I booked Oscar for a home removal and they were simply brilliant! Oscar did a site survey a few weeks prior, and was considerably cheaper compared to the 5 other quotes I got. Even though their van broke down a few days prior, they arranged another a van and got our job done as planned without any time wasted. Also, we were moving home after many years and hence had a lot of items to move, which required two trips and 2nd location was 50 mins drive away, the two trips was not the original plan but nevertheless Oscar and the team happily did the two trips without any complaints and no extra charges! The guys were clearly shattered by the end of it, it was a full day job, started at 9.30 and finished at 5. Overall, excellent customer service from start to finish, best price, professionalism, friendly, they went above and beyond and we were very glad we went with Oscar. We have already booked them again for another job!

Very straightforward to deal with, and very obliging. Collected an armchair for me recently, which was very easy to arrange. They also provided me with updates regarding arrival times. We had a job getting it to fit in the door when it arrived, however. (Getting it out of the collection site also, I believe). The added hassle this posed for the Budgeted Man&Van driver was not even mentioned, and he very kindly ensured we did get it in the door. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I had a brilliant genuine experience with Budgeted man & Van today. Having bought a suite of furniture I discovered I had left my driving licence at home so Couldn't hire a van. I made some calls and in no time this hero had my sofa home and in my sitting room. He is very professional. Punctual and fantastic value . He also understands the system in Costco and no job is too big or small.

Oscar and his team did a great job moving our boxes and household items during our house move. The team was very responsive and arrived on time. We were happy with the overall job. The only thing that Budgeted Man & Van needs to work on is more manpower and tool requirement whilst handling oversized items. Otherwise very happy and will definitely recommend their business.
