My nephews, nieces and I recently visited the Burger King in Lenasia and had a truly delightful experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted me with friendly smiles and a warm welcome, making me feel right at home. The level of service we received was exceptional. The memory of their friendly demeanor will certainly stick with us. It's clear that the team at this Burger King location understands the importance of creating a positive and memorable dining experience for their customers. I usually receive good food and service from this place, but this time, I bought meals with milkshakes for my family and I. When I got home and tasted the milkshake, it was terrible and had some metallic taste to it. Since I had never experienced this before, I decided to go back to the restaurant and enquire. When I got there, the lady who was called to assist me was extremely rude and made it seem as though I was crazy for complaining about the taste. Only after taking her time by slowly getting the entire staff at the restaurant to taste a newly made milkshake and to tell her it tasted badly did she agree that it indeed was off. She then again took her precious time to process my refund after she helped everyone else who arrived after me.. I felt disappointed with this. I am generally happy with their service but this incident really upset me

Pissed! Desserts are to be enjoyed in the evening mostly but guess what they are out of ice cream! Not once but twice?! Common such a big franchise?! No stock of ice cream?! YOU ARE LOOSING BUSINESS! IN TIMES LIKE THESE WHERE BUSINESS IS DOWN YOU CHASING CUSTOMERS AWAY? DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! And no its not an isolated case plenty friends of mine have experienced the same issue numerous times!

The food was delicious,the place was not crowded and there was enough parking. The only problem was the lady at the cashier point was irritating herself cause I was not sure what I wanted and it was our 1st time there. Hi team Burger King Trade Route,I'm seriously not a person of perfection or complains guys,so I'm back at Burger King Lenz with my family the kids got what they wanted my vrou got her order I loved your guys food the first time I came to Burger King and the food ordered is sold out or finished not a happy guy at this point,I haven't eaten all day I'm starving guy's.

Really disappointed with service .... While I was eating I watched a Muslim family breaking their fast. The food that they were given was not what they ordered and instead of taking the food back and fixing it they gave them the ingredients in a little chip packet to fix it themselves. They were really upset. Watching this I felt bad as they were breaking their fast. The service they received was not on. The service staff didn't really care which is just sad really... In the end they didn't eat the food.

Very badly run store. Customer service is bottom on the list of priorities. Food is consistent. They decided to fill less chips in the packet, when when you complain the manager says no that's how it comes (see attached image). Burgers are good. No name tags on some staff. Bottomless drinks are the reason people keep going back despite government department service. Coffee machine (newly installed) and ice cream machine hasn't been working for very long.

Waited 20 minutes in drive thru for our order, no one apologized, or told us what the delay was, and they asked us for the receipt to see what we ordered and didn't even know if they gave us drinks yet, which they didn't, 2 staff members asked the same question, you can just hear them asking each other if the tenders are ready. We ordered 2 meals and tenders, the rest of the order got cold waiting for the tenders. The car behind us just drove off from the drive thru im not sure if they paid or not. We will not be going back there again

We went to buy something after a concert. I wanted to order a whopper with cheese meal but there was no chips so we couldn’t order any meals. I then decided to buy mozzarella cheese sticks and as I wanted to pay an employee came from the back and said that they also did not have mozzarella sticks. What is the point of having a fast food restaurant without any stock. Never buying from Burger King again!

Terrible food. We orded online and got our order 1 and a half hours later and when the food arrived it was cold and the burgers were soggy the entire meal was a waste of money. When we called to have the food returned the courier guy didn't even come back out and our order was missing our drinks. Overall I would not advise anybody to order here

I’m not familiar with burger king but my daughter loves it after after a number of experiences with her granny. I was assisted by a gentleman on the counter, fun and energetic guy. He was patient to answer my questions and explain their menu, maintaining them energy and excitement he received me with. Loved the fast service also, did wait long for my food. Would recommend them if you don’t have time to get inside the mall.

It's a very nice restaurant. Enough parking (also drivethroug), enough sitting space inside and outside. I took my kids and my sister there, we enjoyed our meals.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THE STAFF REALLY DONT CARE... NO PROPER MANAGMENT WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER THEY SAY SHE IS BUSY!!!... I waited half an hour for 2 burgers and there was customers before me that still did not recieve their meals and a Mr D guy that was late with his order because the staff just ignored him.... Its a chilled place. The customer service is alright. Though it needs a little more stuff interaction with the customers but overall its a nice chilled place, a good spot for catching up with friends, family and business meeting. I mean the softdrinks are bottomless so why not catch up there?? The menu and the prices are good too!

Love the chocolate cuppa cake!!!! So disappointed that they didn't have any ice cream, but they had milkshakes, how is that even possible, so what do you actually use in your milkshakes, just milk?? I always enjoy Burger King's ice cream compared to other fast food places.

The drive through is very slow. We ordered 4 ice cream cones...But had to wait in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes we were the 3rd car in a row. When our turn came we had to wait for the server to go get the cones. After all the waiting I couldn't enjoy my ice cream

The drive thru consultant was extremely rude to me an even though it is a drive thru they asked me to park in the parking lot to wait. Then she was rude when I refused an stated that there was no other customer an wh she walked away shouting.

The place is typical of a regular franchise of this nature. The toilets could do with a bit of cleaning. Ample parking with security is available. It also has a drive through. Meals are prepared nicely. Service staff are friendly and helpful.

Service was bad, very slow. Place had a wet dirty floor where anyone could easily fall & get injured.

Burger King lenasia has horrible service.we always waiting longer then expected in the drive through! Bought a cup a cake and it was more of a CUPA ROCK. Half of the cake was hard and inedible. Absolutely disappointing.

Dirty, stained & sticky tables. Doesn't seem like they get wiped clean after use by customer. Cleanliness doesn't seem to be a priority

Probably the best Burger King I’ve ever been to. Clean and tidy. Pleasant staff. Food was by far the best. Everything tasted great and fresh. Buns were warm.

There's a dude Thabang who works at the drive through section. He's an awesome jolly guy, such a joy to have employees like him, he deserves a raise. The food is amazing too.

Great service and etc... But guys please invest in proper forks. The plastic forks are absolutely ridiculous we can't be hungry and still struggling to pick up the food
