Approximately a month ago I walked into Mornington bunnings with my trade card, 3 guys walked in front of me and just waved their cards to the guy working at the boom. When it was my turn he asked to check my name, I asked why only mine and not the 3 before me. I asked was it because I’m a female, he was really rude but had no real answer for me. I then told him it was pretty obvious it’s the only reason. He proceeded to yell out to me even though I was like 20 meters away. I complained to the manager and one of the ladies told me, it wasn't the first time they’d heard that about him. I went to bunnings Frankston yesterday, had no issues. Then today I walked into bunnings Mornington and again exactly the same thing happened but this time by a young girl. The guy in front of me waved his card but when I walked in just behind him and showed mine, she asked to see it to read the name. This is where it Gets interesting. I asked her why she didn’t ask the guy in front of me but asked me was it because I’m a girl and she said YES!!!! I was disgusted and appalled that a young lady working at bunnings full of tradespeople would be so backward with her thinking that she actually thought this way and said yes. I complained at the front desk, the lady didn’t really seem that interested just that usually that’s her area. No apology, nothing. Ignorant, sexist remarks twice now. Your staff need Better training, this is not Afghanistan!

In my personal experience, the Mornington Bunnings is hard to beat. Staff here have always been fantastic with myself and Miss 3 1/2, always courteous and well informed, with assistance ranging from product help, to making sure my young daughter has a balloon, and everything in between! Extra mention for the cafe - Always an absolute pleasure to stop by for a coffee, with the regular lady (I'm so sorry, I've forgotten your name!) always going above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of. And babyccinos are still free here if you are purchasing a coffee, which, since many places have started charging $1.50+ for a bit of milk froth in a cup, has become a deciding factor for me as to whether I will stop at a cafe or not. I cannot speak highly enough of the lovely staff here! Someone else has mentioned the bathrooms already, and I have to say I agree with that statement to some extent, although of late I haven't had any issues so maybe they've seen the reviews and lifted their game. Aside from this, I really can't fault the place - it's a credit to the Bunnings brand!

I will preface this review by saying I have only come here during lockdown and thus have only used click and collect. The time between order being put in and getting the message that order was ready was 4 days ( I know they are being slammed so that's ok). The issue is unlike other stores I have been to their click and collect is unnecessarily drawn out. You arrive, wait in line. Finally get to front of queue, wait as the person reads 7 cars worth of picksup to someone inside on a mobile radio by telling them the customer name and what they ordered ( rather than the order number) You then tell the person your name, what you ordered and your order number, get sent to a numbered bay. You then wait till another 6 cars have come in and had their details written down before the orders are radiod in. Took forever. Take a note from other stores who have people walk out to the car, take the info, walk in pick it up and bring it out and then you leave.

Visited Bunnings in Mornington today with 3 items on my list. Looked for the first item in plumbing supplies. Asked for help to find it from a team member sitting at the special orders desk. She was not serving anyone, just chatting to a fellow team member. She pointed in the general direction but didn’t offer to help me and said they probably didn’t have what I was looking for. Next item was in the garden section, again asked for help and this time the team member actually asked another team member for assistance, however she just pointed in the general direction without offering to show me where the item might be. Followed the directions without any luck. Finally looked for some plants but there was not a single member in the garden area to ask for advice, so gave up. I visited the store at 8am so the store was not busy. Very disappointed.

I would give it 0 stars as 1 star is too generous after my latest experience. Ordered some composite ceiling lining material on a special order. I made it very clear that it was important that it arrived before 1st of October, a firm deadline and was given different timelines by different staff. Some staff said the item was located in Western Australia and it would take a 7-10 days , the others said that there was a depot in Melbourne and that it would hopefully arrive within 3-5 days. Today, on the day 12, I am told that it will still be at least another 4 days, due to a public holiday and no deliveries arriving over the weekends. The woeful thing is that I have been denied the refund without my having to do another 40km round trip to their store. Absolutely abysmal service. Don’t shop here if you value your time and sanity.

My experience here was great indoors the staff were friendly and helpful and if they were not from the area I requested help in the staff found me a member of staff to help me. My youngest even received a free 'lego' type forklift gift. Unfortunately as soon as I went into the plant nursery to ask the staff a few questions about my plans I was shot down very quickly and even laughed at by two staff members whom were not very helpful at all! I asked for a product, was told they had just sold out but gave me no information on when the product was coming back in I just got laughed at so thanks to the staff indoors but if your looking for advice on plants don't go to Bunnings Mornington and expect any helpful advice at all just expect to get ridiculed. I spoke to the man in the nursery whom apparently was the most knowledgeable!

This review is aimed at Bunnings as a whole, last year I spoke to someone in the pellet heating industry regarding pellet heaters being sold through Bunnings as Bunnings claimed they were going to start selling the heaters and pellets for them, a move which would have made these superior heaters come down in price nationally and help to inform people of just how much better this form of solid fuel heating is compared to wood for both ease of operation and low emissions especially in the city where wood heaters are becoming restricted by local council emission laws. I know a lot about pellet heaters and they are the future of heating, so Bunnings, will you continue to sell your inefficient Scandia heaters or move to something better like pellet heating and show you care about efficiency and emissions? Food for thought!

Such a disappointing show from Bunnings Mornington. We used to love this store and now find very little to like. The increasingly young staff can be unhelpful (or even rude), directions are incorrect and it feels like an inconvenience when you ask a question. My elderly mother was recently told by a young staff member to “go your hardest” when she said she was lodging a complaint after asking several times and getting no assistance. When a manager was called, the complaint was pretty much dismissed. Shame to see this, once first rate, store deteriorate. We will now drive to Rosebud or Frankston to ensure the Bunnings service we were used to. Every business can have an off day, but this poor attitude has been evident over several months and we will not be going back for more.

Massive shout out TO the Bunnings Manager that helped me last week. Unfortunately didnt pay attention to his name but the Guy with the beard and probably in early 30's? LOL you are a star!! Arrived at the store at 7.04pm just after closing. Explained My elderly neighbour Laurel was self isolating and lived alone. Her tap had burst and had been without water all day! If I couldnt fix it for her that night it would have meant she had no water for 48 hours! Not only did he let me into the store but they refused to take payment for the taps!! Fantastic community spirit! Happy to say Laurel had running water that night and was extremely grateful!! Kudos to you Mornington Bunnings and the Nameless bearded Manager! LOL

I love Bunnings and visited this store to hire a Ute for an hour to help my mother in law. They were really relaxed when showing us the vehicle and giving the keys, but when we returned it claimed we needed to pay 24$ for cleaning fee. It was raining and to be fair you could see a few wet marks and some brown dirt scuffs on the door frames which came off with a wipe. The main issue was that the tray had some sand and pebbles that were from the previous hire I guess and on inspection it was our responsibility to clean it. 1. It’s the tray of a Ute 2. Next time take detailed photos of the hire vehicle before departure. The pre hire process and post hire process took longer than the actual hire

Bunnings online click and collect is abysmal. Firstly, it would be the slowest service known to man as it takes days for the obviously overworked staff ( yawn) to pick even the smallest order. For reference, IKEA is able to deliver an item the next day when the order was placed in the afternoon before. Second, why do I need to pay a surcharge for pick and collect? Are you kidding? Thirdly, when I finally get a notification after days of wondering what is going on and have a time slot for pick up allocated I still wait for 45min to get my items.... That happens when you have the monopoly in the game... You don't have to give a damn about service.

  • Kristy Marinis

Was there a few hours ago and found some staff are not keeping there distance between customers let alone there own staff, no wonder the virus spreads and worse of all i now have a cough itchy throat and a temperature, thanks very much Bunnings Mornington now i need to self isolate away from family and disabled son & other family member. Do as you state and what the Government has implemented & lead by example. I feel for the staff that are required to work close to each other however you would think the staff would be supplied face masks & gloves so they to are protected but guess $$$$ before health. Shame Shame Shame

  • Michael Lodder

I am a Mornington resident and Bunnings has always been my store of choice. I have just been to buy some fence panels and left them at the store because of the way I was treated. It is a wet Sunday afternoon and I was offered no help at all despite the articles being bulky and at the other end of the yard.I suggested that a bit of help might have been in order and added that people would go to Masters. I was then told by the store staff member that I had "Better go to Masters" Consequently left the store without the fence panels and resolved that in future Masters will be y store of choice .

  • Elijah Nguyen

Maddy in the paint section is amazing. The poor girl was by herself on a hectic day and was swamped but was composed. The extent of her knowledge across the paint supplies and everything else we needed was next level. She made us feel extremely confident and in great hands and more than competent to carry out the painting of our first home. I can honestly say that in all my years of being a customer at Bunnings that this was by far the best experience I have had with a staff member helping me. For anyone that is needing assistance in the paint department...head straight to Maddy.

  • Chris

Just spoke to a lady named Pam on the phone regarding a click and collect order. Received nothing but a generic “we have a massive turnover at the moment” response and was cut off every-time I tried to ask a question. Didn’t even manage to ask what I was calling to ask, it came to the point where I went to ask a question and simply received a “okay bye” before she hung up. Massively sub-par customer service. Whilst I can understand the high volume of orders you must be getting it in no way warrants this kind of response to customers. Fix your staff and their attitudes.

  • Susi P

I am a Bunnings fan! Doesn't matter what I'm looking for, from plumbing stuff to electrical, outdoor furniture, bbq, nails, screws or any project on my mind, Bunnings has it all. The staff is also great with assistance. Whenever I wasn't sure how to do something, the guys gave me great advice. Today I booked a van for my house move in late October. One of the staff members went out with me to measure if my double bed frame would fit and yes it will, if transported a little bit on an angle. Thanks to all the staff at my favorite store "Bunnings" Mornington, VIC!

  • Anita Màree

Look, Bunnings is Bunnings. If you K kw what you want and where to find it, then youre fine. Unfortunately I went seeking advice about painting a few rooms in my house and the the member was particularly unhelpful. They were quite rude in their demeanor and I felt as though my questions were really an inconvenience for them. Further to that, I don't feel the information provided was very good and certainly it wasn't backed up with any brochure or information in any way. It was an unfortunate experience for me as usually I love Bunnings.

  • Jimmyjo Jackson

I was in the area, so I called in .. Was just wanting to have a quick look at the plants Have to say .. " The plants, looked Amazing They are Very well looked after Even, the Indoor plants The, ❓️Horticulturists ❓️ Here, they actually take Pride in what they do . . & It, Shows " This is the by Far, the B E S T Bunnings, 5 I've been to. Even the store set up is great I'm really glad, I called in

  • Frederick Frederickson

Bunnings seem to fail to understand the meaning of the word "collect". Click and hang around for 1/2 hour would be more accurate. The whole point of booking a collection time is that my order is ready for me to collect AT THAT TIME. Its not too busy so I can only assume that the HUGE DELAY is due to either their ABYSMAL STOCK CONTROL, the employees don't know where the stock is, or they are avoiding me because they don't want to lift heavy gas bottles. BIG FAIL BUNNINGS.

  • Paul Pavlinovich

It was nice to be back inside to find my own stuff and be able to actually get the stuff I didn't realise i had forgotten to order... The store is fairly well laid out and I appreciate the abundance of shady parking. Its less crowded than its Frankston counterpart and a little more leisurely if that makes sense. I was able to find everything I wanted. The cashier was friendly and helpful even grabbing a little box for the small items I had.

  • Nan Jan

Hard to enter store with so many people coming out. At once, first store I've been to where it isn't controlled, so much for social distancing.... Also asked a young chap for a specific table, just said over there and pointed, most staff at other stores take you and help you find what you are looking for...Only person who deserves 5 *****'s is the young girl in the Cafe, lovely, pleasant and friendly, well done to her..

  • Eileen Berry

I always consider Bunnings like my second home. It seems to have everything you need. When I went there a few days ago only the nursery was available to the public, but that was enough for me to get the supplies I needed for my greenhouse. There is loads of parking space there and lots of friendly staff. Not sure when the warehouse is available to the public but you can look that up on line. Happy plant hunting everyone.

  • C R

Geez what a grump Martina is on the trade desk. Purposely ignored me when I initially walked up, no hello or greeting, a scowl because she had to walk around the desk to scan the goods on my trolley and a robotic farewell. Sorry I interrupted your clerical work with my payment for goods I was purchasing. Thank gawd for the blokes on the exit gate - they saw what went on and gave me a sympathetic acknowledgement goodbye

  • Anna

GDay Everyone, I want to thank Chaz for measuring my board, I brought in and getting me the correct measurements and would also like to thank, David T for his a assistance in helping me with the manhole cover situation and for both of there kindness. David T and Chaz went above and beyond in helping me. It was the Mornington Bunting and it was 11/04/21 @5:15pm Saturday. Cheers, Anna Standfield

  • Craig Harris

Unfortunately this is my closest store. I am forced to use it during 5klm lockdown. Click and collect service just as poor as in store service and overall presentation. Have had 3 experience s of over 1 hour and 15min plus wait times on click and collect. Management at this store need to visit other stores to work out how a Bunnings is supposed to operate. Wish there was a negative rating.

  • Casey Cutters 2023

Friendly and courteous customer service. Trade desk only 1 staff on at the time. The female staff processed all customers and enquiries, promptly and efficiently. It was great to not only be served excellent, I also found other staff greatings very welcoming. Ample parking and easy access from car parking areas. What an awesome selection of commercial and domestic products to choose from.

  • Marion Frolik

Customer service is appalling l found them to be rude and not helpful One of the service Managers Steve is disgraceful in he's attitude towards customers. Steve if you happen to see this review well buddy you need to head back to PR school and learn some manners if not its time for retirement! As clearly you hate your job Thumbs down Mornington bunnings

  • David Thompson

I went to Bunnings with my walker this afternoon to buy a small globe for my bedside lamp. It was politely explained that it was open only for essentials. I asked who would hold a torch for me so I could read. The decision was quickly made that it was essential and was a gift. I glad that we shared one thing. They and we are Wesfarmers shareholders. Thank you. David Thompson

  • christine anderson

Tried to buy 2 items, but neither available. Not much interest from staff in trying to help out. Said I'd need to ring another store that showed they had one of the items. Rang but they couldn't find them. All you get is sorry can't help. Poor Customer Service, guess that's what you get when there's no real competition. Pity Masters gone they were really good in that area.

  • Phoenix Swanson

The sales assistants at the paint desk in Mornington Bunnings offloaded White Knight Heavy Duty Ultra Pave Concrete And Paving Paint on my father, despite the fact it has a 1.5 rating on product review, and instead of telling him where he could get the good quality paint he was after, and that was available in their other stores. As it's tinted, it's non refundable.

  • Tracy Coulson

A few days ago we went to Bunnings, paint section and had the most wonderful customer service from "Kaz". Her knowledge was outstanding and helped with colours, and choosing the appropriate paint for me as I was painting bricks and steel. Thank you so much Kaz, you are certainly a great asset to Bunnings and I really appreciate your expertise. Thank you, Tracy & Sam

  • Hotatio Lacey (Hotatio)

I need to set up a bed in Bunnings I go there so often. It is a big store and well stocked. Bunnings run a great operation, if it is not there they will get it in for you. Prices are generally reasonable, the staff very helpful and the carpark is massive. We have been known to stop at the sausage sizzle and not enter the store, but that is rare. Highly recommended.

  • Richard Bywater

A well set out Bunnings store in a convenient location. Friendly staff. 1 problem they attempt to trick unsuspecting customers by failing to price many items and often as a result customers will pay $100's more especially for I beam and other building materials. The scam is getting old Bumnings and if the government did their job you would have massive fines.

  • Sally Davies

Product variety is good, but staff always a bit on the spare side. Asked for help in the hook section, was told by a surly female staff member that person was just finishing lunch and would be on his way. 15 minutes later, still no help. This person knew someone was waiting for their expertise. Have only dealt with a few helpful staff, most run for cover .

  • Nicky Field

I would like to thank Aaron the Staff member , who waited with us after my husband took a turn on Tuesday and waited with us to make sure he was ok,and also rang us today for a update on my husband condition and I would also like to thank the lovely woman customer, that went and got him a bottle of water, your help and kindness was very appreciated

  • Ruth Sutton

Today l bought the wrong mulch 5 70kg bags The young man loaded it onto my car then when l came back after finding it was wrong. All staff at the refund counter as well as the young man helped me to repurchase the correct mulch. Although it was a busy day each and every staff member treated me with kindness and no rush. Well done again Bunnings team.

  • Helen Myers

Pretty average customer service today at the service desk Smithfield. Disappointing indeed. I was returning a hose watering gun that was leaking that I had purchased a few weeks prior. Because it was faulty i required proof of purchase, but if i was exchanging i could do it without a receipt. I was made to feel i was dishonest in front of customers.

  • Peter McQuinney

One of the smaller Bunnings stores, I attended here as I was working onsite nearby and required some hardware to complete a job. Unfortunately as they were a small store did not have what I was after as they were out of stock. Lots of onsite parking, practices COVID safe work place, QR code sign in. Wheel chair accessible, disabled toilets onsite.

  • Hayleigh Beach

Sadly, as my local store, I'm disappointed with the lack of friendliness you expect from Bunnings. Shocked they are still bag inspecting too, it's all the westfarmers brands that don't trust their customers (Coles, kmart, bunnings) and when you're there spending $500 and they still ask to check your bags, leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

  • Dreena Lawrence

Disappointed needed a starter for a light S2 didn't have it man there said S11 is ok it's all about the fluoro light -,WRONG of course what he suggested didn't work. Then I swapped over gas bottle the new one had wrong connection . Stressful when u don't know what you are doing and rely on their staff to help you. Extra trips to exchange

  • Fyuuredhijgfzre Gjjygtdftyirguug

Calls transferred to wrong person. Wrong person transferred call to a phone that was never answered. Multiple attempts to call again didn't even get picked up at reception. If Bunnings want to sell things they'd better answer the damned phone. They seem to be a bunch of 20 year olds who've headed out for a long break en masse.

  • kerry

Rang special orders to order a split system air conditioner and arrange installation spoke to Melicia who was extremely helpful so much so it was all organised very quickly and professionally . System was delivered within 2 days and installed very professionally as well all within a week. Outstanding service thank you so much

  • brooke piggott

Poorly trained staff, poor customer service. Went into get cabothane clear tin and the person in paint did not understand what I meant, so I said where are your Cabot's products, he did not know who Cabot's was, I further said the yellow coloured tins what aisle are they down he was further confused, need to train your staff!

  • David Falconer

Bunnings is a nation wide retailer, but the staff in each store I visit treat me like I am very important to them. They take the time to listen to your question and provide the advice and their experience to best solve your question. This might be a bit hard when you're waiting to ask your question, but it's worth the wait.

  • Lauren

Really disappointed at the staff in bunnings today.mature aged paint staff were making fun of my husband and I for asking questions regarding paint and paint brushes. And the lady on the door was not impressed when my toddler asked politely for a stamp. Certainly not the friendly/ helpful staff they advertise on tv!

  • Bob

Gr8....good customer service. Also good to see they are still busy. So busy that there are very few, if any, trolleys to carry led to buy goods. Had to wait 22 mins to get one this morning. All being used for click/collect. Never to fear.....all part of Bunnings continual improvement plan. Well done guys and girls.

  • Jaco Geldenhuys

Like all bunnings stores you can get all your DIY supplies and tools here. They also stock a lot of smart home bitsxand pieces. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The store itself is well stocked and every thing isxeasy to find. And if you can't find it the friendly staff are more than willing to help

  • Deborah O'Donnell

After being given the run around at Bunnings Frankston (blah, blah, to you too for NO help) and trying to order online, it was a pleasure to go to Bunnings Mornington. Thank-you to 'JOYCE ' on the Trade Desk, who sorted everything for me and organised my order. I greatly appreciate your help. Merry Christmas

  • Peter Pavey

They have a very diverse range of products. You can hire equipment, vehicles and trailers. There are instruction classes run by bunnings on a regular basis. They have a coffee shop where you can get meals and snacks and quite often there is a sausage sizzle out side run by different community groups

  • Jason Duncan

Unbelievably on a Saturday unable to get any building supplies taken down from a height above the second shelf because no one in the timber yard has a forklift licence? How about having someone with a forklift licence work in the timber yard, not unskilled boomgate operators and receipt checkers

  • Sharon Cay

Today I went to Bunnings to buy a new toilet. Kerry served us and she was a breath of fresh air. She knew her stuff and set us right on a plan to talk to our plumber and gave us great information. Not 20 minutes Prior we were at Reece plumbing and left feeling very dissatisfied. Thank you Kerry

  • Sean Maher

Had to go here as the Frankston store was out of what I needed. I'd never set foot in this Bunnings but was impressed with the carpark layout and the warehouse itself is the same as all the others. Staff were very helpful and friendly which in COVID times just puts everyone in a better mood.

  • Freddie Farnarkle

Excellent service vast selection of goodies for the handy person and the tradie. Vast selection of tools n timber, plants n pots, etc. Great little coffee shop. Still a great place to browse, especially the tool shop and to get caffeinated at the coffee shop. My favourite escape place.

  • Steve Bray

If its attitude you are after for then look no further. Asked a simple question to a lady sitting in the kitchen section and she rolled her eyes and snapped at us both. Bunnings should be ashamed to have her dealing with customers. Never again will I step foot into the Mornington store

  • Dale Williams

I would like to comment that the web page states that your Mornington store closes at 7pm. I raced down anticipating the 7pm closure in pouring rain only to find that it actually closes at 6pm. Continuity is paramount! Very disappointed and very wet with nothing to show for it...

  • Red Red Red M

I will never return after watching a staff member assault a male customer, then be allowed to continue standing there to intimidate while the manger spoke with the customer. The staff member should have been fired but was only sent on a lunch break. Shame Bunnings Mornington.

  • Michelle Mayne

Waited in line for 30 minutes to gain entry, only to be told at paint desk "we're not doing colour matching at the moment". You'd think they'd have the decency to have some indication outside. Staff at paint desk were rude and dismissive. Thumbs down. Mornington Bunnings.

  • Rod Valencia

Very rude people in customer service and at the entry. It seems it is normal to shout & abuse customers if they don't understand instructions or look for further explanations. Low level communication skills plus lack of patience seem to be a big problem in this shop.

  • Margaret Sambell

Had a really worthwhile experience in Bunnings Mornington. Staff member Sheena, was so lovely, she couldn't have been more helpful. I hadn't a clue about what I needed for my pergola project. Sheena was so knowledgeable and friendly! A pleasure to shop at Bunnings.

  • Christopher Platt

Wanted 2 flat pack wardrobes delivered and told to put them on a trolley and take to trade desk.Im 71 and asked if we can just order without lifting them..I think about 50 or so kilos each like when i order timber, and told it's the system..i wasnt impressed.

  • Jamie Crawford

Worst customer service experience was given the wrong items twice and had to make three trips and wait over thirty minutes to get correct items was told I would be given a voucher for compensation but know one knew anything about it on the day.

  • Lillian Grace

The lady at the door of Mornington Bunnings between roughly 7-9pm on the 06/11/2023 you are a bully, you look down on people who may not be as “Nicely dressed” as you think or people who may not look like they have money, so you assume they

  • Mick Hussin

Most things you need. I feel for the poor community groups trying to raise money by selling sausages. Since Bunnings put the price up to$3.50 I've not seen a queue for a snag at any Bunnings. Shame on Bunnings, no fun for the community

  • Lynn Hall

I purchased some timber products and obtained a complimentary trailer today, (13 April) the service and physical assistance from a young chap (I think his name was Brady) was excellent and he deserves a pat on the back. Cheers Ken Hall

  • Simon Neville

I purchased a toilet seat cover and when I asked if I could get them to cut down pipes etc to size they couldn't help. A simple service that regular hardware store (the kind bunnings put out of business) would have not even hesitated.

  • Deniz Marchmont

Always stop in to check out the bargains... Love it but OMG some (and I mean only SOME) of the staff should really learn to smile a bit more... If I can smile after a 10 HR night shift surely they can after a nights sleep.. Right?

  • Jeanette Fitzpatrick

Don’t bother calling special orders as they don’t answer also when u visit special orders in person it’s as if your putting them out even when no one is serving they wont put the head to say hello basically a bunch of sour lemons

  • Shari Lopez

Shout out to Tom in the paint department for going above and beyond to help me out. Took as much time as needed to work out the correct colour I needed based on minimal info. Really appreciate the assistance and helpful attitude.

  • Graeme Gard

Lately nearly every time I go to this store they do not have in stock, items they say they do on the website. This time the staff member told me they haven't had the item for a long time. If that's so, update your Web pages.

  • John Alway

Out of stock for a certain plumbing fitting and no stock of tabletop fasteners. A useless time wasting effort on my behalf. Now I have to drive 20 minutes to the nearest Mitre 10 store where I know they have the goods...grrr

  • Myles O'reilly

Could someone please give the gent in paint a hand. 7 people waiting with one serving. 4 standing around doing nothing at entrance and 8 listening to training at kitchens. He will burn out and you'll lose a valued employee.

  • Judy Humphreys

Click & Collect was very efficient. I really appreciated the free plant with an encouraging message attached when picking up my order. What a nice thought in tough times. Well done Mornington Bunnings management & staff.

  • Kerryn Robinson

Love Bunnings. Staff have very good knowledge of store & products. Really good customer service. Staff can be a little bit hard to locate at times. Maybe extra floor staff required. They are extremely good at their job.

  • Maeghan Butler

Very helpful staff! They were happy to assist me post pregnancy with a small baby by loading a trolley full of mulch and took it to my car for me! I rang up in advance to spoke to Josh in the nursery and he was a champ!

  • Angelawaters Waters

The guy in the counter near wood department was rude and too busy watching the car racing on his phone to be bothered to smile and give us his full attention. So no not impressed with Bunnings Mornington staff attitude.

Dave helped me. Was so helpful - nice - professional. Gave me a demo and took the time to explain everything. 10 out of 10 service. He was brilliant.l bought an electric chain saw. Brilliant service and great price.

  • Laurence Cahir

Yet again it was terrible. There are next to no staff to assist and those you encounter are irritated middle age women.I went to purchase 6 items and left with zero. Must be nice to monopolize the market.

The good thing about here is that it's local. The bad thing is their selection of nuts and bolts is limited to metric. AF. BSF, or Whitworth, don't exist. A pain when you are trying to repair something.

  • Ashley Dugan

The staff at Mornington are always helpful and I enjoy shopping their. The product selection is wide and varied, which provides adequate choice for any home handyman. Bunning's Mornington is my store.

Visited the store 2 days ago in the evening. I wasn’t getting the help I needed at another Bunnings store, so I made the trip here and it was well worth it. The staff were super friendly and helpful!

  • Chris Hansen

place to shop. I look up what I need on the web at my local store. They give aisle number and location down said aisle. In and out quick as if your not in tool shop making a wish list.. …

I was down there today and spoke to a lady electrician there asked about a ring door Bell She was so rude and do not know anything, Went to JB Hi-Fi the guy explain everything to me lovely service

  • Matt James

Better than average Bunnings, found stock the others don't have (despite their website saying otherwise). Good to know that most departmental staff there only work trade times, so until about 4pm.

  • Bronwyn Hill

Not too bad mornington bunnings. Had a lovely assistant help me with one or two things. I was impressed with him. Generally the customer service was great. A decent sized bunnings to suit everyone

  • Kris Walter

Huge, great prices, staff are fairly knowledgeable, great place just to browse around or purchase if you know what you're after, also good for a Bunnings sausage when Corona is no longer an issue.

  • Geoff Galley

Store layout is complete reverse to other stores. Only 2 registers when staffed the rest is self checkout. If I have to scan my own items then halve the GST as there's no service only goods

  • liz zantvoort

Me and my daughter were going through self check out. The lady help was great that she found the problem but her customer service was very poor making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

  • Stuart

If your in a rush don't come to this place, typical bunnings can get what you need but be mindful you'll get stuck behind some old bloke who isn't sure weather he's buying screws or nails

  • Jason Briers (Uncle Jay)

Large store with helpful staff. Was curious as a box item I wanted to buy looked as if it may have been resealed. Staff opened box to check, without any issue. Peace of mind purchase.

  • Letitia Gordon

We got the advice we need after looking for a staff member. Then we got assistance to the car with our goods. We then used the installation service offered by bunnings very well run

  • Chris Worger

Always nice to visit Bunnings; friendly professional service & good prices, but beware in this branch, they layout is a mirror image of other branches! Does your brain in!!

  • Felicity Moyns

Always a great variety to choose from, but the staff were unable or unwilling to help with further information regarding delivery or availability. Very disappointing visit.

  • Michael White

Very disappointed that the people on the tills wanted to charge me more than the price that was shown on the label with the excuse that the products are increased in price

  • Leo

Friendly staff, very helpful! I cut open my finger on a scrap on the ground when kneeling down (my own fault) and the staff were onto it with a first aid kit etc. Thanks

  • Geoff Chatfield

Looked online for a Jumbuck Rondo BBQ, which have been selling out everywhere. Saw that Mornington had a few in stock, so I raced over to secure one. Success! …

  • Henri Hopmans

Great place to shop and really friendly staff. I would like to see more younger full-time staff employees. Also new products in store all the time and plenty special.

  • Olivia Turner

Not only the best range of stuff in Aus, but this particular store is very staff friendly. Thank you to this amazing team who genuinely care about their community.

  • Lovelyfaces Makeovers

love this store. Staff are knowledgeable, especially in the gardening area, the female staff are patient and helpful. and appear to be more so then the male staff.

Busy but was fortunate to find helpful staff member who was very much in demand service desk was efficient no matts to put in trolleys for doggos to sit on though

  • Will Leonard

Great shop needs a bit better customer service though, although most of the staff are good, some obviously don’t want to be there and can be a bit rude sometimes
