"I don’t understand the negative reviews"
Easy park n ride set up. Ample parking lot. Easily accessible off the QEW. Kept clean. No litter on ground to be seen. Is a busy area with the condo buildings adjacent, in addition to a Walmart. Adequate street lighting is much appreciated when locating vehicle in the dark of the later night hours.
Ticket agent middle of station, no ticket machine until the ticket agents. 1 machine out of service. Finally got presto loaded, 3 machine in area but only 1 not out of service. Not convenient when running for a train. Stairs to platform aren't labeled very clearly at all. Hope this gets better!!!
This is the bus connections for local Burlington transit and the Go Bus that goes to Niagara falls, St. Catharines and Stoney Creek- Make sure to check the connecting schedule or expect to wait 30-45 minutes at this station. - A Richard Trus review
Surrounded by a giant parking lot on all sides, so pedestrian access is poor. Ticket machines are sparse are embarrassingly slow, booths aren't much faster. Practically zero commercial space, so do your shopping elsewhere. Trains are slow
I don’t understand the negative reviews. This is one of the nicer Go stations. Go Bus or Trains are frequently on time sometimes earlier! Taking the Go requires a lot of mental memory. It’s timed very well! If you plan your time you catch
When I arrived I asked the young man behind the glass what time my bus would be arriving. He told me it would arrive in 20 mins and I went to wait for my 12 bus at the number 12 platform. An hour passed and my bus didn’t come. I went back
Condo tower is still under construction. Limited outdoor seating at the station. No place to get food or drinks at the station yet - not even water. (Unless you walk to the north side of the station where you'll find 2 vending machines.)
Nice stop great facilities it nothing there? No coffee or snack shops or even vending machines a stop off point for travellers going to Niagara Falls and points between would e nice to get a snack or better yet a coffee and snack to go.
Staff are very friendly and know what they are talking about. Trains run on time and are pretty clean. Go station is in a good location a lot close by. People stay out of the bus lanes don't cut across you can get a fine!
3 mins walk from the GO train (street level, no stair!). Bus 12B is on time (in fact slightly early). There are already a small line for Niagara Falls express bus (12B). Just show your Day Pass ($37.50) to board the bus.
Busses are always late. Literally almost never on time. Its bad when i can to mapleview mall from hamilton faster then i get there from uppermiddle and brant (8 minute drive).
Nice bus GO Station in Burlington with good connectivity within GTA and Niagara Falls. Staff are good and cooperative. Neatly maintained. Covid protocols were followed.
Google maps is not showing properly how to get there due to distance from the street into parking. Station itself is fine. …
No star for review. Absolutely pathetic. They have locked the toilet. Absolute discomfort for children and senior citizens. No staff for emergency also.
Wait half an hour or longer with only a broken vending machine. This town doesn't want my money and doesn't want me to visit, from what I can make out.
Horrible staff. Just asked the lady the way out . It was my first time due to hSR strike. And the lady just snapped. Rudely told to get the stairs .
If you need tickets early morning, before the customer service counter is open, there are a number of ticket vending machines available
Yvonne at the service desk was very helpful yesterday. She listened to our problem and quickly resolved it for us. Thank you Yvonne!
Very clean and efficient station. Robust station with connections to almost anywhere in Ontario that you need to travel.
I only use the GO Train here. Aside from the construction and lack of food options, it's clean & helps get the job done.
Spacious, clean. Being updated as well. POOR signage. Hard for infrequent travelers to navigate. This is a problem at
My family and I went to a Jays game and wife daughter went to the washroom and they came out said they very very clean
Bus number 3 as well as 5 never been on time and the express bus to Hamilton 101 and 1 x is also not on time
Can take a while to get tickets but apart from that it's all pretty straightforward and flows pretty well.
Though the bathrooms are clean, everything else is dirty. An increase in maintenance would be wonderful.
It may have taken forever and a day to renovate, but the finished product is spectacular!
Still ongoing construction and missing a place to get your morning coffee.
No screen information about trains, had to guess which platform
Clean, quite & comfortable for the traveling public to enjoyed
Very good option to go to Niagara Falls. Niagara Falls
Train 3332 at 1:41 am, terrible service.

I wish it had a heating device
