Unresponsive and unprofessional. When I called them first time, I was told to fill the client form and send my DL copy on email. After I sent my docs they stopped responding to my emails. If they didn't want to do my tax return then they should not have asked for my docs. Atleast respond and tell that you can't provide your services. I got no response from my multiple emails and calls so I finally got my tax-return filed from another accountant.

The person I spoke with had no knowledge that I could claim for travelling between two work places and I had to do the research myself and then tell him. He then just ghosted on me and wouldn’t receive my calls or answer to my emails and left me hanging by a thread for just over two weeks when I decided I’d best just look for another tax agent to help me with my tax refunds. Extremely bad experience and am not coming back to him again!

They are not professional at all. Please don't waste your time and money for going there. They are accountants who are not accountable. Two days before going there I called to make an appointment and they told me you don't need and just come and again before going there I called and informed that I am on my way. After driving 45 minutes drive , arriving and waiting for 45 minutes, I met no one. Very bad experience.

Chura is a champion of his domain. He helped me since I got the first idea to buy a house in my mind till I got the keys. He is professional, very knowledgeable and above all always approachable.
