Usually very friendly and helpful. I normally get served quite fast. The attendants don't always offer the extras, like a windscreen wash or a tyre and oil check, but I've never had any problems if I do ask them to check those things. Being on the main road between Johannesburg and the West Rand means they can get busy at times, so I've learnt to plan my fill-ups at off-peak times. The car wash service has also been useful at times, but it's just a "surface clean". For a full valet you probably should go somewhere else.

Not very good customer service. You will wait a while to be assisted here and even then cannot be assisted. Have been here twice for a flat tyre and was told on both occasions their pumps don't work. You will wait atleast 20 minutes to be assisted at the car wash, even if you're the only car there.

There's nothing bad about the place, but when I was there I didn't feel like it was safe to be there especially because it was at night and there are some corner places which are dark you don't know who might come out there and do what. I would recommend them to put more lights around the place.

Please can someone tell me why this garage charges additional on top if we buy airtime or voucher like OTT vouchers. I have bought from the India/paki shop of which they do charge additional but never have a been.to a petrol garage that operates.like that .

The staff is always helpful. I miss Mandla he always greeted me by my Surname. He knew all the customers by name or surename and always had a smile on his face.

Poor must always wait long to be attended and people robbing you by the atm then management refuse to check the cameras

We have a very good relationship with the guys at Zam Zam. Service is always on point and they a very friendly.

Last time was there l was treated badly,not going there anymore. Used to buy fuel and gas there .!
