Was hard to find as theres barely any signs, once inside there is zero information about your bus and which door to go to so still not sure correct. It's small, dark and dingy, also no toilets so had to go outside. Just going to sit here for 2hours instead.. walked past the OOO flixbus point and would not want to be there in the middle of the night. I know the bus is cheap but customers deserve a basic level when waiting, and it's not here!
It's on the first floor, accessible only through the gare routière. From the main hall of the "multimodal station", look for "Gallerie D". It's a sliding door left of stairs going down to the outside. From the taxi drop off zone outside, take elevators to the main bus hall. From the train station, take the bridge to the main bus hall.
L’arrêt est mal placé si vous prenez le bus trop tôt le matin ou après minuit, à tel point qu’on peut rater son bus. A ce prix il vaut mieux prendre un Covoiturage est arriver plus rapidement à votre destination. Le service client est nul, aucune réponse depuis une semaine.
Gros retard de plus de 45min des Bus pour Grenoble et Genève, programmes à 6:45 et 7:00 AM. C'est pas possible de prendre un autre bus Flixbus, même si la destination est pareille.
Gare routière très peu sécure et sale. Quasiment pas de places pour s’asseoir entre les correspondances de bus. Pour une grande ville comme Lyon c’est quand même honteux…
Hay que leer los carteles. No hay pantallas justo de donde sale, pero en la entrada de la dársena está la pantalla mostrando las salidas.
Fuyez !!! Très mauvaise expérience à 2 reprises. Que des mauvais commentaires. La dernière fois les wc sentait horriblement mauvais.

Les départs et arrivés ne sont pas indiqué, bien dommage car tous le monde demande sur place ...
They lie about where the buses are not helpful and buses are several hours late
