2 star I for answering the phone 2 for puting me through to gardening.I live in a remote area and couldn't purchase on click and collect so rang store I was told if I paid for items they would hold for 3 days.I waited on phone for 35 min for someone to take my $1000 until I was fed up and hung up.This is the same store that told me a particular product only came in black not chrome as I walked around store I found it myself,Never a friendly store and service is disgusting. I rate this on several trips in over 5 years only use when have to.My neighbours tell me Mitre 10 is where they go time for me also to change.

Ordered lattice and timber during the week to be picked up Saturday 21st.How hard could it be?Arrived to find no order ready and timber on order form wrong size.Lattice was not on order form so had to pay more.When I ordered goods was given a register receipt and I asked for full order form and was told I would get it when I picked up order.Then told to go to garden section and bring lattice down myself!!!!! Other end of shop!!!! Then stood at register while they figured out how to fix docket.All this took 1 hour.Worst service experience I have had at Bunnings.But guess What? Got a free coffee! Insulting.

My husband and I thought we would stop and have coffee at Kingston Bunnings At the cafe ha! Never again the women that served us was so rude I have never experienced customer service like that before she even told my husband to stop talking when he said he wanted 2 cuppacinos I wanted to leave but he said no I want a coffee so he tried again to ask her for 2 coffees and 2 raisin toast and she said it again stop talking if this women had a "hearing"problem put her in a different department where she can't be rude to customers. Thanks I've finished my rant

At 5:02 pm on 19/09, I drove my Ute to return the goods. I told the staff that I wanted to return the goods, but he charged me again for the goods I wanted to return. When I drove away, there was a women at the door. When the woman checked my invoice, she looked at my receipt for a long time, she found the problem in my receipt, but she didn't tell me, I returned was 1.8 meters long and 1 meter wide, but my car was empty, I don't think she's doing her duty as an employee, it's a bad shopping experience, two mistakes at the same time, don't trust the staff here。

I’ve only just found out that Bunnings are dog friendly as long as your dog will sit in the trolley - for obvious reasons! I’ve started to visit twice a week because Pepper loves being able to go into a store rather than wait outside. Pepper is mesmerised by the stock and, once he saw another dog in a trolley, he settled down and enjoyed the experience. I’ve been buying seedlings and herbs every time I visit. Thank you for welcoming my constant companion.

Don't know whats going on at this Bunnings they were really cool before. I asked about an item and was told even though computer says item was in stock it must have walked out the door so no they didn't actually have it and didnt know if they were getting anymore. Thought the woman was taking the piss out of me but she was serious. Very serious. So I walked out the door as well. Gave it 2 stars. One for opening hours one for old times sake .

The service I received today from Patrick and Portia in particular was exceptional. I was in the middle of a job for a client and my lawn mower decided to break down. Portia helped me get to the right person about the issue. Patrick was very understanding and super friendly. I purchase most of my business tools, equipment and supplies from Bunnings Kingston and they have some really helpful employees.

Good selection of products, but don't ever try to phone them or go in during busy periods. I have been trying to pay an invoice and have now been on hold for 45 minutes. In the end gave up. Similar experience when you go and pick up trade items, never anyone available to load items. Just not enough staff to provide decent service. Oh, and the staff in the coffee shop are unbelievably rude.

Shockingly poor service, missing kitchen pieces accused of installing wrong ones when they weren’t even received. Sold a corner unit similar to a lazy Susan they holds nothing and takes up a huge amount of space, said they would speak to management about a refund and never done. DONT buy a kaboodle kitchen and don’t expect good customer service

Staff are helpful and understanding. I grabbed the wrong size timber without realising, even had someone cut it half so I could transport it, paid for the size I thought I'd grabbed, only to get home and find it was the wrong size. They allowed me to exchange it without a fuss even though it was my error.

Easy parking. Quick Covid check in. Directed to sections we required by pleasant staff member at the entrance. Garden section had a large number of lavender plants, I wish I could have taken one of each. Laundry basket ..... grey or grey. Door fasteners .... so many, my husband loved the selection.

Allows your dog to come into the store, as long as they're either muzzled or confined to the top part of the Bunnings trolley. As an owner of a dog who wants to be with us always, and as people who go to Bunnings frequently, this is great. Good coffee at their cafe inside, too.

It's a Bunnings, what more could you want? In all seriousness, we were a touch lost on certain items, and it was never a hassle for the staff to help out. They recommended bits for certain jobs, and pointed out where to find them. Super friendly, and an enjoyable atmosphere.

Very good hats I highly recommended the hats to everyone. Nice drive-in area for bulky materials lots of different products. High quality timber. Friendly staff. Overall, fantastic shopping experience for materials and other stuff lights, door handles, locks, etc.

It's Huge. Plenty of things to choose from. Make sure to check specifically the item you want by doing a little research before buying anything here because it's tempting to just get them since they have them all. Other than that it's a haven for tools and parts.

Not a big fan of the Bunnings chain, feel just like a walking money machine and sales is all they want! Not really a personal experience staff must be trained to “execute the sale” not ask a bit more into what I’m doing. Rather would support a local business!

Too bad these guys destroyed the local hardware chain but for good reason. Great range, good prices, friendly service and the cafe is good too! The only thing they don't sell is automotive stuff, otherwise they'd probably run Supercheap out of town too!!

Good range if products but staff not particularly helpful. Was at first told that they did not sell the item I was looking for, only when I said their web page showed it was in stock there did they then look it up on their screen to confirm they had it.

Early visit to Bunnings first day of opening, found staff very friendly and helpful, and a wonderful choice of healthy garden plants. And ladies extremely informative and obliging, hope they maintain this service. Its a great store for Kingston.

Good store, decent size. Has everything you'd expect in a Bunnings including the weekend sausage sizzles. Staff are generally helpful. I tried to stick with the local Mitre 10 to support local, but Bunnings consistently has a better range.

Love this place. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The store has an exceptional range. The garden area is great with great special for seasonal plants etc. There is also a great range of kids cubbyhouses and garden fencing

The fencing timber that bunnings stock is so atrocious that we can't use it for commercial jobs. I generally have to order from or drive to uptons in mornington (an extra hour of driving) to get anything that we can actually use.

Good signage in the store about social distancing and the number of customers allowed per aisle. Hand sanitizer at the entrance/exit of the store for customers to use. The shop was quiet and the shopping experience was relaxed.

The Normal massive Bunnings experience in an emerging area. Children's playground, toilet and a hot banger with sauce. Heap of easy parking even for longer vehicles. Great every time for the gardener or handy they them.

Great new shop, plenty of room, well marked out, so at the start/end of each isle is a number, and a list of what is in that isle. Wheelchair accessible, toilets available and a cafe for light snacks. Plenty of parking

Brought a masport mower from them 2 years ago, still under warranty, but it is not working, ask them to where I can get it fixed, they refuse to provide detail for me, the lady in the counter is quite rude. Shame it!!!

Tried the click and collect online feature, was extremely impressed. Apart from that have found the staff in the gardening department very helpful. Finally, you cannot beat their return/warranty guarantee policy.

This place is like picking a sore. You shouldn't go back after your first visit but you do. It's never satisfying knowing these big chains and their cheap stuff are suffocating local businesses. Look elsewhere.

We needed assistance to reach the last packet of small hinges up high, so found a member of Bunnings in their easy to find red shirts, and we were helped straight away. Very happy with my experience.

Wanted a roll of plastic pipe, catalogue online showed 13 rolls. None on shelf. Asked at counter they said it's on a pallet somewhere and nobody can get it for me for a few days. Pathetic service.

What can I say! It is my second home where I can dream big or create small. I can easily spend over an hour just browsing the store. The staff are great and always so helpful and knowledgeable.

Great store with really helpful staff, cheap location to swap 8.5 kg gas bottle at $23.90 . Store was neat and has big range at a reasonable price . Great selection of tools and welders.

Bunnings is mostly good to work with , the staff do there best with the training they have and limitations to the area assigned to them, return policy is excellent with product defects.

Regional Bunnings super store with undercover drive through for bulk materials. Friendly knowledgeable staff who know the stock and location in store. Well trained and super helpful.

They don't always have the full range being so far south, but a notable exception is that they exude a happy workplace. Staff are always genuinely friendly and helpful.

It's a pleasant local place for both quick visit and sizeable shopping. Only issue that I see on most visits is it's really hard to get hold of staff.
