I was there once, approached the store because had a long drive needed the toilet. The lady behind the till said customers only I said yes I am getting fuel. She continues to ask where is your car, show me. Treated like a child I decided to just drive and get another fuel station. Compared to other Caltex outlets this one feels just poor. Will never use this Fuel Station again. 5 stars to the fuel pump attendants outside. I have yet to get attendant outside with bad manners at any of the Caltex Outlets. The store staff though, no words for them.

Oh lord don't get me started on this caltex. I've been living close to this Caltex for yeeeeaaars and if there's one thing they are really in need of is a update. They need a fresh stop, thay still have this old out dated shop on the inside. If you catch them at the right time, petrol attendent service is adequate but when it hits rush hour then you might as well drive on that last red bar of to another petrol station. All in all they need to update their store and get a few more people to help out when pouring petrol.

I don't go to this garage on a regular basis. It's not far from my home. The staff is always helpful and polite. They have no problem with assisting you. There's a a nice small store that sells really good coffee and snacks. They are not that busy. The only reason I don't go there is the surrounding. I don't feel safe at this garage. You have to always look over your shoulders. Nothing happened to me but there are always people loafing or asking for money

I only do my refueling here. They are currently the cheapest in my area. The staff members are very friendly. They also always ask the important questions. They do anything they have the ability to do when it comes to your car. They are very helpful. Even when it is full they will still make time for everyone. And they service you very quickly.

Friendly efficient helpfull staff. Superstar of a female manager. They helped me back on the road after my car broke down, tyre burst on Monday 5 May 2021. Thank you so much. Excellent service!! And special thanx to 2 kind Samaritans who went out of their way to get me safe and sound, back on the road. # good people all around

Not ideal if you are in a hurry. I think the whole garage has one swipe machine so if you want to swipe your card the attendant has to run to the shop and get the machine and return it immediately. So imagine there are two cars in front of you‍♂️ …

The petrol attendant did what he was supposed to do: check oil & water, fill up with petrol & wash the front & back windows. The service was prompt.

The staff were helpful but having to buy shop items through a window was possibly due to safety issues. I suspect it is a high crime area.

Will definitely not recommend, always a hustle to get service and if you get served it's like they don't want to help you. Not satisfied

Only one tenant on duty and it's the evening before price increase. Everybody was mad at him trying his best no supervisor on duty

They are slow to save customers, you have to wait a bit long. Sometimes I choose to go to other garages.

This is a great little shop! This shop has some good deals and the toilets are kept clean.
