Nice little store, but were there for an arranged pickup from Pakenham store and the lady at the counter was very rude when I asked for the reserved item (said that she was busy with customers and she doesn't know) and didn't even greet. I'm not a kid not to understand welcoming tone and the other type of tone. Won't go there again.

  • Hi Mark

Probably one of the worst Bunnings stores around, and it's a pretty packed field. Rude staff with no knowledge other than the Scottish guy. It's supposed to be their clearance store but prices are always higher than the big stores on run-outs. Makes no sense to me, but just another big-box store now. Oh well.

Just because staff says hello doesn’t mean great service. The trade section of this Bunnings is good with OK service. Retail part not so much - be prepared to “queue up” at the single operating cash register no matter what day or hour you get here. You’re better off at the big Bunnings up the road.

Usually pretty good. But I stood there for 5 minutes whilst like 4 people helped one person, standing around joking having a chat refusing to make eye contact with any other staff whilst me and another guy are standing there trying to get help. Don't worry about it boys, I'll go to the other one.

I'm very aware of some of the younger people at bunnings are very inexperienced in some matters, but one takes the cake! I asked a young bloke, where do you keep your spade bits? And he promptly to gardening to show me shovels he now knows you drill holes in wood with them but a good crew

The young fellas in timber were terrific. Helpful, happy and seemed to enjoy their job. Makes it so much easier for a timber dummy like me when someone actually wants to help and give advice when they can see that you are a bit lost with what you are doing. Good job boys. Thanks

Not a trade customer but put my order in online. First contact on the phone when collecting was rude and condescending. Number of staff were rude. Understand during COVID stress levels are up but it’s completely opposite at other store down the road.

Bloody rent a cop security guards there. Wouldn't know to breathe if you didn't tell them. With all the Covid issues that Victoria has had, is having and will continue to have, why keep hiring these people that can't even spell their own names.

I had been standing there for more than 3 minutes for returns, normal queue people come and go, I was just standing there like air, the employee named as Frank was very rude, and said I should join the normal queue to do returns, I told him

Had the worst experience yesterday at this bunnings, wanted to buy a new dish rack, they had some marked on special so of course grabbed one. When we got to checkout the lady behind the counter did all she could to not give us discount. Said

Bunnings Trade has a slightly smaller selection of products, but it's not too difficult to check their supply on the website or just call them. The employees there are very friendly and happy to help and go the extra mile and I'm more than

Someone from corporate customer service must pay visit to this joint and observe how customers are treated based on their identities. A bunch of rude uninterested employees who just want you in and out. While entering the store late in the

I have been shopping at this store for years. One of my favourite Bunnings’ branch. Usually all the staff are extremely helpful and polite. I had a great service from Imogene and Frank today. They were more than fantastic. However, ONLY

An excellent Bunnings store with an enormous range and really helpful staff.. This Bunnings has a great fully manned drive thru that has been planned out very well.. This area also has a lot of parking spaces and good clearance around

  • Matt Turner

Quieter Bunnings (East Pakenham) cousin specialising in trade customers, but still welcoming to general public, still with friendly service ... albeit with slightly reduced range of widgets general public buy. Worth a visit.

Great service. And found item's easily. And also on the way out the awesome man that served us let my grandson know that he could get a free Bunnings Lego set. My grandson Daniel was so happy. Thanks Bunnings. …

Had a lovely girl at the information desk serve me on the way out. The customer experience was just amazing. Everything from smiling, asking me how I was, to telling me to have a great day. Give this girl a raise.

  • Kat Woskett

Great Bunnings, Trade mostly so if you're after more variety the other Bunnings in Pakenham might be a good idea! Still got good specials on discount plants, and usually quieter as well. Highly recommend!

  • Pappy Tombo

Great store. I find this Bunnings to 1 up on every other Bunnings that l have frequented. Staff have always been available and want to help, which is a nice change. Keep up the good work guys and gal's.

Went here for the first time recently with my toddler to buy a new tap. Lovely girl at the counter gave my daughter same pencils and a colour sheet. It made her day, it was very sweet of her to do.

My son has been begging to go to bunnings during lockdown, off we went as soon as we could, first thing he wanted, seeds, they had everything we needed for him to start his own garden, so happy

  • scorpio

Bunnings is always handy ,, was looking for a 3 in one welder , they only carry a couple of brands so I bought elsewhere, still a pretty good store they have most things in stock

  • Darryl Shaw

Not as busy as other pakky store. Heaps more building materials here, more suited for the tradie. Staff in the timber yard during the week when I've been are really helpful.

  • Prue Rubin

Definitely feels like a smaller Bunnings store, but usually faster and easier to get in and out of than the bigger stores and always seems to have what I need.

  • Bernie stanes

We attend the Garden Corner DIY each month and it is the best organised and informative workshop we attend. A huge shoutout to Jo and her entire team

  • Mark Lockhart

A smaller than now normal Bunnings. Located on a busy and overcrowded road. Still this not deter lots of customers.

  • Michael

Very helpful as I was able to drive through to load sheets of board, then pay and leave out the back. (Too Easy)

  • Tony

Great little store. Not as busy as the other Pakenham store but they had stock which is why I was there.

  • Lesley Farrell

Great compact store, not very easy to exit if you want to turn right onto Bald Hill Road.

  • Trace van Lieshout

A smaller Bunnings but everything needed was there. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
