Bad: They do not accept returns/ exchanges even if it is their fault because they sold you the wrong product. I bought a bicycle tube because I was worried I might get a flat tire riding around Bien Hoa. One month later I did get a flat tire but the tube they sold me was the wrong size. When I went back to exchange they refused to give me the money back or trade for something else. I would not recommend buying anything from this shop, at all, including electronics or other products because they have bad /poor customer service/support. They have almost no knowledge of bike products. They have a very limited selection of things for sale and no one there to repair bikes. Good: They do have a few bike supplies and lot's of low-end bikes for sale plus lovely female sales staff as if you were going to karaoke bar.
