I had a bad experience with biildit pinetown I paid 37000 for material To get a delivery you hv to phone them many times I think they should change their strategy cos this supplier thing is not working. After more than 8 days I had to go there myself to find out why I'm not getting my material and I wanted a refund I was told that it will b orederd at corobrik ill get it same day I kept on phoning until I was out of airtime I did not get my delivery that day while the truck was on the way according to them. After 2 o click I went there for my refund because I was fed up is even they phone u about delivery you cancel ur plans and they don't come I ve never been so stressed with the builder waiting for material I ve seen such a bad service even small hardwares are better. I'm still angry the way I was treated can u imagine driving to pinetown twice day leaving my important things. BAD SERVICE I WILL NEVER BUY IN BUILDIT PINETOWN AGAIN

Today I was so badly treated by Bheki. I went in looking for a fireplace equipment, with my wife. 2 guys all pointed to Bheki to assist us. He blatantly ignored us even when I called his name. Then he went past us talking to a phone, waited to end the call. Called him again, ignored us. We stood next to the equipment R5999, with a chimney. Eventually found him on the doorstep, the guys told him, he continued to behave so bad pretending to be busy with a paper. I stay in Pinetown and had to drive to Hillcrest. We have been using buildit, with my brothers. I was so humiliated for what? I still don't know as we had to leave without assistance and drive far.

Build It Bothasig Since they have opened I keep giving it another try but the lack of service and assistance at this build it is terrible The service counter is right at the back didn't even know there was one until today This seems to be run by one person helping customers answering the phone and organizing orders I felt sorry for this gentleman I walked up and down every aisle and on my way out then only did someone ask to assist when I asked him for the circlip I was looking for he sent me to the service department Sorry build it just not good enough

I was offered assistance by one of the department managers who even took the time to have a short chat. He ensured that I was helped to find what I was looking for. Prices on items on special offer were really good. Even a discount was given because the items I bought were for my business. When transporting my material, the loading team ensured my materials were well secured and where not going to get damaged on route. Even the staff operating the tills were very pleasant. An overall pleasant experience. Well done Build-it!

I bought some DURAM paint to paint my house with found out that the paint was like water so I returned 75 litres of paint to be told that they will refund me for the 50 unopened litres but opened 25 litre could not be returned and wouldn't even send it back to the DURAM paint company because they could not put the paint back on the shelf so that another customer could buy that paint went to Salajees and bought Dulux

Went in on a Sunday just before closing time. Absolutely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff! They showed no signs of irritation at our late arrival at all. We found all the things we were looking for with their help. A most pleasant experience from start to finish. A special thank you to the young man who helped with getting our purchases to our car. Will definitely be going back in future.

After going to two different hardware stores in Pinetown namely Buco and Builders where the service and prices were very mediocre, I decided to go to Build it Pinetown and it was like going into a different world. Offence spent the time to take the parts to the yard and installed for me to to test that this was the correct part due to a previous issue that I had at another store. Build It Pinetown is a great DIY store. They have a great range and they are way ahead of Builder's Express on service and customer assistance. This is my new go-to store for building supplies and DIY. I highly recommend them. The only frustration is that they don't trade on Sundays which is when I most often need DIY supplies and I then reluctantly have to go elsewhere.

I saw an add with thier specials. I called in to enquire. Was given all the relevant information. Went to pay and place my order. As soon as the stock arrived, I received a call and delivery was done. Awesome service. Just 1 thing, we had to physically go to the store to order and pay. If this could be done via Email or online, would be Amazing.

I went to buy shower glasses and a couple of other things & I was assisted by Ofense. He gave me such excellent service! At the branch they also offer tea or hot chocolate which is such a nice touch. Offense went above his duty. He even organised transport. Excellent service! Everyone is nice at that branch. They are super helpful!

Nicely laid out, very neat and well stocked store. Always find what I need and is usually a few Rands cheaper than Builders Express per item I have purchased to date. I went to Build it for the first time today. I wanted some paint that I thought was a bargain! I was not well recieved by a lady at customer care, but the guy who served me was pleasant and helpful. He realized that I walk with the aid of a crutch, and really made the shopping experience as best he could.

Usually when I visit a hardware I expect terrible service, but BUILD IT PINETOWN, goes far beyond any expectation, the staff are amazing and so helpful. Every staff member has a smile and is so welcoming! Most definitely the best hardware I have ever been to, also the prices are great and reasonable.

Had a bad experience here today I mistakenly dropped an item on the shelf that was too close to the railing and one of the employees started screaming at my son. To top it off the manager tells him just apologize so she can stop screaming!! The damn nerve !!!! How do they treat customers like this ??

Fantastic sales service in store. Unfortunately service fell down at glass cutting section and mirror not cut as per order. Will have to make another trip there next week. My end result absolute disaster. Would have been better off just buying new complete and not relying on Build It for advice.

Was forever in a que at one till after about 10 minutes I walked over to the other till that was open aswell and also only had one customer at the till and also waited I eventually put the 2 pait brushes down and walked out they are actually useless.
