Reception staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful through my appointment changes and all my questions, and even included a $10-$20 discount because it was my first visit. Dentist staff I’m unsure of. A dentist as opposed to a hygienist did my clean, I was given the option to choose and because I had other teeth issues I decided to just see the dentist. I didn’t realise this meant that I wouldn’t be given a proper clean. The clean was all of 5 minutes. My teeth felt the same afterwards and there was no attention to detail, it did not feel like a proper clean. If anything the fluoride took longer. I wanted to book in another clean because this was not ok, but was told that it wouldn’t be covered by my Bupa insurance unless it was 6 months from now. They also took dental x-rays which was unnecessary considering that I had just did them for my orthodontist and if they had simply asked I would’ve transferred the files before my appointment as opposed to pay for a whole new set. Overall not very impressed. Coming in next week to get fillings replaced. I want to stick with a Bupa dentist because my insurance is with Bupa, however may be requesting a different dentist or a different branch, and definitely booking cleans solely with the hygienist.

I've never before had any reason for complaint with Bupa until Saturday, 22 July 2023. I forgot to bring my membership card. And although I had a digital copy on the phone, the staff couldn't process my claim. This was rather annoying and inconvenient since I had to pay our of my pocket in the spot. And now I have to make another appointment at the Bupa office to claim back my payment. Additionally, all my family are usually taken into the dentist chair on time, every time until Saturday. While the appointment was for 12:00, my son was not called into the chair until 12:20. This also was very annoying and inconvenient since I had planned to be out of your office by 22:30 for work. Your service up until Saturday has been impeccable and I was rather disappointed. This is the first time I've ever had a problem and I hope it's my last.

I had my first dental check-up today, and the experience wasn't the best. Although the check-up was good, the dentist broke one of my resins while cleaning my teeth, so he filled the gap, which I was charged for. Additionally, I can now see the resin; when it was done before this appointment, I didn't even notice it. Afterwards, when I inquired about the payment procedure, I didn't understand why I didn't have to pay today. One of the receptionists explained it to me in a way that seemed obvious to her. When I reformulated the question, she became visibly upset and rudely said, 'Next time you can call Bupa for an interpreter.' The fact that the information wasn't clear to me doesn't mean I am dumb. I simply requested a clearer explanation. As I mentioned earlier, it was not the best experience.

I had a wisdom tooth removed in what felt like a medieval process. The dentist pulled on my tooth so aggressively for such a long period of time I started crying and asked if he was trying to break my jaw. It was only then he started using the drill. My Face was super swollen the next day and pain agonising. Giving 2 stars as receptionist was super lovely and empathetic. Which I can’t say for the nurse as she told me ‘crying isn’t going to help you’.

Her compassionate and transparent approach, addressing my dental anxiety and discussing treatment options and costs, was exceptional. During the wisdom teeth consultation, her honesty and thorough explanations were notable. Dr. Moon's proactive discussion about X-rays further demonstrated her commitment to patient well-being. I highly recommend Dr. Moon at Bupa Dental.

I highly recommend Dr Sarah Moon, I have been coming to see her at Bupa Dental for years. Dr Moon is super friendly and personable and never fails to make me feel comfortable and relaxed in the dental chair. She is a highly experienced dentist who is excellent at what she does and I always look forward to my appointments with her.

I had a fantastic first visit at Bupa Dental Burwood. Clinic looks new, organised and very well kept. Staff are lovely and incredibly helpful. Great communication throughout. Dr. John and team are outstanding -- friendly, highly skilled and explained everything well. Top-notch experience from start to finish.

This is my favourite dental clinic in Sydney! Everyone is super friendly. Dr Sarah is a super star! She is very kind and incredibly easy to talk to, thoroughly cleaned my teeth while I didn’t feel any discomfort at all. I almost fell asleep on the dentist chair. Thank you for taking care of me.

Been going here for over a year now, recently had two tooth extractions and it was a seamless process. Everyone was friendly, the support before, during and after the surgery was excellent. Couldn’t recommend enough.
