Yourselves plus all the other staff were all so helpful, kind and professional, on the day and from the start, from enquiry to booking and planning, it was first class. Everyone we spoke to had nothing but praise for you all and your great planning without making us feel under any pressure and the lovely calm way you helped us in taking mum into the chapel everything was done so sensitively. It was a sad day to say goodbye to our mum but you massively helped in making it a happy celebration of her life.
