I keep coming back here, hoping that they will improve but it’s only become worse. They only ever staff one person, and it always takes me over an hour to get any transaction completed even though they claim to be a “fastbreak” location. Budget should pull their franchise out of here, because it only does to make them look bad.

Oh gosh. I don't know what is happening here. The woman gives no fks about customers. Maybe she has something horrible going on, but no basic explanation to humanize her. She just did not care about how much time she wasted of my life by simply not being there to receive the car. No dropbox. No answered call. Nothing. Yikes.
