One of the few proper eateries open at a reasonable time for breakfast in the area. Good efficient and friendly service. Food arrived promptly, well prepared and perfectly proportioned. My French breakfast was very tasty and varied and my wife enjoyed her vegetarian breakfast too. Not overly expensive considering the quality, well worth a visit. Update. Another superb meal here for my wife's birthday. Usual excellent service, varied menu and reasonable prices. The Camembert souffle I had was absolutely delicious and my wife's choices were equally as good. Followed by very good desserts and you've got two very satisfied diners yet again. Keep up the good work!

Went here yesterday with my wife as it was her birthday had the French onion soup to start then confit pork belly, wife had mushroom pate with bread then chickpea taboulé food tasted very nice, however within half an hour after leaving I experienced stomach cramps and diarrhea & spent a good part of what should have been my wife's birthday celebration on the toilet, then having to find a chemist to purchase imodium, to relieve symptoms to be able to drive home.I am very disappointed in the outcome of their investigation and discussion with Côtes management only to be told that it's not down to them. Prior to our visit I was perfectly well! And yes Côte it was your fault

We were welcomed warmly by Stef and she looked after us through our lunch. It was a birthday treat for my partner and daughter (48 and 17 this weekend) and we were surprised and delighted by a special drink for each of them. The food was absolutely delicious and we cleared all of our plates. Such a great place to come and such wonderful staff. Top dishes were the fougasse (garlic bread for the table), which was huge and a great mini starter for a table of 4, the beef bourgignon (divine!) and the praline profiteroles were a great sharing pudding! Highly recommended

Great food and restaurant sadly soured by service on the day. Set menu is incredible value and the food was great, deserts being the highlight. Sadly the waiter got a main course wrong, brought duck instead of pork, and although the correct dish was quickly served there was no apology at all and indeed a regrettable accusatory demeanor from staff, not the service one would expect. It's a shame waiters dont read back the order as typical in Indian restaurants where such errors for more complex dishes are rare.

Sublime! Had an absolutely fantastic meal here and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Prices are reasonable and good value for the quality of food you get. The service is impeccable. Nice and varied wine list which is always a plhs. Staff were very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. Nice cozy comfortable atmosphere. Whilst the steak tartare starter was great, the confit pork belly main was simply phenomal. Highly recommended.

I've been looking at the sponsored advertising on Facebook for cote and thought I'd give it a try. It was very nice I think it might be better on an evening on a date instead of lunch with the daughter. Never the less the staff were very friendly the food delivery was spot on my steak and chips was lovely especially the butter on top but I could have eaten more. I will go again and probably have the beef bourgenioun.

Our first time to the restaurant and what a pleasant surprise . The ambiance and staff attentiveness was just awesome. From the appetiser to mains and deserts , the food was delicious and very decorative. I certainly felt miles away from city of Bristol , and maybe in a small street in the suburbs of Paris . Attila and Amalia were brilliant waiters and very professional, I would recommend a visit to this place , will definitely stay on my list of places to frequent

Stephanie our waitress was EXCELLENT! She had never made a martini before and with a little coaching she made one of the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve had many). Food delicious. Quiche was great. Onion soup awesome. Filet juicy and tender. Would def come back and ask for Stephanie!

This is a very nice breakfast place . 2 adults and 2 kids. bill 50£. [we were 8 in total 4 adults and 4 kids]and the total bill was 100£] We had salmon Benedict’s / egg Royal (9.75£) French toast (7.95£) eggs florentine, vegan breakfast (9.95£). With juices (each 4.5£)and coffee (2.55£) tea (2.4£) Very reasonable and very tasty. Highly recommended. (Not halal)

Brunch at Cote is served on weekends from 10am. We booked our visit in advance easily through their website. The food was delicately made and everything was delicious. The Hollandaise sauce was particularly tasty. The only thing we felt was missing were the beans in the full breakfast. The lattes are the perfect side for any brunch dish, or you could alternatively have one of their delicious juices such as cranberry or orange.

Excellent Sunday menu choice at this restaurant in Cabot Circus Bristol. £25 each with steak, chicken and pork belly shared,with accompanying dishes including truffle chips, would highly recommend.

We had booked Cote for my birthday and really enjoyed the complimentary Cremant and the food was excellent. We had the Cote du Boeuf which was cooked to perfection with excellent and tasty sides. We had a really lovely visit to Cote Quakers Friars and would highly recommend. The Food, Service and Atmosphere were on point. The staff were a real asset to Cote and made our special day even more memorable.

Stopped here for brunch. Lovely bistro offering English and French food. I had the French breakfast and enjoyed the French version of black pudding. My partner had smashed avocado on toast. Good quality food and great service. Coffee was also a great blend in my flat white. Would recommend.
