Do not go here!!!! Went for a covid vaccine. Tech doing intake refused to wear her mask over her nose. Was condescending and just stepped back instead of wearing it properly. They were not sanitizing seats between people. No distancing. Walked out without getting vaccinated. If they can't respect basic public health and common sense in a pandemic surge, perhaps they should not be administering vaccines. Please do better, the community deserves it. Update: They have replied with "Be positive in this situation". I have spent my whole life in Montreal. I spent 20 years on CDN. The community has always been home to hardworking people and deserve the best care. I am positive that my community deserves better. I am positive that wearing a mask properly is a small ask. I am positive that whoever replied to the original post, felt it was acceptable to imply I'm being negative because of the stress we all feel currently, instead of understanding that I ask for better because I care. I care enough to be honest and fair in stating, if this establishment does not show signs of basic health and safety measures, they should not be offering the vaccine. The same way you're asking for positivity, is the same way I'm asking once again, to do better by the people of this community. Then, I will re-evaluate my rating.

Staff needs phone and IT training. Story time: I wanted to reschedule my second vaccine dose sooner, now that we can. The clicsante website said the pharmacy did not put in my info correctly and that I had to call the pharmacy, yet the pharmacy-phone-lady insisted I should call clicsante. It was also a huge struggle giving her my name, RAMQ, and phone number (I'm bilingual and spoke extremely clearly, many repeats, "c" as in "charlie"). She questioned why I would want my second dose sooner. She was also trying to cancel my second appointment and "maybe" (quote) text me later if there's a sooner appointment. I had to clearly say no three times to stop a cancellation. I have my original clicsante email confirming my second appointment, but it has since been mysteriously cancelled... My wife who followed an identical process (I did it) was able to reschedule on clicsante just fine. After the pharmacy called me back four times, my information on clicksante was finally successfully updated. I can now login. Thus 2 stars and not 1. I just scheduled my second dose at another location. I'm sure there's good people working at this location but obviously something weird has happened if this lady is answering the phone and taking personal information.

Don’t call your pharmacy Uniprx! If you don’t Respect your own flyer specials. I travel to this Uniprix because they had an item on sale, when I went to pay for it the pharmacist said it’s regular price I said it’s on sale in your flyers. She said no we don’t carry the flyers at this Uniprix! I’m reporting this store to your the Head office and the government of consumer/complaint-against-merchant! You will be closed down! you should not used the Uniprix name because your giving them terrible business! People do not go to this store! Bad customer service! Bad pharmacy! Bad owners! Bad Uniprix! Disgusting service! As a pharmacist you should be a sham of yourself not representing the Uniprix name! Just call your pharmacy a pharmacy! STUPID JERK!

Stay away from this place as far as you. Trust me, you will regret going here. I once saw them dropping tablets on the floor and putting it back on. Therefore, there is no hygienic purpose here. They don't accept coupon in their flyers as well trash pharmacy.

Really nice owner! She took so much time for the elderly gentleman ahead of me who was hard of hearing. She had to repeat the prescription instructions several times and had so much patience. We need more people like her!

They try to exchange the medication prescribed by the doctor even though it's illegal, only because they did not have the 5mg in one pill. They prefer to change the molecule instead of giving me 2 pills of 2.5mg.

Pharmacists almost ignore you and make you wait a lot even if there are only 2 customers in the whole store.
