was in a cart so I’m like who move my clothes ppl saying the manager did so I ask him why u move my clothes he saying I other ppl needed the dryer but mind u that same dryer I had it in was EMPTY and the other one had clothes in it that look like it was in there for a long time smh I guess that was my lesson not to come here no more I’ll spend my lol quarters somewhere else where I’m much more respected at

I’ve always come here to do my laundry since they opened and the workers are nice but there is one very rude worker who has no respect. He kicked me out from one of the folding spots out of all the other ones that were empty (I came in very early in the morning an hour after opening) but the worst part was when he came over and knocked on the table and told me to move and was on top of me without letting me pick up my stuff. He shouldn’t be working here with that kind of attitude just pushes me away from coming back and shows that he has no respect whatsoever.

The laundry is almost $3 dollar one of the workers is really he's really nasty with the people the last laundry is 10:00pm I'll be there in 5 minutes to 10:00pm and he don't let me go through but I think he's racist because I do laundry couple of times in the laundry and some you know white people coming through after 10:30 and he didn't do laundry but not a Spanish people and that's not cool because we pay for the service deal with this kind of people when you need to use the service and all the time he's like alcoholic people inside the store homeless people

What I like most about this place is that you can pay using your mobile. Samsung pay, G pay and Apple pay all work there. You can use your debit card, your credit card or reloadable laundry cards. And if course you can use coins. They have AC in the summer, heat in the winter. They have televisions, WiFi, vending machines, seating and lots of tables for folding. They have drop off service but my dirty laundry is too personal to let someone else touch them. Once in a while they can get crowded but there's almost always only a few people in there.

If I had to rate this place on just the drop-off service it would get 5 stars. Overall the staff is very pleasant and the place and machines are clean. My issue is with the pricing of the washing machines versus their respective load capacity. They go from $2.75 (S) to $4.75 (M) to $6.75 (L) for about 1 lb of difference in load capacity. That, IMHO, is a big jump. Also, the fact that they've reduced the drying time per $0.25 to 8 minutes versus 10 minutes doesn't sit right with me.

STAY AWAY!!! This place is awful and they openly discriminate against LGBTQ people. This place is crawling with creepy men who hang out like it’s a bar, smoke cigarettes and drink alcohol. The employee with the dreds is mean and aggressive and he also steals. I’ve seen him remove peoples clothes from the dryer after they paid and use the dryer for himself. The younger thin guy with the haircut is and ebony skin is pretty chill. But everyone else is a super creepy! STAY AWAY!!!!

Worst place to do your laundry, if you don't want to have a horrible experience please go anywhere else but here, the employees here are very rude and unprofessional, while I was washing there I saw one of the employee yell aggressively at multiple children who were there with mother doing laundry. The guy with the dreadlock is horrible and I will certainly be calling better business bureau.. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAUNDROMAT..

Great interior design. Just horrible workers... Owner acted like a d*** to a homeless man and shued him out after saying "get out of here" and mumbling something. Following that a worker says "I dont understand how people can go around looking like that." Inferring its the HOMELESS mans fault he is DIRTY. Later i needed to change a few dollar coins. The OWNER says "i dont know what this is." And I go home with wet clothes...yay.

This place is usually clean and it has great lighting. This laundromat has a big screen tv for your convenience, the ability to use debit cards on the washer/dryer, and someone working inside at all times. It also has air conditioning system that works great when it's hot outside. (The staff is not friendly so you may have to ask questions repeatedly) don't take it personal it's who they are.

My second time here and again I have trouble with the dryers. This time it's dryer 9 and 10. I put in a $1.00 for 20mins and got 5mins. I tell the worker ( I think his name is Muhammad) and he tells me I do not know what I'm doing. I do it in front of him... I put .75cent and got less then 10 mins when i was supposed to get 15mins. He still tells me I'm wrong. I'll never return.

Ok job at drop off washing your clothes but lacks organization when it comes time to pick it up. Misplacing your items, mislabeling to your ticket, and telling you how many bags you dropped off when clearly they didn't count or combine them just mislabel to send you home and back to scoobydoo for where it all went wrong

I like it. Much like any other laundromat, you have to find the right time to go because it can get crowded. I love that's there is wifi, so I can get work done while I'm waiting. The gentleman who works there is very nice. It's a very clean laundromat as well.

This is the only drop off service near me and I’m tired of them. I noticed that my Armani exchange hats went missing and when I went back to them they were really confused. I gave them a pass because again, they are the closest laundromat

Mister Oumar is very welcoming and kind. We talked all the time it took to my laundry to be done. He was also taking care of others customers of course and helping them when needed. My clothes are clean and smell very good …

This laundromat is great because you can use your credit card on the washing and drying machines. It's usually clean and there are some seats available. Avoid Sunday nights, since it's usually crowded.

A very high tech Laundromat, washers and dryers accept all major credit cards plus Apple pay and Google pay. Extremely convenient and comfortable. They also do a good job on drop off service.

It is clean, has alot of space to move around. If you don't want to wash your clothes, they do take drop off for a fee. They are open 7 am to 10 pm

Friendly staff, a bit tight during prime time hours, definitely go off hours if you can. Usually pretty clean. Not too expensive.

They no longer take cards and I don't carry cash. They are going to start losing customers. Attendant is friendly and helpful

Washing machines are great . The place is always clean but the staff is okay it depends on whose there .
