Très mauvaise expérience. Le prix a juste doublé entre ce qu'il était annoncé et le vrai prix. Les frais de -25ans sont de 20$/jour.... soit le prix de la voiture. J'ai été facturé 15$ pour avoir rendu la voiture à 9h au lieu de 8h comme sur le contrat... Je l'avais pourtant loué à 10h la veille. Je vous conseille vivement discount juste à côté. Bien plus professionel. Les gérant sont prêts à s'arranger car ils gèrent leur propre succursale. De plus leurs voitures sont toutes à 4/5 portes et de meilleur qualité à mon goût.

Avoid going renting at all costs! They did not let my fiancée know that she has to have a receipt of her filling gas. She brought the car back with more then a full tank and the let her know that she will be charged for the gas because she didn’t have a receipt. Look at the picture for proof!

I have rental a car twice in the last couple of weeks from Budget on Decarie. I was greeted both times by Ismael who is super friendly and helpful. I prepaid so check-in time was very fast too. I highly recommend you to rent from here. You get a great car at a fair price and great service!

My recommendation for this car rental station. Ismail was a very friendly, courteous person which saved our day providing us a car on short term. After, unfortunately we were not able to get a car across the street at Herz even if we had a confirmed reservation.

L'accueil est bon et le personnel courtois. Le prix est compétitif mais le problème est que je n'ai pas obtenu la voiture que je demandais. Une petite SUV inconfortable au lieu d'une sedan. De plus ,la voiture était sale a l'intérieur.

Terrible customer service. Answers the phone to ask you how they can help then they tell you to call them back because they’re busy. When you call back, you’ll get routed to the national call centre for budget in the states.
