I rented a car in june of 2023 for 8 days. They asked me for safe deposit for the car. I paid this safe deposit. They said that it will be automatically returned after 21 days. But it did not. They do not answer me by any communication channel. So i think this is fraud. Do NOT use this company. Better choose another rental. Upd: It was a mistake of my bank, they somehow were not able to release safe deposit in automatic mode. Nevertheless pay attention that some ways of communication doesn't work for this company. Better to use email or feedbacks here on google maps. Also i want to mention that after bad feedback here they answered me and tried to help.
