Our house had a fast close and I called Cargo Cabbie with 2 weeks before we needed to be out of the house. Excellent customer service on the phone, I sent photos of what was being moved the next day and then we had confirmation and all was good. I had requested packing services of my closets and kitchen and they quoted for all the boxes we might need - so quote was high, but they told me on the phone I would only pay for what was used day of. Day of rolled around and we were ready to go. Our crew of 3 with Benjamin as lead showed up with smiles and were happy to get started. Personable, capable and careful, the 3 of them got right to work and packed up everything. They were so polite, had to get my husband to relocate me from my desk so they could move it - didn't want to disturb me. Benjamin took the time to go through our supply usage, discussed what would happen next and that was it. Later that afternoon we received our final invoice, which reflected the supplies we used and all was within reason. We were storing our items until our next place is ready so we hope to see that crew again when we are ready to move in. Thanks to Cargo Cabbie for making a stressful day so much less stressful and having employees who represent your company so well. Lets just say I really dislike the entire moving process. Prior to downsizing, I contacted a few moving companies to get an idea of the cost to move. Having moved multiple times, and having less than ideal experiences, I was looking for a professional and friendly company to take care of our move. He provided me with a detailed estimate including the materials I would need to make the move happen. This was our second time using Cargo Cabbie and once again we had an amazing experience during a stressful time (moving). From the start, Amanda was awesome as she helped arrange our move....and then make changes to the location. She was very understanding in helping us out and was a breath of fresh air. The day of the move the Cargo Cabbie team showed up 15 minutes early, did a quick walk through our house and got to work immediately in an organized and purposely manner. We did have everything boxed and labeled which helped, but the team was able to load up the two trucks in about 3 hours (4 bedroom house + garage). When they arrived at our new home, they immediately set off unpacking and placing the boxes in the appropriate places. If unsure they asked, which went for an easy unpacking on our behalf. Once again at the end of the day, the team had taken less time to move us than the quote called for and as a result, we ended up paying less than we were originally quoted for. This is an amazing company that takes care of their clients and I cannot say enough about them. Thanks for all your work.

Best service ! I Googled search different companies before I made the decision to pick CARGO CABBIE. The condominium where I needed the moving out has a very unique, complicated underground parking system. It is not easy to navigate. I contacted Amanda. The date that I wanted (one month ahead !) was already booked up because of its popularity ! Amanda immediately helped me to get an alternative moving date. On the day of moving, CARGO CABBIE arranged 8 staff to help me to move out of the condo (due to limited condo elevator time), and 5 staff to help me to move in. The lead person, John, was knowledgeable. John and his team knew how to take apart the IKEA furnitures and resemble again without reading manuals. All moving staff were polite, courteous, and very professional. I watched them moving my furniture and belongings with care. Highly recommended !

I don't think that my words will do justice to this amazing company. Amanda, Javier and Sebastian (just to mention a few) conducted my move with professionalism, punctuality and great service. I have to say that I have moved many times and I was 85% ready due to some health restrictions. A team of 7 arrived shortly after 9 and removed all my boxes. As it was a hot day we closed the door and the team of 5 stayed wrapping and protecting all my heavy wood furniture. After a few hours they started moving the furniture to the truck and sent my furniture to their storage unit. My office used Cargo Cabbie to move from one location to another. We had several quotes from different companies, some came with an outrageous estimated cost. We decided to go with Cargo Cabbie as they came with the most reasonable quote and most efficient timeline for the move. It was a pleasant experience from the start. Krissy from the other end of the phone and emails has been prompt, friendly, and responsible, she followed through every step of the process including quoting, making arrangements, following up for customer satisfaction, etc. The movers were professional, efficient, and hardworking. They had a 9 hour work day, and they only took a couple of brief breaks and lunch, other than that, they did not stop until everything was done. Best movers I have ever used. Amanda at the head office was very responsive to my request for a quote, and a possible move date. She had no problem making some adjustments to the original list of items I wanted moved after I had a chance to take measurements at the new location and see what would fit. Don and his crew were very friendly, showed up on time, and were careful to protectively wrap all the items being moved. There was no damage at all to the moved items and both the move-out and move-in locations. The men worked quickly and proficiently, and the final invoice was within a few dollars of the original quote. I have no hesitation in recommending Cargo Cabbie if you want your move done right!

Fantastic attention to detail from Cargo Cabbie, including the office staff Amanda and Krissy and the team of movers led by John. The movers arrived 10 minutes early and moved all our furniture out of a historic building with narrow stairs and doorways without a hitch in barely two hours. You can find cheaper movers, but we really needed a reliable company that would ease pressure on moving day. They delivered. This is my second time using Cargo Cabbie, and though I'm hoping the need doesn't arise for at least a few years, we'll definitely use them again next time. I would like to thank Cargo Cabbie for the amazing job that they did moving some expensive furniture to my storage unit. They wrapped and double wrapped the furniture and my girlfriend was amazed at the professional job they made. Cargo Cabbie staff made our move easy, beginning with booking a date at fairly short notice to unloading our belongings at our final destination. The moving crew worked extremely hard and remained professional, polite and friendly despite the very hot weather on the day of the move and the need to stop and unload some items at a storage unit en route. We were very impressed with their ability to study how to fit large pieces of furniture through tight angles and get them into place with no damage to the furniture, walls or floors.

Javier and his team are AMAZING!!! I needed help moving an extremely heavy double door fridge up some tight stairs/corner - and him and his team delivered!! I was so stressed on how I was going to get this where it needed to go, and they were able to help within a day, and took no time! Amanda is fantastic. I contacted other companies for my move and CARGO CABBIE was the best responsive from all the other companies. Our move required storage for 10 days the other companies added extra charges cause the storage was for a short time. Chris was not only understanding as to how worried I was but he also insured me that he will ensure the movers will take care of everything. Cargo Cabbie moved my piano. They came in as the mid-priced bid. The cheaper options were much less professional. Even though it was the end of day move, the crew worked extremely quickly and expertly in protecting and moving the piano. It was an all around great experience, which you can't say for a lot of movers. If you're looking for movers, there is no reason not to go with CC.

Gwen and Jean were fantastic. They arrived right on time, loaded the truck quickly, but carefully and then made a two hour trip for the drop off.
