On 5th March 2021, I submitted 3 tapestries which took at least 2 months each, to complete, to be made into cushions. This week September 28th 2021 they were delivered to me by post. The work was appalling, the surrounding braid, supplied with bias, on the cushion covers was not joined discreetly and the joins on the braid are clumsy. My work on these tapestries has not been respected and the end result is unacceptable. Not only has the process been lengthy and expensive the end result is ugly and appalling.

Once lovely shop that has been there forever. Experienced staff. The shop seems to have less stock now than in earlier times. Maybe that is a sign of the times. Some of our favourite brands have disappeared from there. But it is still worth a visit when in the area.

A beautiful shop, full of products for the keen embroiderer, and seamstress. Caters for Children's lessons which is wonderful to keep many beautiful crafts alive. So lucky to have a boutique of this stature in our corner of the world.

Shirley has the most amazing stock in store and online. Her product knowledge is exceptional. Her customer service is out of this world. Do yourself a favour, and pay a visit to this hidden gem. You honestly won't regret it!!
