We have use their car rental service early January and prebooked the car prior to our arrival. David was the one who accomodated us throughout the bookings and to settling in refunding back our security deposit payment afterwards. We made communications through whatsapp and had given all the necessary documents prior to our arrival. We paid all payment in cash except for the Security deposit paid in credit card & paid on the rental day itself. We are quite happy with the condition of the car too, it seems almost new and everything works fine! Upon returning the car, we’ve asked their team to pick it up from our apartment, all process was done in a breeze! With regards to the security deposit, it was refunded after 30days, although we were back home, I have received it safely and with the correct amount through Western Union. All transactions were made easy and efficient. Nonetheless, I’d like to extend my gratitude and thanks to David and his team for being honest, efficient and for making my family’s trip in Dubai are very memorable one. I’d recommend this to everyone!

I rent a lovely Ford Territory from Car Fare. Car was brand new when i picked it up from Dubai. I was involved in a non faulty accident on the 2nd February 2023 in Abu Dhabi. Car fare (DIP2 Dubai) got in touch same day about the repairs. They offered to send a driver to pick up the car but I was happy to take the car myself. They gave me a similar replacement 2023 model so I was really happy. The repairs took about 2 weeks. Guys called and again, offered to bring the car to Abu Dhabi but I was in Dubai with business so I was happy to pop into DIP2 and make the switch. Again everything went smooth and of course *my baby* as I like to call my car, she’s like new. I would say the DIP2 branch rental/workshop depts make a great team. They don’t speak perfect English but if you’re patient and make sure they understand you, then you will be provided with the best service possible. I’d like to thank the team here at DIP2 for their efforts in keeping me up to speed these past 2 weeks and for making the whole experience as painless as possible.

שכרתי מהחברה רכב ניסן סאני ל-4 ימים - 23 עד 27 במרץ 2023. הייתי מאוד מרוצה. קודם כל - התכתבתי איתם בווטסאפ לפני שיצאתי לטיול לאמירויות, והם ענו לי מהר ובנימוס. שנית - הם הביאו לי את הרכב למלון באבו דאבי (אם כי באיחור של חצי שעה מהשעה שקבענו), מה שהיה נוח. שלישית - המחיר שלהם מצויין - 551 דירהם ל-4 ימים, כולל ביטוח של ביטול השתתפות עצמית וכלל ההבאה של הרכב למלון. הרכב היה עם 69 אלף ק"מ, אבל היה בסדר גמור ולא עשה בעיות. אמרו לי מראש שאחוייב ב-5 דירהם על נסיעה בכביש אגרה. בהחזרת הרכב (במשרד שלהם בדובאי) רשמו שהמושב האחורי הוחזר מלוכלך, למרות שלא השתמשנו בו. לא חייבו אותי על כך.

The worst. Avoid them at all cost.. they took a 1000 dirham security deposit and was supposed to refund me in 30 days. I have been going in circles now for over 4 months and my money is gone. They can't even provide a proof of payment or give me a date to return the money. Now you replying saying it was resolved when it is NOT- the receipt copy you sent me is for the money when I PAID and not a Refund Receipt - please resolve my issue ASAP it was supposed to be refunded in 30 days and its 95 days now!!!!

Great experience & highly appreciate Sidharth. Supporting for all the enquiries and services immediately and every time i get my car service in quick span of time. Using rental car for last one year and only time i visited office was to take my car key and everything else is very smooth and professional especially due to this person (Sidarth) who is very professional and taking care of all the immediate actions.

I have rented cars from Carfare for about 4-5 months and have had a very good experience with them . They are very helpful and supportive for any queries. The cars come in good condition and are sanitized and cleaned well before handing over. We highly recommend Carfare and Mr. Rahoof who was ready with solutions even when there is a last minute cancellation or extension of the plan .

Very unrealistic service even before I rented the car, imagine what will happen if you rent a car. i walked into their office for a car, the sale lady asked me to wait over weekend and promised me great price, after waiting two days I hd to again to know nothing is available. And the sales ldy was like there many rent a car, go find somewhere else

Was supposed to to get the car in the morning 8am , where I called the sales lady by 9.15am and then only she started on the process of arranging the vehicle .as of now the team is arranging the vehicle and as per my understanding this will further take more time as it’s getting delivered from DXB.

I came for visit from India. Abdul raoof from carefare did all necessary arrangements. It was a cakewalk for me to rent a car in Dubai with carfare. Once again thanks for the good service and nice memories which I will take with me through out my life.

Car was from 20th oct to 1st November and they have illegally taken money from both my mums account and my accouny which was way over what was agreed initially. They continue to take money even though car handed back ! DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDSTERS
