The kitchen did an amazing job on our food. It was delicious. Our server was very attentive at first, then I think she got a little busy, but we were okay with that because we weren't in a rush. BEWARE: The problem came when our server brought the bill. My husband and I had our 2 kids with us. We got them kids meals... but were charged for 20oz drinks which she brought before we ordered. When questioned about being charged for drinks (which are included in the kids meal price), our server told us it was the management that makes her charge it that way. They are free refills, so why should it matter what size the drinks were initially? Plus, we had no choice. Had we been informed, we would have gotten them kids drinks. We have been to many, many restaurants that gave full size drinks to the kids, but were not charged because- KIDS MEALS. This practice is beyond ridiculous, and we will not go here again. If this it truly the "management's" practice to charge the customer when they had no choice, I would use caution when visiting this location, as we were charged $7 more than we should have been. I would steer clear of this location and go elsewhere unless you want to be overcharged.

Went here with some friends after a football game, food was good and not a long wait. The only bad thing was the service. I ordered the All American Burger, and I got the receipt for what my friend ordered, the cheese curd burger. I told our waitress I had the wrong receipt and she said it was the same amount so it didn’t matter. So the price came to $14.51 and I paid with a $20 bill. I only got $5 back in change and when I asked if she had my 49 cents she got upset and said not to joke around with her when I was just asking for my change. She stormed off and came back and put a dollar on my table and said, “Since you’re so broke here’s a dollar.” I get its 49 cents and it’s not a big deal but it’s just the principle of it. If she were to tell me they didn’t have enough change or something I would’ve been cool with it, but to assume I don’t want my correct change and to insult me is rude. I had every intention of tipping until this. Also why is she talking to me about broke when she’s the one working at Buffalo Wild Wings? Service was terrible, would never visit again.

Called ahead but the hostess was oblivious & lacked any sort of knowledge. ordered food and a few drinks and then the place filled with an entire school full of children without any parental supervision. kids running into my child in his high chair, fighting with each other, slapping each other and pouring drinks on each other. the manager was notified of the situation by the server but did nothing to resolve or remove the rowdiest ones from the restaurant. Spent $130 and left before we could enjoy our meal. we like to use the jukebox and listen to music and usually spend a few hundred dollars on nights like this but this is definitely my last time at this location. I decided to give it one more try but I was wrong to do so. Our server was kewl tho.

Came here and was seated and literally we waited for almost a hour. Other people were seated after us and they were served and asked for drinks etc but not us We weren’t even asked for drinks or have anyone approach us at all (And yes we were seated by the lady we didn’t just seat ourselves) Everytime we would try to get a waiter or make eye contact they would act like they were doing something. We have literally never been here before let alone there was tons of dirty tables while I saw waitresses on thier phones. We literally haven’t even spoke no anyone or nothing we were just seated and they avoided us. Not sure why. I tip incredibly and I’m super courteous since I have a well paying job. I saw another table just get up and leave cause no one would approach them ethier. Honestly never coming here again cause it was pretty ridiculous. I wasn’t gonna bother the whole “let me speak to the manager” ethier. Ethier way this experience ran off me. And that’s my first time being here Total bummer

Neither buffalo seasoning nor chicken wings hold allure for me, so I had never darkened the door of a BWW- until a friend was treating me to lunch and that was her choice. Now I am a believer! Not in buffalo nor wings, but in the establishment. Our group of 4 all enjoyed our food- I had the tasty brisket tacos and ate every bit (hey, I hadn't had breakfast), my family were satisfied with their meals, and our fried cheese curd appetizer was enjoyed by all of us. Our server, John, was terrific. Kudos to him. My one issue is that there are SO MANY televisions - I know it's a sports bar (actually, I DIDN'T know that till I went), but it seems really excessive. Except during Chiefs games. Then, the number of TVs is just about right lol

We usually get it to go as we have more enjoyable experiences at home and eating in watching movies, etc. On our first time eating in at this restaurant in a long time, the tables were not cleared and the floors were filthy with napkins, trash, etc where your feet go. I doubt that is the appeal of the location like a place that encourages peanut shells on the floor. They did clean the seats and table top before seating us. The staff were nice and the food was good, so the points being taken off are for the lack of cleanliness on this visit. There appeared to be plenty of staff and workers and it would have taken less than 30 seconds to clear up the mess. The specials were a good deal and we’d be back, but get it to go.

There to watch football and eat. Sat at bar, but only drank soft drinks. Refills on sift drinks are free, so bartender ignored me all night and she was super slow to get my order. (I only had 1 refill.) She was slammed a few times so I didn't try to get her attention then, but other times (long game) she was staying busy with light cleanup. Customers shouldn't have to bark at the service help to get their attention. Of course, my tip was affected, but even if robust I'm sure it couldn't match the 20% of an alcohol drinker. Then bartender was all apologetic when it came time for me to settle the bill. Her way of ignoring a low income potential, then reap the benefit at the end by giving me a bit of apologetic attention. I came for a beer because I saw they were open until 1am. At 11:40-45ish someone came by for last call. I was still finishing so i said i was good. At 11:51 i went to the bar to ask for one more (noting that multiple people at the bar had full beers) and they said sorry, no, I did last call. As i walked out I saw 3 cars pull up in the parking lot for service. Clearly, I’m not the only one. Either: 1) update your hours to midnight. 2) even if it is midnight, do not fail to serve us at 11:51. You can, and should do better. Not only is this false advertising it is also horrible service (even if closing at midnight). I guarantee you I would have been gone before the people you were chit chatting with at the bar (who had multiple full beers).

Did not care for the order on your phone deal, atmosphere would have been much better if the music wasn't turned up so loud that my wife and I couldn't barely hear each other talk. Men's restroom was clean but had a majorly foul smell. Overpriced quite a bit for the wing portion sizes. For the 70.00 I spent for 2 ten piece orders of wings, 1 order of onion rings, and 2 draft beers would have been a better value at old Chicago.

Since the mask mandate has been lifted here in KC, thought I would help get businesses started back up. Went in, and not many people in there which meant easy seating. My co-worker had his power go out, so was by myself. Alison was my server, and was very courteous. I ordered the pretzel knots to start. By the time she came back with my drink, I decided on the Thai curry boneless wings. She goes to put that order in, bam! Knots are hot and fresh from the kitchen. Delicious! Tastes like an everything bagel, but you get BOTH cheese or mustard to dip it in. I am enjoying those, and out come my wings. Nice blend of spicy with a mellow sweetness. Had to bring half the wings and half the knots home for later.

I don't know if it's because of inflation where other workers are moving on to better paying jobs, but I don't like how restaurants are going to the non-service thing where you scan a QR code and then you order your food and all the waiter or waitress does. Is this refill your drink when they get to it? I'm not a big fan and that's what happened here. I mean Buffalo wild wings are good but I just want them to be more attentive especially when they're not busy because I shouldn't have to wait 20 plus minutes to get a drink if my cup is empty.

Came to this location with my family. Service was terrible! I had to grab my own high chair for my child. Took them forever to take our order. Fries were cold. At some point they were having a shift swapped and I was asked to pay. I was also told the new waiter would take over. That did not happen. We wanted to order more wings and some drinks. However our waiter never came by to greet us, did not acknowledge us whatsoever. I had to get up to go to the bar side to get my own drink. Next time I’ll go to a buffet, at least then I’ll know I’m expected to get my own food and drinks. Definitely will NOT be back!

We haven’t been to Buffalo Wild Wings in years. We were immediately hit with COVID-19 vibes a soon as we walked in. No menus, QR code on table, have to order and pay online. Should I tip before we are served!? Very confusing. What is the point of eating out? Looks like they mostly just serve chicken nuggets drowned in syrup. Beer was nice and cold, server was friendly and attentive. Food was underwhelming. Fries were not good, well overcooked and borderline burnt. They didn't bring any of our food at the same time. We ordered 2 apps and 2 meals for the table and all 4 items came out at separate times. Apps came out about 10 minutes apart and entrees about 15 minutes apart. I needed to kill a half hour so I stopped in for a snack. I sat at the bar and was quickly greeted with a smiling face. All I wanted was 10 Buffalo Wings and some ice water. I get Thursday’s are busy but I called roughly 3-4 times with no answer to modify my order as it wasn’t available to do so online. If you get wings here make sure you get extra sauce. Every time I have ordered wings the sauce has been slim to none. Also I ordered onion rings and got cold, hard mozzarella sticks? In my opinion the food quality on Togo orders is very bad. Next time I’ll eat inside that way I can at least make sure I’m getting the right order/ I can see the quality of food.

The server seemed rushed although there weren't many people there. When I got home, I realized he had charged me for an additional drink that was already included in my lunch meal. That's on me for not paying attention. The traditional chicken wings were good as usual but the fries weren't hot. My coworker didn't like her boneless Bourbon wings.

The food was good but it was too busy. Service suffered due to that. Took forever just to get someone to take our drink order. Then finally we were able to order food. I ordered the street tacos which were amazing and came out fairly quickly. My husband ordered the Thai wings and they took forever to come out. But he did say they were delicious. The price is reasonable. Just beware going there if you have a time commitment later.

Burger was absolutely delicious. The fried pickles aren't the same recipe as before.. they're ok, but not what we loved from before. Restaurant was clean, bright, waitress was friendly, food was served quickly. Overall, a great place to grab food!

Friendly staff. The food was great. There wasn't a long wait time. The music is trendy but family friendly. There are enough TVs in here playing as many games as possible and the staff will find you a seat with a good view to the game you want. The food is delicious. Not very greasy. You can do combos on set numbers of wings or pick your own numbers and flavors. 10/10 will go again.

I paid for 6 boats of celery and carrots with my order. Paid for it. They only have me 2 actual carrots, and ONE MEASLY PIECE of celery because they apparently think that's funny to cheat people out of items purchased. Also got a flat soda and the wings had barely any sauce on them

Having only been to a buffalo Wild Wings once before, I gotta say, this place was pretty good. The service was great, the food came out fairly quickly, tasted amazing and I think I may have singed a taste bud or two off with the mango habanero wings. Totally worth it though.

I went here for the UFC fights, and the atmosphere, service, and food were very good. I recommend going here for events with friends or family.

It's not the best but it's not the worst either, hardworking employees and decent food. Although I wish they would clean the place and keep it that way but with an influx of customers comes trash everywhere. More

We love this place but today the food was super salty and we were sat at a very dark table. Otherwise, our server Ryan was amazing. Great overall!

The entire staff is too busy chatting each other up to wait on our table. Chips came out limp. We ordered food 45 minutes ago and it is still not here. Horrible management and even worse wait staff.

I had a lot of fun here. Great food, great service. Will definitely go back.

Ordered the spicy garlic and medium wings and they were just alright. The chicken wings a little hard and dry. The sauce wasn't that great to me. The floor was just messy.

This was for a mobile order, but there was no issues with the food or service. Walked in at my pick up time and waited only about a minute and got my food. More

Stay away they post things online then deny it says that. I'll never come to Buffalo wild wings again.

Went there to watch the game. We were not drinking alcohol. But our drinks tea and water was never half empty. We had amazing Waite staff. More
