Clean and spacious apartment, but the area is quite noisy at dark with loud traffic and people yelling nearby, so despite the comfortable bed it is hard to sleep at night. Not sure as to how safe is to be around this area late in the evening, so make sure you have everything you need and avoid going out. Overall ok as a last minute option but certainly not a place I would bring the family when in town

I would not recommend to stay there for the following reasons: The floor of my room was broken, the wall is heavily scratched at the bed side and a cable looks out of the wall near the entrance. Missing Internet: no indication how to get e-mail, non-responsive communication on this. Smoke smell: The room consistently had a smell, which I would attribute to someone smoking in the room previously (it being a non-smoking room though). Trash in room: In several places, the room contained trash from previous visitors.

Sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa da questo appartamento. L’appartamento è grande e ben attrezzato, all’interno trovi tutto il necessario. C’era anche un cestino di buon accoglienza con lattine di Coca Cola e patatine. La cucina e’ attrezzata, il letto e’ comodo. La posizione e’ piuttosto centrale e si trovano facilmente a piedi i ristoranti, nei dintorni c’e’ anche il market di Ottawa. Non c’è ascensore, il parcheggio e’ poco distante. Alcuni ritocchini sarebbero da fare ma non e’ un problema. Lo consiglio.

Overall, great place to stay and I would recommend it. Pros: -Amazing location, great to explore downtown Ottawa -Good eateries around -Decently priced -The place is clean, has a kitchen including a fridge, stove, utensils, coffee etc. -Seamless check-in and check-out process -Owner is responsive in case you face any issues. For example, there was a strange smell coming from duvet and it was quickly replaced. Cons: I found the bed a little uncomfortable, but i guess you get what you pay for!

DO NOT book with this location unless you are ABSOLUTELY certain you will be staying there. I attempted to cancel a booking literally MINUTES after making it due to plans falling through. Upon contacting the vendor I was directed to make my request for cancellation and refund with Expedia. The vendor then DENIED my request for a refund despite the fact that I cancelled IMMEDIATELY after making my booking, pocketing the full amount for no services rendered. SAD.

Clean renovated rooms, easy access with texted door codes that change per guest for saftey. Big plus was a fire stick that was plugged into the TV with Netflix, Amazon and Disney logged into a universal account. I found it better than a hotel for a solid $100 less while being within 5 minutes of every bar in byward.

The room is in excellent condition. There is coffee, tea, snacks, fridge, and stove. Also the TV has chromecast which makes it super convenient to watch something from your phone onto the TV. The service is amazing! They respond within minutes and have been so helpful answering questions! The contactless registration and checkin is simple and fast. It offers more for less. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay! Service is fantastic too!

Rude and obnoxious “reception”. When someone calls it’s because they’ve already been to the website and need further help lol… duh. What’s the point of even calling yourself reception if you’re not near a computer and able / willing to help potential guests with a booking? Everything was perfect my room was a good size everyone I talked with was very friendly and accomadating the other guests were all very nice and helpful. If you have a car just watch the signs carefully they can be very confusing as to where to park for free.

Code on the appartement door doesn’t work. No one to answer phone call at 1am. Get called back 45 afterwards to finally get in. Room and hallways are not clean and renovation are all halfway done/ very badly done. Go elsewhere.

The place is at the downtown. Close to rideau light rail station. The suite is extremely very equipped. The host is responsive and helpful. Overall very pleasant stay.
