This used to be our favourite florist, but since the change of owners in 2022 they have been pretty bad. We’ve been there twice and both times were provided with hostile service. First time I went was a few days before Mother’s Day, no one greeted me I was just given some glares as I entered. The entire store was filled with the flowers they were preparing for Mother’s Day and I could barely walk through to select flowers. When I slightly pulled up a bunch of flowers from a bucket to take a look before buying, I was told harshly to ask for assistance if I want to look at anything. I was charged $30 for a small bunch of chrysanthemums, but accepted that it was Mother’s Day so probably had a price premium. The second time was actually my husband visiting to buy me a birthday bouquet. For $75, they gave us a medium sized bunch of roses, barely arranged, no foliage or anything added, wrapped in a piece of brown paper and tied with a wrinkly ribbon. A world of difference compared to what the flower presentation used to be, the previous owner used to spend great time and effort to arrange each bouquet properly and always offered wrapping and ribbon according to the recipient’s preference, the bouquets used to be so beautiful! The thorns of these roses also weren’t cut off properly and we’ve both been cut trying to change the water. I think the service he received was not great either. We would recommend people to go to Woolies before considering this new management Buds & Beans.

Have purchased food and flowers here a couple of times and thought the staff here were very kind. However one afternoon my boyfriend had an empty water bottle and was feeling ill and asked if it could be refilled there. The staff refused to even offer tap water. This kind of service is worse than Maccas and shouldn't be acceptable ANYWHERE and hope it won't happen again.

A lovely family run cafe / florist. They are always extremely friendly and helpful and the flowers are some of the best you can find in Sydney. The shop underwent a refurbishment in the last couple of years which resulted in a very pleasant space. I use them regularly for flowers and would highly recommend.

Jess has helped my boyfriend to look like a master of floral choices, when really i know its just Jess's beautiful taste as a florist! Eventually i started asking where my boyfriend was getting the bouquets from so i could get them for my friends graduations too. Thanks Jess for the beautiful flowers!

I ordered flowers and a takeaway coffee from Buds & Beans to be delivered to my cousin near Gordon for her birthday (I'm in Perth) and the customer service was great! I had to change the delivery day/time a couple of times but they were really flexible and accommodating.

The staff are very nice and communication is great with them with a smile on their face. I feel good and fresh environment surrounded by variety of flowers and their fragnance. I liked the coffee and their excellent services. I recommend to visit this cafe store.

Such a nice place. It's not where it says it is on the map. It's up the stairs at the train station. Lovely food and coffee and super friendly staff. We were there the Friday before Valentine's and they were over flowing with flowers. It was really beautiful.

Very lovely coffee / flower shop located conveniently at the station. Very friendly team, very fresh flowers, nice selection and tasteful bouquet arrangement. I called the night before and in the next morning had my bouquet ready. And they open 5.30am.

Called late in the day for a delivery to my family from overseas, J K Florist couldn't be more helpful, roses fresh from the markets that morning, time to write a thoughtful message on our behalf - very happy with the service and highly recommend.

Excellent flower shop. Always nice options and fair price. Owners are always trying to improve with new offerings. Very friendly people and the shop is a real blessing if you need to buy the wife flowers at the last minute!

I received a beautiful bunch of flowers for my birthday from my daughter who ordered them online. They are now 3 weeks old and for the most part just as fresh as the day they arrived. Fantastic quality, thank you.

This place is very good for a coffee with a friend. Beautiful flowers they have for people to purchase and nice greeting cards, too. The only pity part is it’s a little pricy. But good to visit for your needs.

Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Best HOT coffee my Mum has had for a long long time!! The plants and flowers looked fresh and healthy - woulda liked more time to check it out... but had to catch my train!!

Jess tastefully chose flowers for me to a budget for two different people. Beautifully presented and done quickly. She went beyond and wrapped a champagne bottle for me too. Lovely people doing a great job.

I lost an envelope that contained $300. They held onto it for me and returned in when I entered the shop again 2 weeks later. You want service from honest, good people, this is the place to go.

Asked for a customised white and green box of flowers. Service finished in 20 minutes and it looks amazing. Highly recommend this florist if you want quality custom flowers last minute.

Great coffee for a good price. Beautiful little florist/cafe above Gordon station. Only a few seats but ideal for on the go coffee. Staff were quick, which was great :)

Beautiful flowers. Fast delivery, my friend received them on the same day as I ordered them. Very satisfied. Not sure if you can schedule a specific date for delivery.

Great Chai Latte but Mocha was not very chocolaty. Oat milk tastes a tiny strange but still great service and handy little cafe when on the way to somewhere. :)

Didn't think of this as a coffee shop until I read the sign. You are welcomed into the store with flowers and bouquets everywhere. Coffee was pretty good.

they have very nice staff and the coffee is quite good. The staff always remembers to ask the size of my coffee and if i need any sugar.
