Got a call from someone here whose voice I didn't recognize, slurring heavily to the point of not being able to understand basically anything they said, and addressing my answering machine's honestly robotic voice like they thought it was a person. I don't live in Edmonton and I don't drive, so I don't know what the purpose of calling me could possibly be. Feel like someone screwed up hard and got the wrong number for this potentially drunk employee to call, which is wild with the context that I've had the number they called for the last 15 years or so, haven't visited Edmonton in a decade, and have never put my foot on a gas pedal in my entire life. It may not have been a lot, but I'll never get back the time spent on figuring out who drunk-dialed me and got mad at my answering machine for not being very conversational.

First off the lady took 30 mins to write a mask bylaw complaint while I was on the bus with the non mask wearer when in reality bylaw could of been at the Station already waiting for them. And tickets them 2) trying to find excuses for the non mask wearers when I told her 5 TIMES he didn't have an exception and didn't care. 3) asking same question 3 times. Better off calling EPS complaints line. City bylaw is a joke

I had a medical appointment at the Hys Centre, cardiology, the maximum time the machine allotted was till 11 a.m., I was having scans done and as you know you CANNIT have your phone, came out at 11:10 to find a $50 ticket on my window! So glad money is more important than health, thanks City of Edmonton bylaw ticket administration

If you’re going to give me a parking ticket on a motorcycle don’t tie wrap it to the brake lever….. what a moron …. Like I carry scissors or a knife …. give more tickets out to these motorized pita scooters, unicycles, they are a safety hazard

I phoned in to get the status of a ticket and spoke with Christian. He was pleasant, helpful and professional. Such a pleasant experience.
