The Greyhound bus terminal is now under an overpass. Last weekend myself and 5 to 6 other people missed the bus. They did not announce where the bus was going and it arrived and left early. I don't think anyone got refunded even partially. Very unprofessional and disorganized. I would recommend taking the train.

If you buy a ticket and your bus comes next day better hope it don't get cold like it did tonight bc they will not let you sit inside llke every other bus station...plus it's nasty...and they definitely do not close at 11:59 more like 6pm

Lee county Transit bus station are the best they have a bus for wherever you need to go and the bus fares are easy to afford and they also have bus passes that you are able to purchase at all bus terminals

Lost 3 thousand dollars in luggage and didn't do a thing to help the customers. Yelled and cussed at passengers and treated them poorly. They never clean their busses either.

The place looks terrible. It feels like you're going to get mugged as soon as you step out of your car or worse.

They never help customers with their, don't they know it's heavy for us other people, they don't care.

I haven't made it to go to the bus terminal yet but hopefully I will in a couple weeks
